SheCodes Plus was an amazing journey. I was having fun and enjoying building weather app. Everything I've learnt so far just clicked; I was able to debug my code, analyze it and sometimes even write the codes without going over the videos first. I just felt like a real coder! Thanks SheCodes and everyone working hard in this team!

Even with a basic knowledge of front end coding under my belt, I was able to learn a lot of new things. The class and projects are challenging yet fun and the Slacks team and my classmates helped me a bunch when I struggled with a code. Instead of overextending myself, I kept my codes simple like Matt suggested which ultimately helped me not overcomplicate my code and stress myself out.
It was not easy, but very interesting workshop. Thanks to the SheCodes team for their help in solving problems!

I have learned a lot of things just in 3 weeks. I love the way shecodes makes you do the exercises. I think this is the best way to learn programming. I enjoyed learning with my team.
After finishing SheCodes Plus I feel much more confident looking into the code and trying to produce it myself. It's still definitely a lot to learn but this course gave me not only an understanding that I can learn to code but also some strong basic knowledge which will make my journey easier. It was not easy but so fascinating to see how your work turns into some real app or webpage. I appreciate all the work Matt and his team have done for creating this project.

I really liked this workshop because it teaches you a lot of skills to build a simple website and gives you the tools to experiment with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and learn so much more!
It was hard for me to be able to study everyday because of my personal issues but I enjoy coding, and I know that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life π€©. The video lessons are well realized, easy to understand and no too long. Plus, the interaction with other female students makes everything more stimulating.
For me these past 5 weeks has been the best part of my coding journey compared to the journey I had before . It was a lot of coding but I enjoyed it all along , looking forward for more adventures with these skills. Thank you SheCodes.

This workshop is amazing, it gives you oversight and knowledge about everything you need to know in order to build a really good website from scratch. Also, you get all the tips and tricks so you can make your website mobile friendly.
It was great to dive deeper into CSS and learn additional JavaScript skills. The things I've learned in this course make my work seem so much more sophisticated. I can't wait to learn more and am ready to start the next course!
βI never imagined that making websites responsive was a thing. I just took it for granted. (I also never thought of how many device resolutions are out there). This course will cover tools that makes this task less painful. You also will get to extensively practice your browser webtools which feels great. As always, the information given is well picked and well presented. I enjoyed it. Thank you for your hard work!β
Very fun and interesting workshop. Very happy with what we have learned. The pace and level of what you learn is also great. However, the videos could be updated and more prepared. They seem a bit "off the cuff", which - for the price of the course - could and should have been avoided. Good support on slack, but it can take time to get the level of support needed - and this led to me having to use extensions unnecessarily. Also, when attempting to fix some parts of the app - we are told that we cannot get support/help to solve this as that is something covered in a later workshop that is not a part of the course I have paid for - this is disappointing. But all in all - a great introduction to coding!
I was definitely challenged in the Plus Workshop, but still had an incredible lot of fun! Can't wait to continue the journey π
I really liked the SheCodes workshop. Matt kept the lessons easy to understand. He was a great instructor. I also liked that you had always a homework to submit because that keeps you practicing. I once needed help with something and I asked for help on Slack within an hour or so I got an response it was really helpful. The Slack community is great. I think SheCodes is really great for absolute beginners and I would highly recommend it. Before SheCodes I knew completly nothing about coding and now I understand how it works and I want to learn more.

I have loved completing the SheCodes Basic workshop! Being new to coding, Matt was able to teach the basics very well - It was easy to understand. Having the challenges, the weekly homework and the project really helped to apply the knowledge. I definitely recommend SheCodes for those looking to get into coding! Can't wait to complete the other workshops and seeing where this will take me in the future :)

I am absolutely in awe at what SheCodes has taught me during this workshop! I never thought that I would be able to code. I'm a health policy professional-turned-soon-to-be UX/UI designer and developer. I've really wanted a creative way to earn income from home. Coding seemed so intimidating, but in 3 weeks with SheCodes I've built my first website from scratch, have my very first project for a portfolio, and have earned my first certification!
Great class with a wide variety of topics taught in an engaging manner. It was a lot of fun gaining insights into the basics of coding. I'm excited to expand my knowledge in the future!

SheCodes workshop was my first contact with coding and I strongly recommend it! They use a simple language to teach, you have support 24/7 and with the Homeworks you are also able to apply what you have learned by your own. I will definitely enroll to a second workshop soon.
I would like to have more practical courses, especially in week 3
SheCodes gives the feeling that your journey in to IT goes in the wright direction. It gives the possibility to get new knowledge for the brighter future and understanding that even searching for mistakes can be fun.
At the beginning, React seemed to me very incomprehensible and complicated. But thanks to the step-by-step and clear explanations at the end of this course, I can be called a real fan of this.
I absolutely loved the SheCodes Responsive Course. Matt is an excellent teacher. Not only did I learn how to make a website more responsive, but I also learned how to make websites more SEO friendly. Cannot wait to move onto the React course.

Great workshop! I finished the three week class in less than a week because I was having fun solving the puzzles and learning something new. It was a bit addictive to be honest. π The pace of the class was perfect. Matt gave us enough information without going too slowly and the homework was challenging without being overwhelming.
Awesome workshop, it was fun and easy to learn and Matt's simple way to explain helps a lot on learning the basics of programming. I love the hands-on experience and the challenges. I really hope this workshops direct me into a new career opportunity because I figured out that I enjoy this field.

An amazing and intense 3 week course! I've absolutely loved how easy and structured SheCodes have made it. Matt is amazing at explaining everything in simple ways, and the community and help you receive is more than I imagined. Really pleased to have the Basics which will really help me in my job roles, and even as a side hobby. My appreciation for developers really began when I became a Product Manager working in health tech. It was then I realised how much goes into developing a product. As a Product Manager I had to ensure I told the "story" about how users need to be engaging with the product, but had little to no understanding of how the developers actually thought. This basics course with SheCodes has really given me an amazing insight into the developer/coding world. I thoroughly enjoyed it and it certainly has broken a lot of misconceptions that coders are introverts and quiet - The SheCodes community is amazing and I've met extroverts, ambiverts and all kind of personalities whilst learning. For those people who told me I shouldn't and couldn't do this, I DID it and I LOVED it! Thank you SheCodes!
I was so happy to see some new courses! I bought of course all of them because it's soo worth it! π After first project I have to admit, I love to design β€οΈ. I'm not so confident about this, because it's all about being creative. But the more projects you make, the more creative you become. So, I guess, I will continue to do this π.

It was an incredibly valuable and rewarding experience. During the workshop, I learned about responsive design tools that allow me to make a website user-friendly on any browsing device. The instructor Matt was knowledgeable and patient, and I appreciated the hands-on nature of the course which allowed me to apply what I was learning in real time. Overall, I feel much more confident in my ability to create functional and responsive websites thanks to this workshop. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to learn the basics of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. The material was presented in a clear and engaging way, and the challenges and homework really helped me to solidify my understanding of the concepts. The instructors did an excellent job and I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I feel confident in my new knowledge and am excited to continue learning and expanding upon what I learned through this course.
The downside of there being a lot of resources on the Internet is that, if you're a total beginner (like me!), it can be very intimidating and overwhelming. SheCodes Basics is a great introductory course and I was able to grasp all taught concepts because the lessons are well structured and concise, and I might have found a new passion!
This workshop is excellent for absolute beginners like me! I immediately felt like continuing, let's see.... π
