I have learnt a lot in the course of two weeks, and I have grown both confidence and skill. I love the teaching approach of making sure we become resourceful by engaging on Slack and the internet. I have found many communities dedicated to coders, which have allowed me to push myself past the required because others have had questions that I have, and so many different approaches have been provided.

SheCodes React Add-on brought me back to the classic SheCodes rhythm I’ve loved over the last six months. After the first React course’s fast pace, this add-on felt focused and hands-on—clear lessons followed by building. We integrated new APIs and built something different from my earlier projects, and by the end React really clicked for me. I’m happy to finish one of my final courses on a high note and excited to keep shipping React apps.

Loved this! Learning more about forms, how to utilize them and how to inject time and timezones was a lot fun. I will say it again repetition as well as trial and error are what help you retain the knowledge. When it gets challenging, taking a deep breath, water break or whatever helps you and then go through your code step-by-step and you will figure it out. 😊

My biggest challenge was the API integration, but with patience and by tackling the issues I was facing, I was able to overcome it. I still need more practice, but I'm starting to love these challenges.

I really enjoyed the new CSS features that I added to my project. In my design process, I used the She Codes CSS generator to lighten images, add gradients, and transform images as well. I loved learning how CSS grids work, and most importantly, I was able to change the theme of my page. I added more features to the dark mode to make it more visually appealing. Overall, it was all worth it!

This was so much fun! I have to be honest I never interacted with platforms like ChatGPT before, I didn't know much about prompts, contexts and plugins...Each lesson is like the ones in previous workshops built upon each other so that you can create your own project using AI. I love the challenges and repetition. At the very beginning of my journey with SheCodes I was wondering how am I going to remember all of this and little by little I am. I am starting to feel more confident as a developer🦋.

I truly enjoyed being part of the SheCodes community. I not only learned the concepts but also put them into practice. I even deployed a final project. It was a great experience to complete a final task each week. I was always excited to see what the next week would bring. I loved how the instructor taught us each thing step by step. Additionally, the most rewarding aspect was creating content for fundamental topics that are often overlooked, such as deployment, API usage, and API documentation.

This has by far been the best course, better than traditional school I would say as someone with ADHD; the structure of the lessons makes it so much easier as the lessons are shorten then followed by practical work. I loved every minute of it and cannot wait for more! 😁

I would say that my experience so far has been amazing. I loved the entire layout of the course and how each aspect was taught step by step. Kudos to the instructor, Matt Delac! He is wonderful and truly knows how to teach. Understanding coding in its entirety is one thing, but knowing how to effectively teach it to others is another. It's fun to play with the AI API! And it's crazy what you can build and create. It was a really good tutorial and I loved learning it! With the course instructions for the Poem Generator transferred you can build nearly everything.

I must admit this project was not easy but the knowledge I gained from learning REACT. I now know how useful this can be. I absolutly love REACT now. Now that I know, I will never see plain HTML the same again. My next goal is to learn PYTHON.Lets Go!
