Honestly, I can't believe that I have managed to complete the Shecodes basic coding. I am so happy, coming from a fashion and hospitality background, I wanted a change and to get new skills. I have always loved CODING, but was intimidated by it. I am a Christian, so I spent some time asking God what I should do. And whilst I was in that season of prayer, waiting for an answer from the Lord, I came across SheCodes Ad, and I knew this was what I needed. I am 47 and a single mom, and I am so grateful to God that I am learning coding. I love everything, and I honestly want to say a big THANK YOU to Matt, you are such a blessing and an amazing Teacher. I am just starting my journey as I am doing the SheCodes BootCamp, but I am so glad that I can complete the SheCodes Basic Course. Now onto the next course 😁

I have learnt so much in just three weeks, it's been amazing to get to grips with the fundamentals of coding in a really practical way, with challenges that push you just enough to feel like you're applying what you're learning without feeling overwhelming. I have also loved having the community on Slack to reach out to for guidance and support, they're incredibly helpful and responsive. I have loved the course so much, I signed up for the Bootcamp and I can't wait to learn more. I am enjoying this so much. It's a bit of a refresher for me so far. I have learned a few new things and been reminded of a few I had forgotten. I have found these courses to be great fun yet challenging. I really love the course format, which allows me to focus on the core competency that is being highlighted by each workshop without having to be dragged into the weeds with minutia. This add-on course was a game-changer when it came to working with dates and times in code. At first, I thought—how complex can that really be? But wow, there’s so much more to it than I expected! We built on our foundation and learned how to streamline bulky blocks of code—taking 50+ lines and reducing them to just 10 using new tools and techniques. What I loved most is that SheCodes continues to prioritize understanding the "why" before jumping to shortcuts. That teaching style really clicked for me. Once again, I’m impressed with how clearly everything was broken down.

Learning with SheCodes has been so fun and easy. The videos explain the exercises so well and it makes coding not so difficult. I really loved learning the basics, looking forward to learning more.

The most challenging workshop yet! It's fun to see my vanilla weather app expand and get more functionality. I did take a few breaks for personal reasons but whenever I returned to pick up where I left off, it was like I never left. Support and community is interactive and friendly, and lessons as well as resources are always available to help. Loved it

SheCodes has been an incredible platform for me, especially as a full-time student looking to gain new skills in coding. Before joining SheCodes, I had little to no experience in programming, and the thought of learning to code seemed overwhelming. However, SheCodes made the entire learning process structured, engaging, and, most importantly, manageable—even with my busy academic schedule. What I love most about SheCodes is how well-organized and easy-to-follow the programs are. The lessons are broken down into bite-sized modules, making complex concepts much more digestible. The hands-on projects allowed me to apply what I learned immediately, reinforcing my understanding and boosting my confidence. The instructors explain everything in a clear and concise way, and the supportive community of fellow learners made the experience even more enjoyable. As a student, I also appreciated the flexibility SheCodes offers. I could learn at my own pace, fitting the coursework around my classes and other commitments. Each workshop is fantastic but I loved learning to analyse data in this workshop. The content is helpful for developing skills that will assist with future career opportunities and allows for amazing dayta manipulation!

The SheCodes Basics Add-on is a great enhancement to the SheCodes Basics course. Even though I took a break for a while, I find that every time I return to watch new videos, I can pick up right where I left off and catch on easily. The classes are enjoyable and run smoothly, and I love that each lesson has a challenge. Learning here is both fun and enlightening. A big shoutout to Matthieu!

My journey to learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript has been amazing, what I love the most was the detailed video explanation by our instructor Matt😍, sometimes when my code didn't run I felt frustrated but what stood out for me in this workshop was when our instructor said in a certain video "Have fun and Google is your friend, research, don't copy code but use it as inspiration and that you can get help from us if you feel stuck". I love these motivational words because during my project, I felt down at some moments, but recalling those words motivated me a lot. I am so excited that despite all the hurdles, I was able to complete my project, and most of all, I had quite a lot of fun coding. If you really want to learn coding, then SheCodes is for you, because whether you are a beginner or intermediate, the workshop structure and standard is top-notch🎉so if I can code, then so can you, Up Up SheCodes. I loved the SheCodes Responsive workshop! It was one of the clearest and most enjoyable learning experiences I’ve had. Everything was explained step by step in a way that was super easy to follow, even for someone still building their confidence. Shecodes is an onlion platform or course that can help people who love to be web developer and build website. It can help student to in hance there knolwdge and learn new thing about web devolpment. I learned a lot about css to how add animations on images as well as how to use from javascript functions and make somethings dynamic.

I was unsure if anything connected to front-end developing would interest me or if I would be able to understand all of that. But I am happy that I gave it a chance. Matt explains very well, it is great that we can re-watch the videos,have often a small homework to do which helps us to learn steadily, have a supporting community, find out what resources we can use and how and I love that it is adaptable to your own time and schedule. Despite very busy work and all the stress connected with moving, I have been able to finish, have found a new joy and will surely continue :)
