I love format and how engaging the videos are. The course gave me essential skills and confidence to start my coding journey.

Being part of this coding journey with SheCodes has helped in many ways. Not only have I fallen in love with coding, but I've learnt a lot about myself. These past weeks have been nothing short of growth and I can't wait to see what this journey has for me.

Joining the SheCodes Grid Add-on was such a rewarding experience! I especially loved learning how to implement a dark theme it felt like the perfect finishing touch to my project. In just four weeks, I’ve gone from having no coding experience to building a full project using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The course is fast paced and packed with valuable content, which makes it both challenging and exciting. What I love most is the hands-on approach, you learn by doing, making mistakes, and improving along the way. It’s incredibly rewarding to see everything come together into a real website. A month ago, I wouldn’t have believed I could do this. This has been such a fun and empowering introduction to coding.

I had very little coding experience; the last time I touched HTML was editing my blog as a teenager. Curious and eager to learn, I joined the SheCodes course. The lessons are easy to follow, and each challenge really helped me understand things better. Learning at my own pace let me go back and re-study anything I didn’t get the first time. I loved every hands-on project, and by the end, I couldn’t believe I had built a fully functional landing page for my favourite Formula 1 team. It was such a confidence boost and made me excited to keep coding!

My journey with SheCodes Plus was not an easy one, but it was absolutely worth it. There were moments when I felt challenged and overwhelmed, especially when certain concepts didn’t immediately make sense. What I loved most about the program is how it kept me engaged. Sometimes, if I didn’t get something right, it would stay on my mind the whole day, and I would even wake up in the middle of the night determined to figure out how to fix my code. SheCodes Plus didn’t just improve my coding skills; it strengthened my problem-solving mindset and resilience. I bought the bundle many years ago and ccompleted a coupld of workshops, but then life happened and I completely let go of coding to focus on other things. Now I decided to go back to coding, and actually decided to pursue a formal education here in Sweden, but I felt I was too rusty, so I decided to start again with the add-on for the Basic workshop and everything clicked back so quickly. Loved this! I honestly can't rate the support features provided by the SheCodes team highly enough! I used the Athena AI for the first time when I ran into some difficulty importing a package to my HTML for Javascript and it helped me resolve the issue within about 10 minutes. These courses really are so well paced. Suitably challenging but feels accessible at the same time. The endless resources provided also help enormously!

This experience truly pushed me out of my comfort zone and opened the door to an exciting new creative dimension. I loved how the tasks let me turn theory into real practice, everything was so helpful and well-structured. I’m already looking forward to diving into even more!

A Very good workshop, loved learning more about AI

I didn’t just learn what to code. I learned how to think through problems, break things down, and stay patient with myself when things felt overwhelming. There were moments of confusion, frustration, and “wait… why isn’t this working?” but every challenge pushed me to understand JavaScript and logic more deeply. One of the difficulties I had with Python Basics was that I always wanted to go a bit further with the code, and that's exactly what the Python AI course allowed me to do. As with all the other SheCodes courses I've taken, lessons were succinct and engaging, and the challenges were fun to complete. One of my favourite aspects of the course is how customisable the final project is, thanks to how you can personalise your prompts.

Special thanks to our teacher, Matt 🌟! I love how he explains the lessons in a simple way, this course is very beginner-friendly and newbies can easily follow through. My favorite part is whenever he debugs or troubleshoots something that doesn't work; as this also teaches me how to think in case something crashes in my code. Working on this dictionary app has been such a rewarding experience! It’s super cool to bring together multiple APIs — from dictionary definitions and phonetics audio to fetching beautiful images from Pexels — all in one smooth, interactive React app. I loved learning how to handle async data fetching, manage state with hooks, and build reusable components that really work together seamlessly. Plus, integrating audio playback with a little speaker icon was fun! This project gave me solid, hands-on experience with real-world API integration and React best practices. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to level up their frontend skills in a practical, engaging way.

I loved this project. We have family all over the world, so it was fun to do this project and show it to my children, who could appreciate the meaning of the different time zones and how it linked to different members of our family. I recall Matt saying that at some point things will start to 'click' and this was the project where I really felt this.
