Before joining SheCodes, I had some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, but I never really understood how it all worked together. I tried learning from YouTube and other sites, but it always felt confusing and hard to follow. Then I found SheCodes β and honestly, it changed everything! The lessons are clear, fun, and so easy to understand. For the first time, coding actually makes sense to me. Iβve already told all my girls about SheCodes because itβs such a great experience. I had so much fun learning through SheCodes! Lessons were informative and easy to follow; I particularly liked that the majority included challenges to immediately apply the skills learned. In less than 3 weeks, I've gone from never hearing of Visual Studio Code to being able to form a complete, interative website with a wide range of elements.

Building the world clock was genuinely fun β¨ I enjoyed working through the time zone logic and seeing everything come together. I'm happy with what I created π
It's not what I expected. Finishing this course teaches me nothing practical about building a real-world website, like connecting with a database, authentication, etc. The courses (including add-ons) repeat the same stuff without offering anything new. Maybe the vanilla HTML, CSS, and JS are valid, but I would need to get different providers to build anything functional in real life to start my own business. Note that the world has moved on to TailwindCSS and Next.js, and SheCodes has not updated the content. Very expensive for learning super basic vanilla HTML, CSS and JS and an absolute beginner in React.
I am glad I did this workshop add on because not only am I understanding AI more but also comprehending JS functions alot more from continuously using it and practicing!

I enjoyed the Python AI course. It was both fun and a great challenge! It covered a lot of ground, but the lessons were structured perfectly, so it never felt too complicated or difficult to follow along. After tackling the Python basics, this course felt very manageable, not scary. This is absolutely a must-take course if you want to be competitive in the world of AI!
The project with added Dark and Light theme was fun and using the JS was interesting and a bit challenging.
Completing this addition has been a wonderful experience and a valuable add-on to the beginner curriculum. The combination of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS provides a comprehensive foundation that is definitely worth the investment. The practical approach to building landing pages has significantly improved both design and functionality skills. This course has made creating effective and visually appealing landing pages much easier and more enjoyable.

I used to think Python was a scary and difficult language to learn, but I now realize it's an absolute must! Going through the video lessons and challenges made it surprisingly easy to follow. There was zero anxiety about whether I was doing things correctly because the lessons provide a clear, step-by-step walkthrough for every homework submission. This course was definitely hard, but it was incredibly challenging and fun!

The ability to generate comprehensive, data-driven itineraries (including costs and temperatures) from minimal user input is highly valuable. Completing the SheCodes React Workshop was an exciting step in my coding journey! I learned the fundamentals of React, built a weather forecast application using Create React App, and became more confident using the terminal and npm to manage dependencies. While a few tutorials felt a bit outdatedβespecially when comparing newer tools like Viteβit actually pushed me to research and understand modern React practices more deeply. Overall, it was a rewarding and enjoyable experience that helped me grow as a front-end developer!

Very fun incorporating AI into a Python project.
SheCodes Plus workshop was a fun was to learn about APIs and how they can make a developer's life easier. Making complex functionalities such getting current weather of a specific city, so easy. It was challenging working with concepts such as looping through objects but really enjoyed it as it expanded my knowledge in APIs and how to utilize them for future projects.
This was the toughest 3 weeks of my life but I made it through. It was fun, I cried I got frustrated and all the in between but I enjoyed the challenges and creating my own landing page. The content is relatively easy to follow and informative making it easy to follow and learn.
I had so much fun doing this and learning how to make websites a lot better for those not on Computers!

I just completed the SheCodes Plus, Plus AI, and Plus Add-On workshops. Across these modules I went from writing basic scripts to shipping real, user interface tools. In SheCodes Plus, I built a fully interactive weather app with forecast data and learned modern ES6 patterns, API integration, and Git/GitHub workflows. In SheCodes Plus AI, I learned practical prompt design and integrated an AI API to build my Corporate AI Translator, focusing on clean UX, loading states, and accessibility. In SheCodes Plus Add-On, I developed a World Clock with live time zones (the most challenging one so far) using timezone libraries and interval updates for real time accuracy. What I valued most: Hands-on projects, clear instructor guidance, and feedback from the SheCodes community. Iβm leaving with stronger JavaScript fundamentals, confidence working with APIs, and a portfolio Iβm proud to share. Thank you, SheCodes!

I found the Add-on course was an excellent next step after the main React workshop. Building a fully functioning dictionary app with two different APIs was the perfect way to practice and solidify my React foundation.
