The SheCodes Plus AI workshop gave me incredible insights into building functional and beautiful applications using artificial intelligence in just two weeks. I mastered prompt engineering for and learned how to seamlessly integrate an AI API into my code. Building an interactive text generator gave me great hands-on experience with AI tools.I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to quickly upgrade their tech skills!
I really enjoyed the Python AI workshop. I moved through it quite quickly because Iβd already worked with APIs in the SheCodes front-end courses, but it was useful seeing how the same ideas work in Python. Building a travel planner that combined user input, live weather data and AI-generated results made the lessons feel practical, and I finished with much more confidence using functions, APIs and prompts together.

The SheCodes AI Basics course was so easy to follow and a smooth experience! The lessons were bite-sized, practical, and easy to follow, no overwhelming jargon, just clear explanations that built on each other step by step. I went from feeling unsure about AI concepts to actually understanding how to apply them, all without it feeling like a heavy lift. Another fun but more challenging project to develop a World Clock App. Lots of new coding to learn around dates, times and displaying timezones!
I really enjoyed SheCodes Python Basics. I came into it with some HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience, so it was interesting seeing familiar programming ideas expressed differently in Python. The weather app project was probably the most useful part for me because it brought functions, APIs, dictionaries, dates, loops and debugging together in one proper build rather than learning everything in isolation. I also liked having enough space in the challenges to try things my own way instead of just copying the instructorβs solution. By the end, I felt much more confident reading Python, debugging it, and understanding why the code worked rather than just getting it to run. Iβm definitely not done with Python yet.
The React Add-on took my JavaScript fundamentals and showed me how to structure real, interactive applications with them. Building the dictionary project, handling API responses, managing state with hooks, and debugging issues like mismatched data shapes and failed API calls taught me how to actually trace a bug back to its root cause instead of guessing. I also learned to work with multiple APIs in one project, combining dictionary data with image search, which pushed me to think about how different pieces of an app talk to each other. Going forward, I'll carry this component-based thinking and debugging approach into every project I build breaking problems into smaller pieces, reading the data I'm working with carefully, and not being afraid to dig into documentation when something doesn't work as expected.

I really enjoyed my experience with SheCodes!! The lessons were clear, easy to understand, and very hands-on, which made learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript feel much more approachable. I really enjoyed doing this workshop! This is my first time learning how to code in HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I have a little prior coding knowledge because I'm currently in college pursuing my bachelors degree in computer science. I have learned some backend coding like Python, C++, and C language, but I always felt like I couldn't fully grasp backend programming. It might be because backend coding never truly interested me.This workshop was a lot of fun and really sparked my interest in exploring front-end development.

Taking the Responsive Web Design class has helped me understand how to turn creative ideas into actual, functional websites. Before the class, I knew I wanted to learn front-end development, but I wasn't always sure how HTML, CSS, layouts, and responsive design worked together. What I especially enjoyed was being able to learn by building. Each project gave me a chance to experiment, make mistakes, solve problems, and see the results immediately. Learning how to make a website adapt to different screen sizes has been especially valuable because I want my websites to look good and feel intentional whether someone visits from a desktop, tablet, or phone. The class also gave me more confidence to combine my creative interests with technology. My final project brings together my interests in crafts, perfume making, TTRPGs, and front-end development, which made the learning process feel personal rather than just like completing an assignment. I'm leaving the class with more than a finished website. I have a better understanding of responsive design, more confidence with HTML and CSS, and a foundation I can continue building on as I learn JavaScript and develop my portfolio. This class helped me realize that I don't have to choose between being creative and being technicalβI can be both.
Going from AI Basics to AI Plus was so fun! I can not wait to finish AI Pro.
I really enjoyed the Responsive workshop because it helped me understand how to approach web design with different devices and screen sizes in mind. Working on practical projects made the concepts much easier to understand, and I particularly enjoyed experimenting with CSS, Bootstrap and responsive layouts. It was a valuable step in my development journey and gave me more confidence to create websites that are both functional and user-friendly.
This is my second workshop and it is still as nice as when I started, if not better! The learning method is so smooth that I really have fun while doing it.

During the course of this programme, I have gained a skill in AI coding as a beginner and was able to build a few websites of my own. This has taught me a lot about back-end and front-end websites development. It has been fun and insightful journey learning with SheCodes.

This workshop was genuinely challenging, in the best way. It pushed me to slow down and pay much closer attention to the details I'd been glossing over β things like naming conventions and the underlying logic in JavaScript. I came away with a much deeper understanding of the nuances that make code clean, readable, and functional, not just working. If you're looking for a program that will stretch you and sharpen your fundamentals rather than just skim the surface, I'd recommend SheCodes Plus.

Completing my final project for the SheCodes Basics workshop was such a rewarding experience. I built a webpage from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and it was exciting to see how the different pieces of code came together to create a functional and visually appealing website. Before starting the workshop, web development felt quite intimidating, but SheCodes made the learning process simple and enjoyable. I learned how to structure a webpage with HTML, style it with CSS, and add interactivity using JavaScript. I especially enjoyed being able to be creative with the design and make the project my own. Finishing this project gave me a real sense of accomplishment and increased my confidence in coding. It also motivated me to continue learning and exploring web development. Iβm grateful to SheCodes for providing such a practical and beginner-friendly introduction to coding.

This course helped me build on the skills I learned in the Responsive course by teaching me more advanced web design techniques. I learned to create responsive grids, work with tables and iframes, and use background images to enhance the look and functionality of websites. The hands-on projects gave me more confidence in creating responsive, professional-looking web pages.
Another Project completed. Learning how to take a static design and turn it into a fully functional, data-driven web app using JavaScript and a live API was both challenging and rewarding. I'm proud of how clean, responsive, and smooth the user experience turned out.

This add-on was a lot of fun. Easy to follow instructions and rewarding to see it all come together at the end.
DEFINITELY by far the hardest module to complete. Nice way to use "save the [hardest] for last" here. Overall, the challenges were fun to build. Had some trouble with the initial setup of 'react' in the terminal along with the 'weather API' for the last 2 weeks of the build. With patience and carefully going through the lessons to comprehend which aspects of the SheCodes Weather API to integrate into the functions- it got better. Using 'console.log' helps a lot. After a minor meltdown, a few migraines and a total 'brain fry' moment, all is well.
This was a harder round of coding, however Matt made it fun and explained it all in such a way that it was understandable and easy to follow.
My current SheCodes project, ChronoSphere, has helped me strengthen my JavaScript skills by working with time zones, date formats, and user interactions. Building a functional world clock has been a great experience and has motivated me to continue learning and creating more projects.
Joining SheCodes has been one of the best decisions i've made, and i am forever grateful for the opportunity to learn with such an amazing community. Honestly, i never imagined i would make it this far. There were moments where procrastination almost got the better of me, but i kept pushing because Matt has a way of making every lesson so engaging, fun, and easy to understand. I recently got back into the workshops and coding in general after a three year hiatus. I was able to update my start date with the workshops and pick up where I left off! Coming back and re-watching the videos and redoing the homework gave me more confidence and helped me develop my own little workflow! I am having so much fun with the projects that I am already starting early on the Add-on and AI Workshop for SheCodes Plus. I am looking forward to building my portfolio and can't wait for what comes next. SheCodes is the best place for all beginners to learn!

Matt's tools and resources are such a joy to use. I had so much fun creating projects and putting everything I learned into practice. I am now on my way to reading all the SheCodes books available to us because I truly feel like I'm on the right path to becoming a developer. I will definitely continue studying with SheCodes, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn. You can gain so much knowledge here! The pace is great, and the weekly homework keeps you on track while giving you the rewarding feeling of accomplishing something realβsomething you can actually build and see. Coding has kept me excited and craving for more. It is fun to code; it has kept me glued to my laptop, to an extent where I can't tell what time it is. JavaScript was particularly interesting. Matt makes the lessons interesting ,fun, and easy; and guides you step by step, till you get the content. Can't wait to learn more.
Just a month ago i was still confused by functions now I have mastered debugging, and formatting dates. Phyton is my favourite language. Its easy to understand and to read but the indentation had a field day with meππ π€£!
