The course was a real eye-opener, both in terms of what can be achieved even with simple HTML, CSS and Javascript, but also in terms of what I was able to achieve in just over 2-weeks of study. When my final project was complete and I tested it for the first time, and everything worked, I felt a huge sense of achievement. SheCodes really helped me a lot in creating a foundation in coding. I've still yet to discover more but definitely SheCodes Basics gave me the rarest opportunity to learn a whole new field. I recommend the workshop on responsivity using vanilla CSS. The workshops were easy to follow and plan, although they could benefit from including more content on web accessibility and emphasizing adhering to HTML rules.
I honestly could not be more surprised that I have been able to make it this far and actually code my own Weather App. I REALLY enjoyed SheCodes plus because of all the new things I kept on learning in JavaScript. Can't wait to move to the next level and learn even more!

Really interesting, a pretty steep learning curve but after a few WTF moments things started to click. Finally feel like I'm beginning to understand javascipt by the end of this course. Big thanks to Matt for making everything so clear and easy to follow, and to the SheCodes staff for being quick and helpful on Slack :). Would recommend the SheCodes Weather API too.

When I first started, I thought building a multi-paged website would be really difficult. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to create my first portfolio website without any trouble. It was a really exciting and satisfying experience, and I learned so much from the program.
