After graduating in foreign applied languages and marketing, I wanted to be able to create and design websites and more, so I searched for ways to learn how to code and found out about SheCodes bootcamp through other women's testimonies. I'm glad I chose SheCodes, the workshops are very intuitive and I'm excited to become a software engineer in the near future.

Great workshop! Learned a lot, also because I sometimes tried stuff before the explanation and only went further when it (finally) worked or I had ran out of ideas of how to make it work. As always, great videos that are easy to follow. Also good to see there are optional parts if you want the extra challenge.
I've thoroughly enjoyed this course. It was challenging without be infuriating as there are plenty of places to get help should you need it. I've improved so much since the basic course and a few friends who are developers are so impressed with how much I've learnt in such a short space of time. I am too, really! Really excited for the next workshop already.
Coding was completely new to me and far outside of my comfort zone. When I started looking into learning the basics I found the amount of online advice overwhelming and a lot of the information difficult to understand for a complete beginner. This course broke it into practical and easy to understand steps and there was support available if you became stuck at any point. Would highly recommend!

I'm so excited to have finished the SheCodes Plus workshop! I can't believe how much I've learned. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it, even when things got tough. I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and I'm now confident that I can create my own websites and web applications. JavaScript was definitely the most challenging for me, but I was able to overcome it with the help of the SheCodes resources, especially Athena AI. My final project was a weather application that fetches live data from a weather API. It was a challenging project, but it was also so much fun! I learned so much about weather data and how to display it in a user-friendly way. I would highly recommend the SheCodes workshop to anyone who is interested in learning how to code. It's an amazing opportunity to learn from experienced instructors and to build a community of supportive women.

This workshop invites you to create your portfolio website, which is important since this profession relies a lot on showcasing your practical knowledge. Interesting tips are given on how to get out there and start a career. It motivated me to finally create a proper portfolio page for myself, which I was delaying to do for months.

I thoroughly enjoyed the SheCodes Basics course. Initially, I was nervous I would not be able to grasp much of the content, considering I have no experience in coding. However, I surprised myself with how much I was actually able to understand and be able to implement that into the final project. As well as being very informative, it was FUN!
I hade a long break over summer and came back this week and finished the final project, and I immediately got reminded how good the videos are and how fun it is to write code and get to see directly what you are creating.

I'm so happy with how seamless this program can be implemented into a busy lifestyle. I completed this course while working part-time + completing my college courses. The option to extend homework lessons and have help anytime of day allowed me to take my time with this course in confidence. There is so much to learn but the design of this program and the resources provided makes the completion easily within reach.

Building my personal portfolio was both challenging and exciting. Being able to showcase the projects built in the previous workshops makes you feel that you are closer to becoming a front-end developer. As always, the explanations were great and the challenges help you to grasp the concepts or overcome doubts.

Coding is great! It seemed like a great idea until you see the actual code behind all these amazing web pages and applications. I honestly didn't think I'd pull through with it, but Matt is a great mentor who makes it seem like a walk in the park. I still can't believe the simplicity and fun behind the SheCodes Basics workshop. It probably gets more complex with advancement, but with my amazing mentor, come hell or difficult code, I'll reach the end goal of becoming a fully trained and certified front-end developer. π

It was an amazing workshop! I enjoyed it so much! The most challenging was the part of creating a portfolio design, but I was surprised how it appears during process of coding. Now I proud that I have a super nice Portfolio that I can show to anybody.
At first, I was really hesitant to apply thinking that I won't be able to complete but after starting the workshop, the journey was so easy, the content was easy to follow. The SheCodes workshop is really amazing. I really enjoyed and loved each and every moment of every session. Now I am really addicted to coding.
The SheCodes Basics Add-On Workshop wan an awesome experience from start to finish! Matt's clear explanations made learning easy, and his enthusiasm for coding made it so much fun. Although it was supposed to be a page about my hobby, I decided to do it about Eminem because I'm a Stan :P I'm looking forward to completing the next Add-On now!

I really enjoyed doing the SheCodes introduction to coding. It was such an amazing and fun experience for me. I liked how matt conducts his lessons they're really easy to understand. Coding made so much easier and fun. I would recommend taking this course anyone out there who thought that coding was for boys and few bright girls, Matt taught me this is for everyone. I just finished the Basics and enroll in Plus! I completely amazed how far I went in my coding path and all thanks to Matt and how easy he explains everything. Also, thanks for the whole SheCodes team that are always available to help and give feedback in Slack. I feel already like in a Teamwork and is amazing, you can feel lost sometimes and that you don't understand but the supoort that all the team and also classmates gives you is incredible. It is very interesting and helpful course for someone who want to learn front end coding and doesn't know anything about it. In this course the learning is very systematic and after every video some challenges are given to test the knowledge. I personally really loved the way of teaching and would definitely recommend it.
