Completing SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to web development. I absolutely loved using the skills I learned in Python Basics to create a more interactive project in Python AI! One of the difficulties I had with Python Basics was that I always wanted to go a bit further with the code, and that's exactly what the Python AI course allowed me to do. As with all the other SheCodes courses I've taken, lessons were succinct and engaging, and the challenges were fun to complete. One of my favourite aspects of the course is how customisable the final project is, thanks to how you can personalise your prompts.

I really enjoy how the classes are organized and the little challenges in between that give you a chance to play around with the code. I find myself immersed in the challenges and projects and always have a deep sense of satisfaction in seeing the code "come to life"!

This course was a game-changer for me. Even when unexpected personal emergencies arose, the self-paced structure meant I could keep going no matter what. Mattβs lessons are challenging but crystal clear, and I loved the push to use outside resources, it made me feel less helpless and helped me to think like a developer. I gained the confidence to build my own data visualization tools! Knowing the SheCodes support team was always there to help made the journey feel far less intimidating and lonely. It was so interesting to learn how to use multiple APIs and various components to create one cohesive app. It was challenging at times but overall a rewarding experience.
As someone who is completely new to python, it was a bit challenging. However, the course was structured and the topics were interesting, especially when learning about APIs.
I enjoyed learning html, css and javascript. As math teacher, I expected to progress through the course a lot quicker. Even so, the class was fun. I'm looking forward to taking the Basics Add-on and javascript course.
I learned so much in this course about how to plot graphs! This will be so useful when handling data.

Great introduction to Python! The course structure, with the regular challenges to practice what you have just learnt is great - so much better than just watching videos.
Fun courses - but they still feel a bit too light on the material.
This course gave me a solid understanding of responsive design and how to build layouts that work seamlessly across devices. It was very enjoyable and interesting to learn how much is involved in creating a good website.

I LOVE that the courses are 100x way easier to follow along with step-by-step guided instructions (with video inclusion + well executed explanations for each step.) Having the courses be "self paced" makes a difference for those of us with busy lifestyles with little to no work-life balance. I couldn't recommend a more efficient and pro-learner bootcamp!

this is a really good course for beginners i think would be good to have some interaction with the team in case you have questions feed back on your code would be great too. rather than pass or not pass, if passed you can give feedback how to optimize code for example
A really great beginner course thatβs perfect for getting started with the basics of coding! The topics are broken down into easy-to-follow sections, and the challenges are fantastic for really reinforcing what you learn. The final project is fun and an engaging way to bring everything together and put your new skills into practice.
I really enjoyed the World Clock Construction workshop. It was a very interesting and enriching experience that allowed me not only to learn new things, but also to apply other tools I had learned previously. The whole process was very clear and engaging, and I felt truly connected to the activity. I was genuinely happy with my final result β seeing everything come together was very rewarding and gave me even more motivation to keep improving.

I work with this on a daily basis (mostly Java), but never actually 'studied'. Much was very familiar, but it was still interesting for me. I sort of know 'what it does' already but never got the actual logic behind it until now. It is easy to follow, very educative and I learned a lot. Looking forward to the next step!

This was a lot more challenging than I had expected! although the design is basic I learned how to use moment.js and moment Time zone to get real-time data without having to use an API. I really enjoyed this project and will be one I go back to later down the line to improve on the CSS.
This Responsive Add-On helped me improve my understanding of responsive design and media queries. I now feel more confident creating websites that adapt to all screen sizes.
This is a great course if you want an introduction to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Personally, I had to do a lot of Googling and extra research alongside the course to fully grasp some of the concepts, but I actually really enjoyed that because it helped me learn even more. The lessons are clear and easy to follow, and I feel SO much more confident creating my own small projects now :)
This add on was fun and I enjoyed implementing AI API's, it's amazing what we can build using this.
This workshop helped everything finally click for me! It deepened my understanding of React and showed me how to build more dynamic, interactive, and polished applications. This workshop is a fantastic introduction to the world of web coding. While mastering three coding languages in a short period takes dedicated effort and further study β as youβd expect β the hands-on approach of building projects is the most effective way to learn. In less than three weeks, I went from knowing nothing about CSS and JavaScript to confidently writing code, troubleshooting issues, and even analyzing website elements. Iβm excited to continue my learning journey!
Highly recommend this course. The AI part has taught me so much. Its not been easy and I was scared of AI but Matt made this course so easy to follow.
This definitely had its fair share of mind bending, challenging moments but the video tutorials really helped break it down and unpack the logic behind the various stages of advancing and refining the code.
