I am so happy to participate in this course. I had great time, I've learnt a lot of interesting and useful things. I would like to continue studying programing. Before this course I've thought it is not my cup of tea but now I love it!

I sailed through the SheCodes Basics in three weeks, it’s sectioned into digestible modules that kept me curious to learn more. My skills have improved drastically and I'm exited to continue to learn with SheCodes. Thank you Matt and Team for knowledge and atmosphere!

I have loved the SheCodes Basics workshop. I learned a lot in a short amount of time. I really enjoyed being able to put the lessons together and figure some things out on my own.

It was a wonderful trip in Web-Developing.😄 But it is only beginning😉 Participating on SheCodes gave me the first tools to start learning to code on my own. I started with absolutely zero knowledge on coding or what it entailed and have learnt so much throughout this course. I can't wait to learn more and develop my new skills in the future! I can't recommend SheCodes highly enough! I had so much fun making this weather app, it was the perfect balance of challenging and rewarding. Didn't think I would enjoy spending evenings after work plugging away on VScode so much! The videos and homework assignments from Matt and the support provided by the SheCodes team was so helpful in getting my head around the coding fundamentals, I don't think I would have made it this far without it!

It was very interesting, yet bit challenging, but in encouraging way. In general course is very well-balanced, student-friendly and inspires to go further. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this workshop, especially when you are new with coding and haven't done anything like this before. This workshop teaches you all the basics and shows you how fun coding can be. The video's give a clear explanation of what you need to build and on Slack everyone is happy to help you really fast if you get stuck. Im very excited to start on the next workshop with SheCodes!

I'm loving it!

I had a lot of fun working on my weather app and dictionary app. React is great - the possibilities are endless. I can't wait to work with React on other projects. The SheCodes course was friendly and engaging. I also liked Matt’s enthusiasm. I enjoy problem-solving, it is very rewarding when you find the solution and your app is working and looks great.

It was challenging, but I learned a lot. There was always help available on Slack when I got stuck.

I've been interested in learning how to code for some time and found free courses online but the issue with those is that it's very hard to be motivated. This workshop is different as all the videos are not only very informative but very easy to follow. Each video has a challenge which makes you put your skills to practice and I've enjoyed every single one of them. Also, Matt's a great instructor and I highly recommend this workshop.

I always wanted to find something I liked and could work with. With SheCodes I had the opportunity to find a course that was a completely new area for me and that went far beyond my expectations. I'm very happy with everything I've learned and I want to continue learning because I think I finally found something I really like.🥰

Thank you SheCodes team for the best course I've taken so far. I finished my first project and I'm so exited. After SheCodes Pro is more challenging than the Basic one, but I enjoyed. It was great to learn JS,GIT,GitHub. Now I feel myself like a pro :) and will be continuing my learning journey.

I really enjoyed dusting off some old knowledge as well as learning new things. I'm excited to take the next workshop and continue learning a new skill.

I liked the course. It contains a large number of practical tasks that allow you to understand the essence of the profession of software developer and decide whether you really like this enough to continue your studies.

This course was easy to understand, I've had a lot of pleasure completing it.

Lots of learning, but it is so satisfying when you finally start to understand how React works :) The course is definitely worth its price. I have already recommended it to all my friends who want to start coding! :)

The level of student support here is amazing! I am very grateful for giving such opportunities to all women🙌 The lessons were very easy to go through, and Matt explained everything very clearly. The very friendly and calming atmosphere all aroundヾ(≧▽≦*)o Ohh and thank you very much for teaching how to use emojis and such on a computer!

Would highly recommend for anyone looking to start learning or to further their knowledge about creating responsive designs! As always, the in-depth lessons, homework, and final project were the perfect challenge to jumpstart anyone's coding career.

I've had such a great time taking this course and will continue to complete more workshops. What makes SheCodes special is that they take the time to explain why things function, and what the intentions are behind the code. I've attempted to take other courses that often lacked the understanding of how to explain the steps of why things are done. Instead, those courses often presented sterile explanations of what is being done on a screen. Matt is an excellent instructor, and his method of teaching actually helps you learn, not just memorize.

Thank you for these unbelievable weeks and gained knowledge! Matt promised that we would have some fun but I did not expect that for this much! My pleasure to present you my final project! Hope to continue the studies! Thank you, Matt!

That was really fun. I like how we start with simple and go to more difficult topics step-by-step. I`m grateful to Delac Foundation for this opportunity and to my friend who advised me to join! I'm very happy that I decided to take this course. I enjoyed the whole process, the hands-on methodology and of course the end result of the app.

After I finished my SheCodes Basics, I went straight into SheCodes Plus. It was more challenging than the Basics but I enjoyed so much and felt like I'm a proper programmer! It was great to learn the DevOps flow and understand how developers work and gradually letting me get used to the process by introducing Git and GitHub was great. I'm keen to continue my learning journey.

I would like to express my great gratitude for the support of Ukrainian women in difficult times. You are doing a very important thing. Matt is an amazing teacher. He explains everything so simply. Great examples of how things work. Very fast support in Slack, by mail. This is the first time I see such a high level of student support. I would like many companies to follow your example. Very friendly atmosphere during studying help to feel comfortable and motivate to learn more.

Thank you, Delac Foundation for giving me an opportunity to learn the basics of a profession I have never thought I would ever master. The explanations were clear, homeworks challenging but interesting to do. For this three weeks I have got the most important thing - confidence, that I can obtain new profession and sustain my family in this difficult for all Ukrainians time.

The Beginners Workshop was a great course! The pace wasn't too fast or too slow. I learned quite a bit because Matt was a great instructor! I highly recommend this course for anyone starting out or maybe even a refresher if it's been a while.

When I started learning coding here (and it's my first first time in life), I thought my right part of the brain will blow up; however, after the second lesson, I realized, either Matt is explaining the material so easily to understand, or I just fell in love with coding. The workshop helped me a lot to understand the basis of coding. All the information I learnt is very useful and I'm excited to continue my coding journey with SheCodes.

I majored in English and creative writing in college, going off the notion that I'm a predominantly right-brained individual. Never did I expect a well-placed ad for a free introductory coding course to help awaken my dormant left brain! SheCodes made the seemingly esoteric completely accessible to me. It re-ignited my passion for world-building and opened my eyes to a beautiful new way to understand and approach our digital universe. Not only did Matthue and the SheCodes team gird me with the foundation for an invaluable set of skills, but they also empowered me to keep at my learning, to lean on a community of like-minded go-getters, and to persevere through the tougher moments of frustration. I've not felt this excited to explore and expand my mind in so long, and I can't thank (or recommend) SheCodes enough!

I can't believe that I just finished the last workshop and that my SheCodes journey ends here. Thank you for everything, SheCodes-Team! You were so helpful and supportive on my journey as a web developer. I remember how nervous I had been at the beginning even when I just had to alert or console.log something. Fast forward to now: I created two fully functioning apps that make api calls and have a value. I would recommend SheCodes workshops for everyone who would like to be a Frontend developer! They are clear, extremely interesting and simply inspiring!

I loved learning React! I struggled a bit first learning Javascript, but for some reason React clicked a lot easier. The challenges and homework assignments will give you lots of practice writing the code out and Matt explains things in-depth. I'm sad this is my last course for SheCodes!! If there are ever any more courses, I will definitely sign up!
