I would recommend this course - Matt walks you through everything step by step, you can re-watch a lecture as often as you want, you get an opportunity to practice everything you learn, and you complete the course with a project you complete and design on your own!
This basic course is 100% effective. Matt explained the basics step by step, first HTML then CSS and JS. I have already known about the coding languages, but these explanations helped understand the logic of coding process. I am grateful for this chance to learn to code with the talented Matt and SheCodes team!

The course offers a variety of challenging yet fun lessons and exercises which are building up on each other in a very logical order. I feel like having learned a lot and am looking forward to put it further into practice in the future.

Thank you Shecodes for this unique opportunity. The journey was not easy. I asked for extension twice but I'm happy to finish the project and to know that I can learn coding. Coding is a new world I am discovering and I wish to gradually become more sound in it. I like the part that coding encourages both analytical, constructive and creative thinking.

This workshop was tricky, but I would highly recommend it. I'm only 13, so if I can do it, you can too. I've learned a great deal in a very brief time span. The shecodes staff was very helpful, and Matt is a great teacher.
I'm glad that I had a chance to be a part of this project.Everyone can find it not so difficult with such organization. Information is given easy for understanding.If you can't do smth, managers help you quickly. So I fully recommend it!

I can't believe I already finished my shecodes training! I learned a lot and I had a lot of fun coding and doing the different projects. I loved the practical aspect of the training, it's very well explained and very complete. I can't wait to continue my coding adventure thanks to shecodes :)
I must admit that it was much harder and much more challenging compared to SheCodes Basics, but, at the same time, I see myself improving and having a better understanding of coding overall. There is one thing I wanted to have through the course is a more detailed explanation, especially about Java Script such as functions since I am not super comfortable yet and also I sometimes get confused with certain things regarding JS, so if there were any video clip explaining more specific parts, I might have been more confident and comfortable to code by myself. I googled and checked YouTube videos about JS, and I feel I am getting more familiar with those, but still, I would appreciate it if we could access all minor details in SheCodes to keep things more consistent and for us to stay focused on one platform. At last, I genuinely appreciate that Matthieu and all the staff are always supportive and kind. Looking forward to SheCodes improving its performance much more than what it is now and more many people enjoying coding as I am right nowπ Thank you so much allπ

SheCodes was such a fun, amazing experience. I've wanted to learn more about coding for a while now, so when I saw an ad about SheCodes I decided to give it a try. I love that it's a platform solely for woman to learn a skill in a world that's primarily male-dominated, so that women can feel comfortable learning how to code with the support of other females learning alongside them. The lessons are broken down into easy to understand segments and the fact that you can go at your own pace is awesome. It was so fun to be able to put all of my knowledge from the course together at the end to make my own web site.

Great course for absolute beginners!
Shecodes is my favourite way to learn coding. Matt has such a great human approach so things that are difficult for me to understand with a learning disability are now possible to make sense. It really has helped my confidence.

This workshop was challenging , but in a great way. As I submitted my final project I was reflecting on all the hard work and hours of time I spent on it. The knowledge that was gained between the basics course and finishing the plus course is amazing. I feel proud of what I have learned and look forward to continuing through the SheCodes curriculum .

It is a more challenging workshop, progressing from Basics to Plus. Overall, great experience getting to learn further and how to improve coding. The challenges and homework in every lessons have given me the opportunity to learn and analyse more. Good progression of learning for me with the lessons that are broken into smaller sections which provide me a medium that is easy to understand and follow.

It was very useful and interesting course, information is presented in a very detailed and simple way, and this in cool. In some lessons the details under the video included what was covered in the next lesson, but I only realized this when I started the next lesson after studying these details on my own. SheCodes is different from other options Iβve tried because of the community behind it, also Matt is a great teacher. I learned a lot of things through the SheCodes and I am able to design web application as it really boosted my interest towards front-end development. This course I, like most Ukrainians, joined in times I was forced to pack up an emergency suitcase because of the war to start everything from the scratch away from home. This suitcase could not contain what I really wanted to keep in β loved ones, important words, and my own resilience. Amount of new knowledge, structured approach, challenging tasks and support from SheCodes team and other students made my progress not only in coding but what is more important in my ability to learn new things and get back my inner strength. I became interested in coding because of ... TikTok! While exploring new income opportunities, I became interested in coding and figured that I would give SheCodes a try. After these 3 weeks of the "Introduction to Coding" workshop, I am excited to see where this journey will take me!
I'm glad I decided to try it, it's an incredible experience and emotion. Coding is so much easier and more interesting than I thought! The study material is interesting, the complexity grows gradually, and when you make the final project and look at it you think "Wow, did I really do it? I already know so much! It's incredible!
Such a great workshop! I went from knowing absolutely nothing about programming to being able to create my first webpage! Matt is such a fantastic teacher, easy to follow along with and the SheCodes community is so amazing. I am looking forward to our next workshop to learn even more!!

I cannot stress enough how simple it is to follow these tutorials and actually understand all the concepts and processes we are being taught. Even if each course gets more difficult than the previous one, it's very easy to follow along each step and get good results in a short amount of time.
Canβt recommend SheCodes enough! I got to go at a pace that worked for me and if I ever was stuck there was always someone available to help. I canβt wait to see what the rest of my coding journey brings me!
It's a little bittersweet because this is my last workshop. SheCodes React was exciting and challenging, and I completely had to "step away" from my computer a few times as Matt usually suggests to do when we are stuck :). I'll forever be grateful for these workshops and I hope to build on what I've learned over the last few months as I continue my journey towards a career in tech. I really enjoyed learning how to code with SheCodes. Matt Delac explains everything pretty clear in his lessons. You have enough time and possibility to practice new information - almost every lesson has one challenge, at the end of this lecture you can also check, how this challenge (of course it will be not the only one solution, because your code can be also correct) should be done and improve your solution.
