Absolutely loved the start of this journey. I am so excited to continue and I have to say, I'm really impressed how thorough the course is. I'm not from an IT background so I was apprehensive but definitely feel comfortable with coding now.

I thoroughly enjoyed this online workshop where Matt makes it easy to follow through. The step-by-step approach through learning videos, challenges and solutions make self-learning effective. It was also fun in the learning process as we play with colours and emojis. Definitely recommend this to anyone who's keen to start coding!

Being SheCodes Basic my first programming experience ever, I was hesitant that I would not be able to follow the lessons and fail in my quest to learn the basics of programming. Actually, I believe that the teaching approach of SheCodes is very intuitive and easy to follow. The continuous challenges keep the interest and motivation high to guarantee good success rates. This SheCodes Basics course has simplified the key high-level concepts and is an excellent starting point for navigating the inherently complex world of Coding. The exercises throughout the workshops are practical and makes you think about what you're doing as well as teaches you how to find a solution (rather than just providing a solution).

The workshop is fit for absolute beginners like me. There is no dull moment in the lesson and Matt explain it very well.

3 weeks in and I have learnt so much. I get excited when I have completed each challenge. I proudly show of my achievements to my family!! Loving the new challenge. Looking forward to more! 😁😁

Excellent beginner course for HTML, Javascript, and CSS

This program is amazing. The lessons are short, clear, concise, and straight to the point, which makes them easy to follow. I'm glad I've chosen this SheCodes over the others.

Having just finished my Fine Art degree I was looking for a way to make myself more employable and learn a new skill. Having worked with Blender and other design softwares, I wanted to push my knowledge beyond aesthetics and start creating on the web. This course is exactly what I needed to start this journey. I plan on progressing to become a front-end developer.

SheCodes Basics is a perfect introduction, well structured and completely possible to handle. Make me feel confident to keep learning coding as a new skill in 2023.

This was a great intro workshop into what it takes to develop responsive sites. I plan on creating my own site with this for additional practice and to further explore all of the topics introduced.

Learnt lots of new things that Basics didn't cover, made me more confident building websites!

This workshop is definitely a challenging one but it's so-so rewarding to see a fully functional React app come to life in the end. Now, it's time to learn more about React and continue my coding journey with an add-on workshop. Thank you SheCodes for everything!

I am really pleased I decided to take this course and complete this workshop. As a mum to 2 young children this has allowed me to gain valuable skills in Coding. The videos are clear and concise to follow and lots of help and guidance available on Slack. I have learnt so much and gained valuable skills which will help me in the future. Thank you!

I think the add-on portion of the Basics course is super important because you're learning more valuable information. Assuming you're trying to make a career change, which I am, the information I've learned is invaluable to me.

This add-on to the SheCodes Basics Workshop taught additional skills that transform webpages to a polished look and interaction. The instructor Matt was very clear in explaining difficult learnings within CSS and JavaScript. I am very grateful and motivated to transition into SheCodes Plus!

The entire experience was wonderful. I was able to apply what I had learned to the challenges, and when I ran into problems, I would refer back to the videos. If I still couldn't figure out the problem, the question had probably already been asked on Slack, which was very useful. I also appreciated how quickly they provided feedback on the homework and pointed out your errors. The feedback, as well as having other students inquire what I was struggling with, made the experience less frightening and increased my interest.

It was an amazing experience. Interesting knowledge, exciting presentation, and motivation to learn - that's why I recommend SceCodes to everyone who wanted to try their hand at web developing.

I started this basics course because I wanted to do a course in UI design and I thought it would be smart to know the basics of coding before learning how to design. Little did I know I would enjoy coding this much and have now decided to do the full course and put UI on hold for now.

I have done SheCodes Basics, Basics Addon, Plus, Responsive and React so far. I find that this Plus Addon was nicely built on top of what I learned during the Plus workshop. I'm sure I can utilize these JavaScript skills in my future projects! :) Once again, the workshop was executed in an easy-to-understand way, so building the project went smoothly. Thank you!

hello everyone. so, i managed to cross the finish line of this fascinating and valuabe adventure. i really had fun everyday, because the course is comfortably divided into small sections, which kept me from being overwhelmed and tired of lessons. Delac Foundation gave me not only knowledge, but the precious insight that I really could succeed in IT sphere. I really enjoyed the course! It was challenging at times but also very fun. A perfect workshop for beginners.

This was a really challenging! JS is something that makes my head turn around, I cannot say that I am completely comfortable with it. The lessons are very clear, watching coding step by step really helps as some things are really confusing. What I like the most – that Matt is explaining the logics behind every move he makes and underlines that there are more ways to achieve the same result. He pushes to find thing out by myself. Only that I feel that my brain in a bit behind still :) I hope that with time and more coding I will get used to JS and it will get better.

Matt's lessons are very well presented and easy to understand. This course allows you to learn while watching, with hands on challenges and homework. It is also nice to have help when needed on Slack.

React workshop is the last one in a series of Shecodes workshops I took part in. It was more tough with challenging homework but finally I could make it with the guidance of my Shecodes tutor Matt via lessons. The skills from this workshop will be really invaluable! I thought that I was going to have the hardest time learning abut html, css and javascript. It was definitely challenging but knowing how they all work together in harmony made it easier to learn and understand. I'm looking forward to diving into the world of code more.

I do admit React can be quite counterintuitive at times but Matt has done an excellent job at explaining the process step-by-step. SheCodes makes learning really fun with a great balance of theory, practicals and code-a-long videos. I've found that the structure of the lessons has helped me to pick up concepts quickly and you do feel you have achieved something each week with the homework tasks. I've also picked up lots of tools and tips that aren't necessarily taught in other self-learning platforms I've tried.
