This workshop made me able to build an app with react and node, wich I think is an huge skill to empower my portofolio. This was the most challenging project until now, but I'm glad to made it.
I love the way Matt explains this another and undiscovered world for me. Falling in love with coding and feeling like my brain fills in with dopamine.

A fun project that I would use in the future π
Transitioning into project management since April 2022 and I have been taking a series of courses online, I joined a forum of project managers online and one thing that was mentioned to keep me ahead in this role is I should know the basics of Coding. surprisingly I am a medical laboratory scientist and have never coded in my life because I believe these are roles for men not until I came across SheCodes during my search for a platform to learn to code. this journey has been great and as someone with zero knowledge who now knows the basics of coding, it blows my mind. I am really grateful to the team on slack for their quick response to questions and to Matt you are amazing. joining the SheCodes plus class as soon as possible because, with the basic knowledge, I don't think project management will be enough maybe I can be a web developer or a skilled engineer...

Challenging but very enjoyable. Matt explains the concepts and the advanced content in a way that is very easy to understand. The challenges with every lesson were useful for understanding the concepts, but it is has been fun doing the lessons on a daily basis. I hope that I will be able to continue learning coding and hope to use the knowledge I learnt in future careers.

SheCodes is a great opportunity to dive into the world of coding and take the first steps. The programme was comprehensive, easy to follow and diverse in topics. After a few hours I could already see improvements and really enjoyed the challenges. Matt is very good at explaining, and the exercises were completely doable. I would always recommend the course further, as it is amazing!
This course was easy to flow through. The information was presented in a manner that allowed it to be digested and applied while thoroughly challenging the learner more and more with each lesson.

The SheCodes Basic workshop gave me a really good introduction into coding. The lessons were easy to understand and follow. SheCodes Plus is a challenging but interesting workshop. I found the concepts more challenging to grasp than SheCodes Basic but Matt breaks everything down into manageable chunks. I'm glad I have now completed the workshop and have a much greater understanding of HTML, CSS and JS.

I am grateful to become part of Delac Foundation. It has given me the opportunity to learn coding in a self-paced yet fun manner! I love that we have weekly deadlines so we can finish the course at our own pacing while instilling some urgency.

For decades I have been trying to find out what I would like to do as a potential carrier. Since I did not believe on myself, each day I was repeating the same thing that I was knowing the best but I was not enjoying to do it anymore. But there is something about SheCodes that empowers me and For the very first time, I am genuinely excited about what I am doing.

Learning how to code thanks to SheCodes has been a great experience for me. This course has been so helpful in introducing me to coding. I've had previous experience in website design and I have always wanted to understand what is happening behind the scenes. It hasn't always been easy, but the challenges have been so much fun to complete.
Initially, React was a little tough to follow along with, being that it was new to me. As always, Matt explains things in a way that just makes you get it. Although I ran into issues along the way which is to be expected, by the end of this workshop I truly grew to enjoy React! I will definitely continue learning more about it. This is the most effective workshop to understand the basis of development. I was searching on Google and it's difficult to find the motivation online, since the topic is a little bit scary and confusional. The best thing about Shecodes is that you find motivation. Everything is clear and you will have the need to learn more.
I found the workshops engaging and educational. The challenges were stimulating and rewarding. Everything was well-organised and user-friendly. The fact that I could work at my own pace was a bonus.
Taking part in SheCodes has been a great experience for me. For example, I've had the opportunity to learn coding in a supportive environment with other women and have gained valuable skills that I can use in my future career. In just 2 weeks, I had the basics for creating an appealing website. The workshop was challenging, and required a good deal of work, but by the end, I felt I had enough knowledge of the topics that I could successfully implement the basic principles.

I was initially interested in the workshop to familiarize myself with coding and enhance my work with software and game localization. I am now much more confident to work with software-related projects, all thanks to the practical skills I learned in this course.
Easy to follow along and learn. Mind you however: The 3 weeks will not get you fluent in the coding language, it will take longer to get routed and comfortable. Nevertheless, would def. recommend to beginners!
