I absolutely loved this course! I love how in depth and detailed it is, the videos helped a lot and Matt's teaching skills are great. I've tried other coding courses before so I have a bit of knowledge but no course can compare to this one! Can't wait to start the Basics add-on and all the other amazing workshops.

I've done other coding bootcamps and I've studied by myself before, but I can assure that there are a lot of things that I haven't seen before even on the SheCodes Basics level. I can attest that SheCodes is completely worth it. Matt Delac is a great teacher because he makes learning simple and not boring, bringing practical examples every step of the way and encouraging you to also try to learn more by yourself.

This was an amazing course and fun to learn how to code. I wasn't sure if I would like it or if I would be any good at coding, but I am surprised at how quickly I was able to learn the skill! I appreciate how in-depth Matt was with each lesson and there was so much help to be able to learn and get unstuck on any issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn!

This course was awesome, the lessons were fluid and progressed quickly but still understandable. There is always help available and the response time is always prompt. The community you are involved in is very active and respectful. There is no judging and no jokes about asking for help no matter how simple. At each step, there is motivation and encouragement to remind you that you got this.

I like how easily the videos are to follow and the quick response in the slack group when I have a question. Most of the time someone had the same question so the answer was already there! 10/10 recommend

I had a wonderful time going through this course. I was able to complete the whole 3 week workshop in 1 week as I worked on it full-time (about 3-5 hours each day). The slack channel is also very helpful to ask questions in real time when you're working on your code. I am excited to see what's in store for me next! I would love to become a Front-End Developer!

Learning a lot

I absolutely loved the SheCodes Basics program. Matt's lessons were easy to follow, and the exercises were challenging, yet fun to do. It was a blast learning about HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I feel that I retained a lot of information during this program, and I'm excited to move forward to the next step!

I had a great time learning to code through this workshop. As a new coder, the quick videos and challenges were particularly helpful in solidifying my understanding of the material. Very challenging but exciting course! I started with almost no knowledge about Javascript functions and now seeing my app work was very rewarding. I do recommend this course to any fair maiden, Who wishes to learn the art of code, and in it, find her gain.

I have really enjoyed the challenges of this course, feeling very confident about this new language I am getting to know and want to know more!

Just Wow..... I would've never thought that I'd ever learn how to code.This class was not only fun but Doable. My favorite part about this experience was that I didn't feel like failing was an option. I was initially intimidated by the coding languages, but Matt's lessons made learning how to code so exciting and simple to grasp.

I really enjoyed this workshop! Learnt so many new skills which build my knowledge and also will prepare me for real-life working. The lessons and challenges allow you to independently learn yet there is always help available from the SheCodes team!

SheCodes Responsive add-on was definitely a challenging workshop yet such an incredible experience. I was able to learn how to make websites more responsive using just pure HTML without the help of frameworks. Also, learning how to embed media, including google maps was very fun and interesting! Highly recommend this add on workshop for anyone looking to advance their coding skills using just pure JavaScript and CSS.
