I have been struggling to learn how to code for a few months, but when I join Shecodes, I am making progress. The way Shecodes teach is easy to understand and enjoyable. I am pleased that I could join Shecodes because Shecodes is a great way to learn coding in a supportive environment.
The workshops are very practical and applicable. Short videos help me feel motivated and energetic, and provide me with a good opportunity to identify areas for which I need more practice. I enjoyed the weekly projects a lot and found the final project fun and exciting. The teaching materials were challenging just about the right amount for me: not too difficult to the point of being frustrating, and not too easy to lose motivation. Overall, the experience has been excellent so far.
This is a really fun workshop and final project! The React concepts were explained well and the challenges and final project really help you to understand the potential of learning/using React. There is also the opportunity to incorporate all the skills learned on the previous workshops as well. This really helps to solidify the knowledge learnt and practice other frontend techniques, which was something I really appreciated. Thank you SheCodes!

This was a great experience to be able to gain a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within 3 weeks. The course is well-structured and easy to follow. I highly recommend this course it's a fun and great way to challenge yourself! I'm excited to continue learning.
The information provided is fantastic - sure I had to do some googling here and there (can't expect Matt to give away all of the answers) but I've learned so much and am looking forward to moving on to more advanced techniques.

I am amazed to discover a world that exists that most people know nothing about. When we use our phones and look at apps or websites we don't bat an eye. But that had to come from somewhere and that is all thanks to coding. It is a world beneath the surface. It is a technological art form! I hope to continue "painting" this picture and see what inspiration comes. Thanks for helping me learn!

This was a fun project! Great way to practice responsive web design with grids.
This course was definitely fun because it teaches how we can make our projects responsive for different device sizes (super important for mobile use). This course was definitely more design focused as we didn't look at javascript this time around.
SheCodes Plus was a great workshop that expanded on the HTML, CSS and Javascript skills of the Basics workshops. I really enjoyed learning the more advanced skills and also appreciated the flexibility of the course structure and homework deadlines. In addition, the online support provided was excellent and help was delivered very promptly. Thanks for a great course!
SheCodes plus is just too expensive it does not worth the money. It was a lot of repetition i regretted taking this course.

The beginner courses were great! I didn't feel too overwhelmed nor did I feel bored. The challenges gave me that hands on feel that I need when learning and the hwks helped me see the full picture. Can't wait to see what is next.

Since I am punctilious and have some design skills, I was always told that I could enter the coding field. But I was always afraid to start until I accidentally met Shecode and started learning. It was a very interesting 3 weeks, with useful tips from Matt and information well organised. There were a couple of tight moments, but with instructions and Google everything was solved. Awaiting the next step.

Having completed the SheCodes basics, I am totally impressed by how improved, easy to follow and well-managed SheCodes Plus is. It was an enjoyable experience and I learned a lot through the lessons and also the Slack channel. The team is a huge help to you and you have unlimited access to them. In short, you have access to everything you need for learning with this package.
Shecodes was an exceptional experience for my live as it is right now, it gave me the opportunity to make myself a new future and I am convinced that I will pursue a new Career on Software vey soon.
Lessons are broken down into pieces that are easy to follow and digest. I find that this structure makes the learning easier to follow but the build-up of skill is quicker.

This course was definitely more difficult and challenging then the Basic one but more fun at the same time. There were few challenges and homeworks that I had difficulties with but overall it was a great experience. The Slack channel also helped a lot, to find inspiration or help. I have been working on the project about different types of intelligence, the topic I have been interested in recently. Currently I am working in the language school which is concentrated on the different types of intelligence, that is why this topic is extremely relevant for me. During my project I had also a possibility to find out more about this topic. It was the pure pleasure for me to completing this challenge, though I had some doubts about my skills and creative part of myself. It even discouraged me a little, nevertheless I have finished it and I am proud of myself. I was listening to the SheCodes Radio and it helped me a lot during my coding, music really changes everything! I specifically liked working with the colors, gradients. It was fun! I will be working hard to become better in coding :) Overall, I would highly recommend this project to anyone. It was a thought-provoking and enlightening experience that challenged my assumptions and opened my mind to new possibilities. :)

I initially decided to take this class to see if I would even be interested in coding. In my current job, I don't do anything like this. I do have a side business that could benefit from the knowledge I've gained here. I am very happy with how much content was provided, that asking for help was welcome, and finding your own solutions was encouraged! I recommend this basic workshop for anyone who wants to get a taste for what coding is like. But be warned... you will not want to stop!
At this stage, I had to turn my brain over, since the logic of React is different from javascript. But Matt explained everything in great detail and gradually brought everything up to date. After completing this part of the course, you will have an understanding of the React framework and you will be able to create a beautiful application. I'm very glad to be here.
