I loved how easy SheCodes was to follow. The lessons were bite-size, the challenges made it easy to put my new skills into practice, and the final project really challenged me to think for myself. I've told several friends to look up SheCodes and register!
It was truly one of the best learning journeys in my life and I absolutely enjoyed it while mastering very useful html, css, javascript and specially react skills. one of my favorite parts was the challenges. the challenges kinda forced me to practice every new technique right after Matt teaches us and you might underestimate it but it was very helpful for getting the handle of complex issues for me. so I definitely recommend it and I hope SheCodes Workshops expand for more sophisticated skills so I can learn more stuff with SheCodes.
SheCodes is a very informative and helpful program. I'm excited to recommend it to my peers.

I'm so impressed with how much I have learned in such a short amount of time. I was a little worried coming into the course being a complete beginner but I feel it was really easy to follow and I even enjoyed the problem-solving element if I had made any mistakes. I love that there are colour templates, gradients and cheatsheets available to make things a little more simple. I have signed up for SheCodes Pro and I'm so excited to see where it takes me.
Since starting with SheCodes I have raved about this program. I find it very user-friendly and easy to understand. I love the hands-on approach and I really have absorbed a lot so far from the basic course. Excited to get further along with each workshop.
Really enjoyable course. Matt has a really good teaching style and makes coding seem like an artform. It was really helpful interacting with other students and coaches on slack.
Some parts of the course pretty challenging, extensive study material and a lot of information to be assimilated, but it was definitely worth the whole time I spent on it. Almost all of the subjects presented and explained in a very clear and understandable way. There is always some support available, in case of getting lost. Also Matt has this typical radio voice, so it is quite pleasant to listen to his video recordings :) Highly recommended!
After taking the SheCodes Plus workshop, I have become more confident in my abilities as regards coding. Matt is an amazing instructor and he takes his time to breakdown the concepts as well as simplify his teachings as much as possible. I would highly recommend the SheCodes Bootcamp.

Super easy for someone who has never coded before! This made me very comfortable with my transition into my coding journey in seeing that it's not all that scary.

A good course, however it's probably best served after all other courses available, as it may reference projects you have not yet completed. The portfolio site you end up making is nice and clean.

When my homework get verified, I felt like I have accomplished something bigger every time and moving every step forward and closer to your dream job. I'm very happy and can't wait to continue my coding journey with SheCodes.
SheCodes Plus was definitely challenging but really worth it. You learn so many skills and Matt has an excellent way of taking you step by step through and almost getting you to teach yourself. I really enjoyed it! Looking forward to React now!

It was a long time since I had coded but since joining SheCodes last year, I was sure I was going to pursue this to the end. The course material is well organized and clear making it easy to follow. The step by step challenges makes it easy to reassess your understanding. I have also learnt a lot talk of APIs, design and bootstrap. I love SheCodes! I Cannot wait to learn react. My front end developer journey has just began.
There are a lot of free tutorials out there online, but I appreciate how SheCodes has been broken down into a progression of steps in a clear and concise format that can teach anyone how to code. The ease and comfort of using the videos and assignments is what makes the workshop very worthwhile over alternatives.

I saw an advertisement for SheCodes on YouTube and took the free one hour introduction class. I am in my early 40s, a stay at home mom and have no experience with coding, but decided to take the 3 week SheCodes Basic course. I learned a lot and feel that in the future I could continue to further the coding path into a career.
The lessons were easy to understand. And I really enjoyed working with React.
Loved it. Relaxed, intuitive programming and at your own speed.
I had an EXCELLENT time working with SheCodes! I've always felt intrigued by coding, but incapable of learning it... after betting on myself and giving it a try, SheCodes reminded me that you can do anything if you set your mind to it!
It was a great course, I liked learning on my own and the assignments were easy to follow and refer back to later if I needed to look anything up.
What an amazing adventure! With all I have learned throughout my lifetime, learning to code has been the best. Finally finding that "thing" I can really do is so rewarding and I feel so accomplished already. This was such an easy approach and I am glad I chose this program. Now that I have finished all the 4 modules, I can say that this workshop is totally worth it. I started with ome experience in coding, but nothing related to react or more profesional tools, and I finished very proud of everything that I have learned and accomplished. All the resources are so helpful! Even the community on Slack! I really recommend this workshop for begginners and for people who wants to expand what they already know.
I highly recommend this workshop, it was easy to understand the concepts (and there's a ton of support if you don't get things at first)! The workload was manageable for someone working full time, and I feel like my potential to branch into new industries has only widened!

My SheCodes journey continues with SheCodes Responsive and it proved to be a bit tricky at first. Learning all the tricks and tips was a lot at first but once you physically do them a couple of times, you get the hang of it. Matt explains the concepts really well. He is a superb teacher. I'm really proud of how far I've come with the help of SheCodes. I don't think I could have done any of this without Matt and his superior team.
SheCodes is exactly what I needed to break into coding. I've discovered a new passion and I can't wait to start the larger workshops!

Good introduction to React, but felt sometimes a bit rushed. I would have preferred to have a few weeks more time to learn and train what was covered in the course. I still enjoyed learning React and would recommend it to anyone interested in coding, and will keep training at my pace in the future - React and other technologies. I believe SheCodes provides an excellent basis to later be able to keep learning more technologies by oneself. I recently looked at SCSS, Vue and some more technologies and understood some of them, which felt amazing as I did not even write a single line of HTML 6 months ago!

The instructions are clear and easy-to-understand for a complete newbie like me. Lessons are well-organized with notes conveniently provided. Projects are suitable for beginner level, with step-by-step walkthroughs and sample solutions. I was able to seek help on my problems via Slack, as well as extend the deadlines when necessary. 10 out of 10!!!

SheCodes made learning to code fun and exciting. My favorite experience about the SheCodes lesson was the challenges after each class, which tested my knowledge of the lesson. I was able to reflect on my learning through every challenge and work on the areas that needed improvement.

I've tried to learn coding many times,till I found SheCodes. This is the best way to learn coding with no doubt. Learning in organized lessons, with useful practice's is what makes this course different from others. I had so much fun coding and I love shecodes.

Matt explains everything in a really accesible way and the team is super helpful. Recommended even if you have no coding experience and regardless of your professional background. Also very manageable while working a full-time job as it is split up in shorts lessons and you can orgainze your own time.

The structure of this course is crucial. Especially in a world where information is abundant, it may be difficult to figure out where to start, what informations are outdated, etc.

I started the SheCodes Basics course as an absolute beginner. I always found coding intimidating, but this course explains things bit by bit, allowing you to steadily build up your knowledge and understanding. Before I knew it I understood HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how to make them all work together. I'm so glad I took this course as it de-mystified coding and I felt a real sense of accomplishment in being able to make a webpage from scratch at the end of it.

This workshop has been my favourite! It was extremely stimulating and rewarding.
The SheCodes Basics workshop was a great way test out the coding waters. I had practiced with FreeCodeCamp prior to SheCodes so I had a little bit of practice but it was much easier to have Matt walking us through step by step with explanation and using Slack as extra assistance if needed. Even with a little prior knowledge, I still spent slightly over 5 hours per week for the first two weeks on lessons, challenges, and homework. As I could do this all in my own time, it was very manageable while working a full-time job. I loved and appreciated Mattβs laid back and fun teaching style and highly recommend SheCodes Radio while youβre coding!
