I have been working in tech for over a year right now, and I noticed that coding can be essential in my work. Not only is it something extra I give myself to learn outside working hours, but it opens new doors. Coding is my new therapy, which stimulates me to do more and to learn more while doing so.
Really enjoyed recreating the weather app through React. It was challenging but a lot of fun to learn.
Fantastic coding course for beginners - well thought out curriculum and content, and delivered in a way that makes you feel so empowered and pro after doing the first 3 lessons (despite there being at least 20more to do!). Would highly recommend for those who are dabbling their toes into the "world of coding", and who want to learn something completely new.
After hearing favorable reviews, there was an incredible desire to join. But there was fear, because you can never know exactly what you will get. But I am pleasantly satisfied with the course. Everything is clearly explained, there is a good homework and a great breakdown in the video. The course is incredible, it was difficult to tear yourself away from it to take a break. Looking forward to the next one
SheCodes Plus is that next step that will make coding even more fun and challenging. Matt explains everything perfectly and there is always someone to assist you when you are stuck. I can not wait for what I am going to learn next.

Lessons are clearly lined out and very easy to follow. Well planned out and split into bite-sized chunks that are easy to digest. Examples make coding easily understandable and application to real life makes it more fun.
A lot of the content was intimidating but in the end it was very accessible and I am proud of everything I learned and what I created!
It has been absolutely amazing. It is unbelievable how much one can learn in a short period of time. I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to learn through SheCodes.
Definitely gets more "intense"/complicated compared to the previous workshop but that is expected. My brain hurts lol but I feel like I'm improving as a coder and can't wait to learn more, no matter how difficult it will get. Will always favor this type of learning, Matt's videos are 100% helpful/useful.

I am so happy I took this course and grateful for the opportunity. When I started on week 1 I knew nothing about coding and thought it would be difficult to learn. but the lessons were so easy to follow and actually mor fun than I thought they would be.

This course was very interesting and i learnt a lot. Some of the videos, audio and information is outdated and hard to understand. I also wish there would be more information under the video which would help with note taking and understanding the content better. This course was very challenging but feel very glad i completed it.

What a journey! Loved every step of it! I can highly recommend this course.
I had so much fun learning more about JavaScript's capability and being able to build a weather app! You never know what you're capable of until you give it a try. While some of the scripting was super challenging, it was still manageable due to the amazing instructions and how the lessons are laid out. I'm so excited to continue my journey and see what other fun projects lie ahead.
The additional project was a great way to get more comfortable with javascript, dates, and timezones.
This was by far the most challenging workshop of all. I learned a lot about React, and I had fun solving every roadblock I faced. I won't deny that sometimes I went to bed not knowing how to fix something, but ideas came through the next morning. Thanks to all the Shecodes team for being there when I needed it!
