This has been a very transformative journey in my life from zero coding.

I enjoyed this. Python, like many coding languages is unique. Having the foundational knowledge and understanding of Javascript definitely makes it easier to understand. The challenges and homework were great. I am finding it easier to look up solutions for codes that I may be having a challenge with. Feeling more confident as a developer in training. 😊

I enjoyed this SheCodes add-on; it offers short, practical lessons that translate directly into a working UI. I finished with a clean, deployable project and a clearer sense of how to keep React code tidy and accessible. It was genuinely useful and motivating.

So useful and helpful tips and tricks shared in this last part Next - feels great to know how one can proceed with a career within development! Now it's time to continue building with all the knowledge collected.

It was really awesome to review Python basics and put the concepts into practice by building a simple application. The course made it easy to understand and apply Python’s features, very well explained and the hands on experience on each topic REALLY make a difference.

I really enjoyed building the Travel Project without Bootstrap as it challenged me in more ways than one. I am looking forward to what is next to come!

As a beginner coder, building this Salsa webpage has been such an exciting learning journey. This project helped me understand how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript work together to create a real, interactive website. With HTML, I learned to structure my page with headings, images, and buttons. Using CSS, I styled everything — adding colors, hover effects, and even a dark theme that makes the page look modern. The most exciting part was using JavaScript to bring the page to life: when I click the button, the background theme changes, and the ‘Learn Salsa’ button interacts with the user by asking their name and details. At first, I struggled with small mistakes like typos and selecting the right button, but fixing those helped me gain confidence in debugging and problem-solving. This project showed me that even as a beginner, I can already create something fun, interactive, and meaningful. It’s proof that with just the basics of web development, you can build a working application that feels professional. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come!

I've just completed SheCodes Plus! Even though my JS knowledge is still rough, I feel like I'm starting to slowly understand the logic behind it. It shows that through a steady pace-learning, you can do so much progress.

I really enjoyed python, at first i thought it was going to be difficult, it turn out to be much fun, one great thing if python uses words not symbols or abbriviation like from html and java. My outstanding is Matt is a really good teacher, step by step you get to understand every detail.

The hands-on projects, clear explanations, and real-world examples made learning JavaScript, HTML, and CSS both fun and practical. I especially loved the repetition method, which was really helpful for JavaScript, it can be tricky to understand at first, but after revisiting each topic in multiple lessons, everything started to make sense.

I have no prior experience in coding, and my profession specialises in a totally different field. I decided to enrol in this course to develop skills and gain knowledge in technology, which is becoming an important part of our everyday life. I want to prepare myself to take on tech-related opportunities that may arise in the future. I want to have career pathway options and secure my future. I just finished the SheCodes Basics, and I know that I have a long way to go. But this course has been fun and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed the activities, and working on my final project was fun and satisfying. This is just the beginning. I am looking forward learning more!

I really enjoyed the program. As a teenager, I was fascinated by computers and technology, but over the years, I had forgotten how interesting it was. Thank you, SheCodes, for reminding me.

It was helpful to know about how to apply for jobs and to update my portafolio.

What I learned the most in this course is that 'default' and 'devault' may rhyme in German, but in JavaScript they rhyme with undefined (just kidding). Like Matt said at the end of SheCodes Plus, the project itself may look simple, but the journey it's a little bit more complicated than that. Along with SheCodes training, I watched support material, burned through all my hosting credits, which led me to a side quest through CloudFlare setup training + GitHub repo literacy. In the end, my little vanilla weather app not only works, it also gained much more confidence, each bug fixed, each feature added made the whole process feel more real.

The SheCodes Plus Add-on has been both fun and a bit challenging. Developing the World Clock project allowed me to revisit and apply many of the skills I learned in the previous modules. I’m happy to be back at coding, and I’m excited to continue my SheCodes journey!"

This year I wanted a way to capture and share memories from an upcoming camp without relying on others for photos. That idea sparked something bigger. I thought, why not create an app where everyone can collect and share their pictures in a fun, interactive way? But the problem was, I didn’t know how to code. I could design on Canva, but building an app felt impossible, especially since I couldn’t afford to hire someone. So I started looking into web design programs and discovered SheCodes, and signed up. Now, I’m close to finishing my app using everything I’ve learned. I love that SheCodes lets me work at my own pace but still keeps me accountable with project deadlines. Even when I wasn’t ready, I could ask for extensions instead of giving up.I’m so glad I chose this platform it’s made learning to code both accessible and enjoyable.

This course covers some add-ons about React and Netlify.

In this course I learned so much about React. I learnt to create React components, to use the API responses and looping through them. It wasn't the easiest class but It is really worth.

I recently completed the Python AI workshop and found it incredibly insightful. The hands-on focus on APIs and AI showed me how coding skills act as a scaffold to understand, debug, and get more from these tools. In a world full of “vibe coding” and AI-assisted shortcuts, it’s easy to question the value of learning to code but this workshop reinforced why coding matters and why humans are essential for guiding AI effectively.
