I enjoyed this program so much especially as someone who had no idea about coding. The step-by-step tutorials made everything better because if I didn't understand anything I could watch the videos as many times as I would like. After completing the SheCodes Plus Workshop, I feel confident in creating interactive web applications. Integrating a weather API taught me how to handle real-time data, and I now understand how to make API calls, parse JSON responses, and display the data dynamically. The app I built is responsive and visually appealing and provides accurate, real-time weather information for any city, along with a forecast for the upcoming days. This project has greatly enhanced my web development skills and given me a deeper understanding of how to work with APIs and asynchronous JavaScript. Huge thanks to Matt Delac and the SheCodes team!

The JavaScript workshop on APIs was valuable for building my coding confidence. I came in eager to deepen my understanding of JavaScript, and by the end, I felt empowered to interact with APIs and bring data to life. The hands-on approach, and practical exercises made complex concepts like fetching and displaying API to show different weather icons feel achievable and easily understood. I now have a solid foundation to build more solutions and have more fun!
What an exciting and yet a bit challenging the Plus-Add On workshop has been! I have now built "A world clock" using javaScript and it feels really good to have been able to use JS at an advanced level. It was a deep dive into the JS where my brain was challenged in a good way. I have learnt how to use moment js, timeZone, Select and much more. I highly recommend to all coders that have taken the SheCodes Plus to do the Plus-Add On workshop as well. The AI course has been my favourite of them all so far, I had a lot of fun building my AI recipe generator.

React can be challenging to learn, but itβs an excellent framework that teaches you a lot of valuable concepts and skills. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in front-end development, but keep in mind that it requires a lot of patience and persistence to fully grasp its features and best practices.
The classes are a great starting point to build confidence in using Python. I particularly enjoyed how the lessons were designed to gradually build understanding, starting with simple concepts like variables and conditionals, and then progressing to functions and loops. Looking forward to more advanced learning
I found the workshop a great way to learn the basics of JS/HTML/CSS in a super organized and FUN way! I am planning to attend the Plus as well π
I've enjoyed learning the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript having previously done beginner courses elsewhere in data analytics. This feels a little more creative which I like. I enjoyed trying things out on the design side for the project and basing it on a chosen topic. I haven't yet decided whether to make it a career change but it's certainly given me food for thought.

Python Advanced Workshop was really intense and very engaging. I learnt about Object Oriented Programming to help design codes in a much more organized and scalable way. I also learnt more on how to manipulate files - read, write and extract data to make it presentable and easy for people to understand. I am also able to display data extracted using Python plots for better visualization. The most challenging yet rewarding for me in this workshop was learning advanced techniques on csv file manipulation and complex data structures in Python. I learnt how to play around with dictionaries, filtering and aggregating data. At the end of the workshop, I was able to build a project using real life csv file to create data visualization using Python. Thank you to Matt and the SheCodes team for this very engaging and knowledge-packed workshop.
