I'm beyond thrilled to have completed the SheCodes Basic- Add-On courses! The experience has been truly transformative, and I'm so grateful to have found this incredible community. The courses were expertly designed, making complex coding concepts feel approachable and fun. Matt's teaching style is engaging, and the support team is always available to help. I was amazed at how quickly I progressed from knowing nothing about coding to building my own projects. The sense of accomplishment I felt with each new skill I mastered was incredible!

A testimonial is often used to highlight the positive aspects of a product, service, or event. Python AI is a special combination that opens the door to endless possibilities and potential. I did both weeks in one and absolutely fell in love with the end result. This is very much the direction i am taking after the Bootcamp is completed.

SheCodes has bees an incredible experience. The lessons were clear and easy to follow. I now feel confident in my foundational coding skills and excited to continue learning. the hands on projects and real world examples helped e understand concepts in a practical way.I am grateful for the knowledge gained and look forward to applying what I have learned to future coding challenges!

Fun and Practical Learning

this React course captivated me from the start. As a newcomer to this library, I faced numerous challenges and made my share of mistakes, but each obstacle made the learning process incredibly rewarding. Completing the final project and seeing i function seamlessly was a testament to how much I've grown! I am eager to continue expanding my React skills and take on more complex projects in the future!

Learning React was a lot more difficult than expected. Matthew does explain that it is difficult but he moves too fast through out the React lessons anyways. I would like to add that I think the React lessons need a desperate update. The Node.js NMP download, has a lot of hurdles. I could not get VS code to work under NMP but Matthew uses Yarn. I decided after almost 3 weeks of failure, trying to use NMP in VS code to stop, restart and use Yarn and it finally worked. I did go to Slack for help but their solutions did not work for me, neither did Athena. Overall the React lessons were discouraging and I don't think I learned anything this time around.

Now i can call myself a web developer. Thank you SheCodes!!!

Great program. Broken down in a way that is extremely easy to follow and understand what is going on, even as someone with absolutely no experience.

SheCodes was great experience for me overall! The weekly format helped me keep on track with the lessons since I have a hard time finishing things without a deadline. The amount of lessons for each week was perfect for me personally and I was able to get through all the lessons and assignments in a timely manner, even with a full time job and a ton of overtime shifts. I plan on continuing to learn with SheCodes and look forward to developing my skills further!

Super fun workshop.

The SheCodes Plus course, while challenging has been a whole learning experience. Thank you Matt and team, for your guidance and patience throughout the course. I can't believe that I built a whole weather app. Amazing stuff!!!!!

SheCodes Python AI workshop was a fun introduction into how to use AI in conjunction with Python. Loved building the AI travel itinerary planner, bringing together previous and new skills to create it. Throughout this course, Matt's videos and challenges were easy to follow and well organised. SheCodes lectures are short and intersting which has challenges after every video to test whatever I have learnt which is extremely helpful and engaging it was fun learning!

The SheCodes Responsive course was amazing! I learned advanced HTML and CSS, Bootstrap, how to make websites responsive and SEO-friendly, and how to use Figma effectively. Building my portfolio was the highlight of the course!

I'm a career switcher. For years, I have worked in education and writing but really struggled financially. I made the switch to coding because I want a better quality of life. What I found was that I not only enjoy coding, but I'm also good at it. I am optimistic about my career prospects for the first time in years.

I enjoyed the learning experience. I would highly recommend this project to anyone who is interested in web development. It is a great way to learn about time zones and time formats, and to improve your JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.

I'm incredibly grateful to the Delac Foundation for the opportunity to grow my coding skills. Completing my second certificate, it has been an amazing experience, and I look forward to continuing my journey in tech.

The workshop is wonderful! I'm very excited for the next workshops!!! Matt explains it in an incredible way!

During the course, I am seeing my progress grow as I take in new knowledge and techniques to build working applications. The little steps up towards the platform to receive my certificate comes near through each project I complete. The challenges and solutions give me new insights on how to turn a skeleton idea of a website into a functional one, but without some experimenting and tweaking in the process. It took a few trials and errors before I reach a stage in which I'm satisfied but it is all worthwhile.

amazing course full of fun and experiences

The workshops are great. I enjoy coding and learning. I highly recommend trying it if you are thinking about being a front-end. I appreciate SheCodes because it gave me the chance to participate in the workshops. I wish I could be a perfect front developer although it is not in line with my graduation and I am 34.💪🏻

I just finished a JavaScript programming course, and it was awesome! The lessons were clear and easy to follow, covering everything from the basics to more advanced stuff. This is an exciting module really fun project

Before SheCodes Responsive, I struggled to create websites that looked good on different devices. The course was incredibly helpful in teaching me the fundamentals of responsive design, including using CSS media queries and flexbox. Very challenge course but so important to learn

Things started to get interesting!

This was a fun little add-on, that built on and further advanced existing CSS, JavaScript and API skills we've learnt previously. I have been using the joke generator every morning in my team stand-ups!

I absolutely loved learning Python basics. It's an interesting and fun coding language that I highly recommend learning. I can't wait to see what Python Add-ons brings.

I learned new things from the Plus workshops.

This workshop was incredibly helpful! I applied what I learned to built a fully responsive landing page improving my understanding. I feel much more confident in creating mobile-friendly websites now!

Building the Dictionary React project was an challenging learning experience! I worked with two different APIs which has helped improve my skills in API integration, dynamic rendering, and state management. I was also able to apply and reinforce my learnings in React development!
