I really enjoyed this course. I always wanted to learn how to code after learning some basics, but never knew where and how to start to learn more. I saw an advert from SheCodes and decided to join the free class. After seeing how easy it was to follow, I decided to enroll in SheCodes Plus! The Slack community is also always there to help should you struggle with something. Thank you SheCodes. I am looking forward to my remaining 2 courses with you.

I was surprised at how easy it was to learn how to code, and was very satisfied with how all the materials were readily available to help me navigate my way through the assignments within this course.

This workshop was very challenging for me. However, I feel I now have a great framework to build on in my React journey. As usual, the lessons are very informative and Matt breaks concepts down into easier to understand morsels. Definitely recommend but be prepared to put in the work!

SheCodes React course had so many useful tips. It wasn't a easy journey to complete but definitely made me push forward to learn more and realize coding is fun!

This is my second session that i've taken with SheCodes and I haven't been disappointed. You dive right in, and comparatively to the basics course, it's much more intensive, but he also goes into more basic concepts that I missed in the first "basics" course. learned a lot, felt really challenged, and i'm ready for more!

I feel like this was a good introductory program for people who are looking into a career change and see if it is worth taking the leap.

It was a challenging but enjoyable experience. I find it difficult to stop coding!

Everything was easy to understand and well-paced with great examples and explanations! It made it so easy! The support community for questions and resolutions is amazing as well!

I completely love this course as it breaks everything down in simple terms for me to understand and implement.

I'm a 4th grade math and science teacher, so finding time is sometimes hard but when I do, its such a fun and informative experience. Taking this workshop has been so eye opening to understanding so much more about the coding world and I'm honestly just having fun. I really enjoy this course! :)

My interest in front-end coding started during my current job requiring web debugging. My day-today work involves debugging and ensuring data flow through API's and web pages. Being a database developer, I gradually became interested in code behind web pages and wanted to learn the basics of coding and upskill myself to get better at my current job and potentially explore a career as a front end developer in future.

SheCodes Plus is a great class for applying basic HTML, CSS, and JS and expanding on beginner knowledge. The main project was building a weather app, which was both fun and challenging. Totally recommend the course!

I attended a free SheCodes class at a really low point in the pandemic for my mental health; After the free workshop I became increasingly interested in the career possibilities of a switch to working in tech. The flexibility of SheCodes allows me to work toward a dedicated goal, without entirely consuming my life. My favorite part of the workshops are the fact that they're skill-based: here's a task, go have fun, see what you can learn, practice, practice, practice, create!, and tell us about your process. SheCodes opened up a whole new world for me. Matt does a great job explaining difficult concepts in an simple way. I didn't know if coding was for me or not, which is why I only took the basic course but I learned a lot about coding in just 3 weeks. I'm definitely considering a career as developer now. I really enjoyed completing all the assignments and don't regret spending a single dime on this workshop. Definitely recommend it if you are curious about coding but aren't sure if it's for you.

This workshop is very informative and helpful. Here everyone can learn the basics of html, css and javascript.

This was a fantastic experience! I am so surprised at how comprehensive these classes were and how much I was able to learn in such a short period of time! The material is presented in such an approachable way and the team at SheCodes are beyond helpful.

This was my first venture into coding. I wasn't really sure what to expect but I had a lot of fun. I like the way the course is set up with lessons, challenges and homework. I found it relatively easy to follow along, Matt explains things very well. All in all it was a great entry course. It really leaves you wanting to learn more!

I was interested in learning how to Code and the free 1 hour intro class really surprised me by getting me hooked. I proceeded to complete a course with SheCodes and loved every minute of it. Topics are explained at a slow, easy to understand pace and the Slack program was very helpful in getting assistance as needed. This course started my love for coding and now I can't stop. Thanks SheCodes!

SheCodes is a good website to learn how to code.

SheCodes helped me turn my interest in coding into action. I loved how the curriculum provided a structured approach to learning by giving us challenges after each lesson to practice. The world of coding is still new to me, but I no longer feel as intimidated by it! Thank you Matt and the SheCodes team for creating such a welcoming environment for beginners like me.

SheCodes was a great way to dip my toe into the world of coding. I enjoyed the structure of the course and feel I learned a lot in a short time. The class was just as I expected, I can't build the most amazing website, but I have a foundation and basic understanding of html, and Java.

Jumped into this workshop with no prior knowledge of coding. Just wanted to get a feel so maybe I could pivot out of healthcare. I loved it. It was satisfying to watch something you've built go from start to finished product. I'm thankful that SheCodes was so structured but not too rigorous. Help was always available and I never felt like I was drowning when I did get stuck.

I just finished my first simple landing page and I`m so excited! Thank you for interesting and understandable material. The lessons are short but very repleted, and working on challenges helps to immediately consolidate the material. I really like everything, you can safely study coding at your own pace, but at the same time get a lot of benefits. I can't wait to start my next course!

I highly recommend SheCodes! This is a great course if you are interested in learning more about the basics. The course was straightforward and easy to follow. The support team was great and made my life easier when I didn't understand why my code wasn't working.

Some time ago I decided to reshape my life by learning to code. It turned out to be much easier and clearer than I thought. Now I can't imagine a day without coding.

I was super happy with the workshop. I am working in digital marketing and the acquired knowledge will help me to understand the topics regarding webpage better. The workshop was very professional - great explanations and interesting tasks.

I had a great time learning everything from CSS to HTML to responsive to react. React is hard but Matt does a great job of breaking it down and making it understandable and exciting to learn. I feel very comfortable moving forward into the world of front end development.

I highly recommend SheCodes! Explanations are simple, so I understood everything, but before the beginning of the course I didn't know nearly anything about IT. Also I want to say thanks to Matt, his English is wonderful, no problem with language barrier :D We, Ukrainians, really appreciate this opportunity from SheCodes❤️🇺🇦

These three weeks were amazing! Learning coding from scratch was a bit of a challenge. What I liked the most is that after each video there was homework. It helped to understand each topic better.

Learned loads about making website responsive using tools like Bootstrap as well as using GitHub and Netlify to quickly deploy websites and any changes made. Would definitely recommend

This was definitely a challenging experience, but I learned a lot about coding and am proud of what I have created.

I had no experience prior to this workshop and felt too intimidated to get into coding. Through this workshop, I felt I was able to learn a good foundation and I enjoyed doing the challenges/hw. The videos were really easy to follow and understand. Even though I never had to ask directly for help, it was really eye-opening to go through the chat and see what different ways other people were going about assignments. I highly recommend this workshop :)

The time I spent in just one week was truly incredible! Lessons and challenges were extremely fun and enjoyable. I learned lots of things in a short time and I want to continue learning. Happy coding for everyone! 😋
