When I started my conding journey with SheCodes, I didn't know much about it but my curiosity and interest in new tecnologies broutght me here. After finishing the basic I could understand that I was going in the right direction, all my hours of learning started to be enjoyable each time that I could see my improviment and my creativity coming to life. My coding journey is just in the begining but it is incredible how much experience I got in a very short period. Love how almost all the lessons came with a challenge. This facilitated learning and accelerated my understanding of each concept.
I actually thought coding was a big deal. But SheCodes made it easier and interesting to learn.
I have no coding background but I got interested in coding and wanted to see if I will like it. I tried 3 weeks course and I really liked it. I think I will keep going and learning and see if I will be able to switch from my current job and become a Front-End developer.

The SheCodes Basics course is well-paced, creative, and just the right amount of challenging. With clear guidance through every stage, I was encouraged to spot and solve my own coding mistakes and had lots of fun experimenting with my new HTML, CSS, and JS coding skills to create the final project. It was a very useful course. Highly recommend it. Definitely gave me the right information and the strong base from which to continue with my coding adventure. I would like to learn to code to apply it to my design creative process and eventually become good at web designing. For me the tricky part was the java script one. It is very complicated at the beginning and it is still, but I hope to get better.
It's was a lot of work, but finally did it! Can't wait to start React)

This course was very useful and very easy to follow along. The community on Slack was very helpful when I had any questions along the way, being able to clarify any confusion I had. It was helpful after each lesson being able to breakdown what you learned and apply it with the given examples. I'm eager to be able to learn more.

As a complete beginner, SheCodes Basics 👩🏼💻 was the perfect workshop to take my first steps into coding. This experience with HTML, CCS and JavaScript was very enriching and fun, all thanks to Matt's great teaching ability.
From a user’s point of view, this WeatherApp seems very simple and easy function App… until I created it all by myself. I was surprised at how many complex elements are involved. The more I understanding the logic, the more wondering if perhaps it could be done this way? I enjoyed trying to figure it out for myself.

SheCodes Plus definitely stretched me but I also enjoyed learning. It was easy to go back to the lessons if you get stuck. I loved the progression of the lessons. I will recommend SheCodes again and again.

I was always curious about coding and wanted to try it but I was scared because I thought it will be all about math. This course changed my mind completely. Coding is so much fun and enjoyable and I cannot wait to continue my journey down this road.

Coming from a non-IT background, the SheCodes Basics course was really good introduction to the world of coding and explains concepts clearly and gives you opportunities to put these skills into practice :)

This workshop was challenging but very fun! I got to design and code my own portfolio website and make it accessible across platforms, which will be helpful when job hunting in the future. I'm looking forward to the next challenge in the React workshop and to further my education!

I really enjoyed this React course, I found that I was able to really apply all of the knowledge I learned here and in the previous courses. It was challenging learning this new framework but fun to figure out how it works and I loved being able to create two projects in this course!

The basics class was easy to follow and gave a lot of good base information to start coding websites with.
Learning something new is always exciting. The biggest advantage of SheCodes is their support. In case if a student struggles with something SheCodes team will take a look into the code and will advise how it could be solved.
This was a great basics class to learn about html/css/and javascript. Matt is an awesome teacher, everything was easy understand and apply towards the projects. Looking forward to the next class!
I have decided to challenge myself and give it a try on the Introduction to Coding course. I've really enjoyed it! It was very challenging but, I kept trying, seeing the results and the amount of things I have learned just in 3 weeks , it's rewarding!
I really recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to get into coding because my introduction was so fun, interesting and rewarding! And I think this is just the beginning!

SheCodes is fantastic. The site structure, lesson planning and the delivery of the basics course is well-considered and enables you to create impressive results. I now have a solid foundation from which I can move forward, Matt explains the concept of coding to enable understanding whilst creating a range of fun, creative tasks for us to complete in the build up to the final project.

I've been thinking about signing up for the last 2 years. Thankfully, this time I didn't think too much and went ahead. I was afraid of investing in the course and then not being able to do it due to technical difficulties, or not being able to follow the communication in English... But none of that was a problem! There was no problem at all! 😀 HTML was super easy to understand, then I got excited for hours using CSS and finally came JAVA, more challenging, with the "querySelector" that I'm still trying to understand (kidding 😂). In addition to all the learning, I also learned that I have emojis on my virtual keyboard and that SheCodes is actually a big community that is always connected by Slack where it's really cool to follow the conversations on the channels.

I can't rate this workshop enough. It allowed me to develop my knowledge with no recent experience. The step by step lessons were great and I was able to put the skills to practice. This genius concept has not only allowed me to learn about coding but it has overall boosted my confidence and given me the opportunity to put myself forward for future roles. I am so happy I went through with this workshop. I highly recommend it!

My first impression of Coding without trying was difficult and out of my expertise. Matt broken down HTML, CCS, and JavaScript into components in the way that we can understand easily. After the basics, he taught us what is practical, which made the creation of website a lot easier!!! If you are very beginner and do not know where to start, SheCodes Basics is a good program to get an idea of what is coding and how we code using HTML, CCS, and JavaScript
