Despite being an introductory course, I think it is very well structured. The topics covered were well explained in order to meet the challenges, the weekly homeworks and the final project, which I really enjoyed doing. I hope to take the following courses soon to continue learning

A great workshop to learn about responsive website.
This course has been very helpful as I currently work with a CMS that requires HTML and CSS. Our web development team focuses more on the Javascript, but SheCodes Basic has introduced me to the concept of Javascript, which will help me better understand what goes on with both back-end and front-end coding.
I loved the opportunity to continue to practice my skills and learn some new ones through this add on project!

SheCodes Basics was a great way to start learning Web Development! The lessons are thorough, easy to follow up and the homework and project really put together all the information we learned over the last weeks. Two of my favourite things about the last weeks: the way the course is designed still pushes you to research on your own, which I found challenging but rewarding. Also, the fact that the course allows for self management - you can choose the times that better suit you, there are deadlines but all the classes are recorded so people who work or have other responsibilities can manage to learn and build a new career for themselves. Thank you, Matt and the team, for making it fun to learn a new language π we'll meet again in SheCodes Max π

In SheCodes Plus I used SheCodes's team support in Slack many times and It was really useful. I think that this online support in doing homework is a very huge advantage. You may have access to many courses for coding but without friendly support to do exercises and homework you may become frustrated of struggling to fix the bugs.
SheCodes helped me learn basic code without having to worry about feeling stressed or pressured. This course has helped me succeed in understanding the basics of coding!
I've had a fantastic journey with SheCodes, I've been challenged and learned a lot in the process.
I acquired new skills to create a functional world clock without using an api. I could immediately see the potential for applying these skills to other coding projects in the future. Overall, the world clock lesson was a remarkable experience.
Highly recommend everyone to take the add-ons projects! I've learned so many things i didn't know and wasn't included in the basic workshop. I'm so excited to start the next one.
It was an intense 8-week period that involved a lot of learning and hard work and sometimes tears. But it was all worth it in the end because I made my very first weather app from scratch and nothing can beat the ecstatic feeling when everything works and behaves the way you wanted it to. I have learned so much and can't wait to continue learning more.

The add-on workshops were really helpful in understanding the functionality and implementations of basic animations on images ! The best part about SheCodes's course is that at the end, they give you the choice to create a website about what you're passionate about, which makes the projects more interesting and fun to do.

This week was amazing too! I really enjoyed learning about CSS background, CSS transform and CSS grids! The HTML class manipulation is the trickiest one amongst all the topics I've studied in the last few days, but once you understand all the steps you have to take, it becomes super fun! Even this time Matt was really good at explaining everything.

Just finished SheCodes Basics, and there wasn't a moment when I felt like I couldn't understand it. Homework was fun to make. Before enrolling this workshop, I was sure of my knowledge of HTML & CSS, but any line of JS would make my brain go blank! And during the workshop, I could relisten and reread information about JS that was hard to understand, and eventually I got all lessons! Can't wait to start my next workshop π€

I work in Real Estate and take care of our database software which is linked to our website. I started the SheCodes Basic class to learn to understand exactly that: the basics and how a website actually works. I was surprised how much fun coding is and I am really really happy that I decided to take the class.
