SheCodes has really helped me with my coding skills. It is something I would recommend on a friend if they are interested in coding. The lessons and challenges are easy accessible and easy to understand and follow.
The SheCodes Responsive workshop was, like the others, as interesting and challenging, but I had more fun in completing my final project and using the tools we learned throughout the weeks. I felt more confident in completing my Portfolio and put finishing touches to my previous projects. Even after weeks of following the workshops, seeing a project come to life, after hours of work, will always be satisfying and rewarding.
As a self-learner, I got a chance to learn a lot of new things through this course and this will indeed help me in my web development journey.
It was a great practice to get the skills of development responsive websites. I am very happy to complete another phase of learning to code thanks to SheCodes.

SheCodes Plus was not a work in the park. I thought I would finish earlier than the stipulated weeks but couldn'tπ .The Slack community was however helpful, issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. I can not wait to move to the next phaseπ

Useful workshop about responsive websites.
SheCodes workshops are best introduction to coding. I didn't know anything about codes or much about software in general before I joined the free coding class and by the end of it I was insipred to learn. At first I was hesitant to join but I'm glad I did because the basic workshop was broken down into simple manageable steps.
The experience was very nice and I really appreciate the help of the technical support team, and of course Matt for encouraging me to take the course. The videos are very easy and simple to understand.
I am very grateful to have been chosen to do this workshop , I really needed this skills because I am in the IT industry so html, CSS and JavaScript are one of the requirements to get a good job and be able to execute tasks. It has been such an exciting journey, The workshops have been so easy to follow .I loved the fact that I could do it on my own pace. When I first started I dint think I would make it since I was a total beginner. I feel like a champion now.

I really liked learning how to code with SheCodes, at first I was a bit scared but after the first free hour, I realised that this could not only be a new passion of mine, but my future job.
During the SheCodes Plus Workshop I had the opportunity to build a weather app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The experience was both challenging and fun, and I learned a lot along the way (Bootstrap, Github, API). The format of the workshop was excellent, and I enjoyed creating the weather app despite the difficulty. I found that Matt, our instructor, did an excellent job of explaining each element and function clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand JavaScript.
Great workshops that have been a heap of fun to progress through and I'd highly recommend. The projects have been integral to cementing the skills learned. I have no hesitation in recommending the course and if you apply yourself fully you will really progress quickly.
I like this coruse the most because I got to make my own profile for the first time and it was amazing. It was easy to understand.

Learning how to build a weather app from Mat proved to be a steep learning curve. Analytical thinking and slowing down to break things into logical steps is a must-have skill for anyone wanting to be successful in writing code. Mat showed us that it can be done, and that coding is fun. If you want to learn the fundamentals of coding, you are in the right place.
The perfect workshop to start learning from scratch. The structure of the program and the teaching methods are well thought out. Information is presented gradually and dosed, and therefore it is assimilated easily and without haste. My subjective opinion: a wonderful start that fuels interest in further study.
This class had some great ideas for building your network. It also was helpful on what to include in your resume and on your portfolio website. I would not consider this an essential class, but it was helpful.
I never ever thought that I would be embarking on a journey to coding. I must admit it was terrifying in the beginning that I kept on postponing my start date until I gathered enough courage to 'bite' the proverbial 'bullet' and 'jump off the (coding) cliff', only to find out that I actually do enjoy it a lot! With limited experience in the world of technology, I was only surprised and delighted to discover that it was very satisfying and such a pleasure to have learned it, especially under the expert tutelage of Matthieu Delac. I would encourage women to try it out and see for themselves. I personally have discovered how engaging, challenging and very useful coding really is. Like anything, practice makes perfect, and that is up to me. Thank you SheCodes! I applaud you for making this accessible to many women around the world who otherwise would not have had the courage or opportunity to learn it.
LOVED IT. I took this course already having some knowledge(self-taught) on html, CSS and javascript. This course provided all the tools I needed and broke it down in a simplified way that was very easy to retain. I would highly recommend and am certainly thinking of enrolling in another SheCodes course!

The basics course seems to have been well structured into bite-sized, easy to understand and remember videos and challenges. I liked having the chance to summarize at the end of each week in the form of homework. I would say the course is busy-life friendly. I was relieved to have the chance to apply for extensions when life happened. Overall, I had a lot of fun finishing this course especially, the final project.
This was so much fun! It's an opportunity to really be creative, if you let it. π

The Basic Workshop was well-structured and easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no prior coding experience. Although I still have a long learning journey ahead, I was amazed at how quickly I was able to understand the concepts and start building basic websites. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning how to code.
I really liked the training format with short lessons and constant practice. I had a little difficulty with classes and sometimes I didn't understand the meaning of a function. But I think everything comes with practice and it was already easier for me to do the final task!
SheCodes Basics Add-On was a great little workshop to learn more css styling! It definitely helps add those little features for a big personal touch on any project!

As someone who's just getting started with coding, this add-on course was exactly what I needed. It covered all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the final project that I worked on was really helpful for reinforcing what I learned in the Basics course. I really appreciated the structure of the materials and the content was engaging. Overall, I feel much more confident in my coding abilities now than I did before the course.
