I joined sheCodes to advance my knowledge in coding and it did just that. Coding every week helped me with memory, and improving my coding skills. I am really grateful for this opportunity.
I have always had an interest in software development, but many times I was told "that is a man's job". SheCodes has empowered me to do the impossible in this society. I feel like a new lady, a free young woman who has learned the basics of coding! And what's even better? I didn't need maths to understand, as Matt said, coding is like learning a new language. I am so grateful to Matt and the team (some that I remember are Paul and JΓ£o) who have made this journey satisfying.
Β I had no prior expertise with programming, but Matt's excellent tutorials made it easy for me to understand the idea. He is a fantastic teacher and helped to make my time at SheCodes enjoyable. I am undoubtedly prepared to begin using SheCodes Plus. This program assisted me in choosing a career.

This was definitely a level-up from the basics course and I found it quite challenging to juggle the workload with a full-time job. However, by the end of it, I feel it has been very rewarding to be able to create a real, functional app. All the challenges and errors definitely improved my ability to debug and increased my overall comfort with coding. The workshops in SheCodes are easy to understand as someone who never even know about coding. The way Matt explain things are simple but in details which makes the learning experience all the better.

The SheCodes responsive course was amazing for those who want to learn about launching responsive websites. At the end of this course, you can build your own responsive website that looks good on mobile devices,too.

SheCodes is a really good course for beginners who wanted to learn about web development. Every exercises is helpful since programming is a hands on learning. I enjoyed my first weeks creating outputs and solution.
Very important course as I see sites failing on mobile devices every day. It was challenging at times but very useful.

SheCodes Plus was a really fun course. I learned so much creating the weather application and really enjoyed being able to put my own creative spin on the project with all of the tools that I learned in the previous class.
It was easy to follow. I like that when I have any issue, someone in the shecode community was always willing to help me. It's great if you are starting and want to see if coding is for you. I loved that we actually have deadlines, that gave me a sense of getting it done quicker than with any other course.
My journey with coding under SheCodes has been smooth and challenging, I have to say the instructor Mat is gifted and covers topics in such a way that is easy to grasp and catch on to. I'm excited about the future!

I never thought I would learn React, let alone learn it so quickly, in just a few weeks. I am very pleasantly surprised with this workshop and I believe it was the perfect point of entry into the coding world for me, and it made me feel ready and confident to learn more and more.
I have enjoyed SheCodes Plus. Its been an interesting few weeks learning JavaScript, I struggled a little but took my time and got a better understanding of the topics. Looking forward to the next workshop.

This was a great experience! Coming from a point of not knowing anything about coding, it was nice to have everything presented in such a friendly approach. All the lessons were focused on only one or two steps, so I never felt overwhelmed. I was able to see that I too can learn how to code.

I thoroughly enjoyed SheCodes Responsive because I was stressing about my portfolio and the workshop helped me to break it down and be able to have a portfolio that I am proud of.
This project was really good fun, and it was interesting to build a useful app without using an API.
When starting the program, I thought I would struggle with the lessons because I never had any profound experience with coding. These lessons are so easy to follow that I became confident in my skills as a web developer and am excited to see what else I can learn.

For almost a few years now, I have been wanting to learn coding, but I have struggled to find the time and motivation to do so. Furthermore, I was unaware of any organized courses for self-learning, and I found the idea of coding to be burdensome and difficult. However, I was fortunate enough to discover SheCodes, which has completely transformed my perspective on coding. Matt Delac's teaching method is exceptional, and he makes coding seem both enjoyable and easy to learn. I am amazed at how much I now enjoy coding, something I never thought possible. Previously, I had viewed coding as dull and boring compared to the colorful world of design, but SheCodes has completely changed my mind. I can't wait to learn more!
Right off the bat you are creating real life practical projects. The teaching style is so simple that it truly empowers you to know that as a beginner you can do this!!

I enjoy how React is like putting a puzzle together. The ability to chunk and section the code into components makes it much easier to work through and process.
