The Add On course was a further step with CSS and JS after Coding Basics. In order to handle the grids well and create an interesting page, I decided to make a small landing page about Astronomy, one of my great hobbies. I kept the previous aesthetic with bronze text and dark blue background, I think it's elegant and it matchs with the topic. I hope you enjoy it!

Taking this coding class was honestly one of the best decisions Iβve made. I came in barely knowing how to write a line of code or even understand it when looking at how a website is built , but by the end, Iβd built an actual weather app from scratch by the final lesson. I loved seeing my progress week by week, and it was seriously rewarding to watch my app go from a blank screen to something that actually worked. If youβre even a little curious about coding, Iβd definitely recommend this class.

Basic add on was a easier as it was a summary or rather addition to what I already knew from basics. CSS gets more complicated though as time goes by, but practicing helps and Matt's recorded videos makes it easier to refresh your mind.

If i must say,i was never one to like studying or learning something as cool as coding,, I get easily distracted and lose interest i dont know if i might be adhd but here i am still going on π

A great taster course to determine whether I'd want to explore the BootCamp and other such courses. Its very well organised, the course material is easy to access with good UI to navigate the site. Matt has a great way of teaching his craft and I'm glad I joined the course.

Receiving feedback on these was crucial for confirming that my solutions were valid and that I was truly mastering the concepts. This structured approach, moving from lessons to small practices to more substantial assignments with feedback, created a very effective learning path. Overall, the SheCodes Plus Add-on workshop was a highly engaging and beneficial experience. It built seamlessly on previous knowledge and provided the hands-on practice needed to feel confident in the material.
The addon was a bit challenging but I kept on it until the end.
