A great course. I learned an incredible amount and had a lot of fun. The workshop is challenging, but not overwhelming. The Slack channel is also very helpful. Matt is great at explaining things.

I think that She Codes Basics has everything that a person needs to enter the coding game. Weekly challenges, homeworks and videos work really well together.

The Plus add-on project was so much fun, after I'd finished one lesson I was desperate to go on to the next. Learning what Moment can do and how to use it was fascinating, and it's good to know how to use tools like this to make coding a little bit easier.

This unit was a tad tricky but I made it through by taking little breaks and giving my head and eyes a rest. You feel so achieved once you've completed it!

Nice additional module. It requires a minimal time investment, but you will receive a fully functional website by the end.

The Basics workshop is great for beginners while providing challenging tasks for people with some knowledge. The JavaScript week is very interesting and educational. I really enjoyed working on the final project.

SheCodes Basic provides a fun way to learn if you have interest in coding. While there were challenges, there is a great support team of students!

Plus Add-On is a great addition to the Plus workshop. On this workshop I've worked on a world clock with a setp by step guidance from Matt. The Javascript time zone manipulation is a bit more challenging but it's also very satisfying to learn and to see it working. I'm very motivated to keep learning how to code with SheCodes!

The SheCodes Responsive workshop has been a transformative learning experience, equipping me with the skills to create responsive websites and propelling me forward in my web development journey. I've just finished a course

I really enjoyed building my portfolio. I used all the knowledge I got from the passed workshops.

My time with She Codes has been amazing. The lessons are great and very easy to understand, making learning to code simple. I'm surprised and excited that I can now code! It's really not as hard as I thought it would be 😁.

And I am done with yet another amazing workshop. I had so much fun with this one. Everything was going smoothly and I learned a lot of things on CSS and how to make my website simple and responsive. I can't wait to move to the next.

I'm so excited to share my final project for the "SheCodes Basic", and I'm eager to learn more in next challenges!

Three weeks ago, I knew nothing about coding and decided to challenge myself and learn a new skill, and boy am I glad I did. Really enjoyed this and Matt's videos are the best!

I am so happy to learn about CSS and JavaScript finally! It gave me way more confidence to work with UX, and I am willing to learn even more because I fell in love with Front-End <3 I'm so glad I've decided to give it a try, and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to know more about programming.

I have learnt so much in the last three weeks. The course is well designed, the lessons each week are structured towards mini projects that help build knowledge. The final project at the end really helped me solidify what I had learnt, now I can't wait to practice more. I highly recommend this course to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed this workshop.I found the video lessons engaging, very clear and Matt is an engaging deliverer. The challenges attached to the lessons ensure you have understood and digested the lesson and some were very challenging and stretched the learner beyond what was given in the lesson. Week one on HTML & CSS was very intense with 21 lessons, but week 2 (on Javascript) was less time consuming and that left a whole week to work on my project in week 3. This gave me time to review past material and try new things out on my page. I really enjoyed coding and building an interactive landing page. Overall, I can't highly recommend the course enough! It was also great value for money!

Am glad to submit my first project. Also thank you to SheCodes for the support . I hope I will continue learning with this program so as to achieve my dream of becoming a front-end developer .

I really enjoyed this workshop. It was easy to follow and I received so much help. I love the fact that I got so many resources from this workshop alone. Another thing that I really appreciated is how I got help everywhere for example if my solution was not working well they would give me a second chance to redeem myself. I had no prior knowledge about coding so this was a great introduction to me. It can feel overwhelming for a beginner sometimes but the fact that we have challenges in almost every section helps us in our learning path and I am eager to proceed with my coding journey :)

I had lots of fun learning how to create my own webpage! I was able to tap into my creative nature whilst learning something new which I really enjoyed! I now feel like I have a much better basic understanding of what a Software Developer does!

SheCodes Plus provided an incredible opportunity to challenge myself further after completing the SheCodes Basics workshop. The integration of theory-based studying & walk-through projects was exceptionally well-crafted, as it allowed me to gain a thorough understanding of the purpose of each piece of code by simplifying complex concepts through demonstration of the functionality of the code as well as breaking down each area of the code to explain its individual purpose.

Compared to the first workshop (Basics), this one was quite challenging. I learned a lot. I especially appreciated that we are not just taught HTML, CSS and JavaScript but also how to use GitHub, host a website - things that go beyond coding and are important to know if you want to build a website on your own. Edit: I am bumping up the rating to 5 stars. I think I was a bit frustrated by the workshop because I had a very long break after the first 6 weeks and found that a lot of things changed when I returned. I am sure that if I had studied without this long pause, my experience would have been smoother.

It was such an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity to study programming and get a much better understanding. l wish to proceed and do SheCodes plus that is the second level. When stuck on some codes help is always a few minutes away. The whole experience was so interesting and the lessons are so short your brains are not swamped with too much information. Very great experience, l really really appreciate. Great job Matt you have made coding so much simple and easy to follow for me.
