The SheCodes Basics course has been so much fun, even though I was learning something new and being challenged it was still so much fun!
Although it was "only" a week, I really enjoyed the Basics Add-on course! It was challenging at times but I learned a lot and (yes, that too!) had fun :-) I'm really looking forward to the next course.

It's been a fun, challenging and humbling experience learning the basics of coding. I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the weekly challenges. Matt has been a phenomenal teacher by breaking down concepts to easily understand. I love how the program gives one a little independency and allows you to do some research on your own in some challenges. I can't wait to go on into the next course.

I began SheCodes without knowing anything about coding. Now I'm able to understand 3 coding languages. I'm happy to keep learning about coding in the future.
Prior to this workshop, I had no experience working with AI APIs or writing AI prompts. Instructor Matt did an excellent job of breaking down the concepts in order to make them easily understandable. The final project was a lot of fun and tied everything together nicely.
Learning these extra tools for Js, css and html was quite fun. It allows you to bring out more of your creative side.
I've tried coding several times but never really went beyond HTML and CSS. But with the helpful tutorials, I finally feel like I could start making something!!
React is one of the most interesting language for building dynamic web applications, encountered challenges which helped to deepen my understanding of the language capabilities.

I can't believe I now understand some technical coding terms, and can even code a basic web page - whoa π€― I used to dread the word "coding", thought it was meant for geniuses only - I guess I'm a genius then. I really loved this workshop. It's something i was waiting since i started my SheCodes journey. I simply love creating webpages and giving them my personal design style. This workshop was all i was hoping for: i've learned how to prorpely code a responsive website, transforming designs into code and much more. I loved it so much and i most importantly i enjoyed the portofolio project more than anything. It gave me a lot of inspiration and motivation to focus transforming more existing designs into code. Another stage completed. It wasn't easy, but it was fun at the same time. Thanks to Matt and the simple and detailed way he teaches, I was able to learn the basics (sometimes not so much, lol) of React and knowing that I can now build a more complete and responsive application is very satisfying, even though I have a long way to go to improve my knowledge and techniques. That said, I look forward to the next challenges.

One of the best choices I made to advance my coding abilities was to enroll in the React SheCodes program. I was very intimidated by this class and was unsure if I would be able to understand how it works. Once again, Mattheiu provides a wonderful explanation with plenty of step-by-step instructions to make this less scary. I really enjoying working with the APIs and having to work with it again increased my enjoyment of the course even more!
Taking on the final project was no small featβit truly tested my resilience and determination. The SheCodes team's expert guidance played a crucial role in helping me overcome the challenges. Now, I can create awesome websites that look good and do really cool stuff. Connecting to APIs and learning a bit of advanced JavaScript was a blast. I was worried about understanding all the JavaScript covered in SheCodes Plus, it covered loads of new topics, but Matt really made sure to explain things to the tea so that it is easily understood.
Easy steps to follow through as a beginner, HomeWorks are not instruction heavy, allowing you to follow through with what you know, as they will always be more than one solution to a problem.
Really enjoyed integrating API in react
I feel really accomplished after completing this workshop and have learned a lot! You feel really satisfied once you're able to solve problems and overcome challenges, eg figure out why something's not working. If you get stuck, you can ask for help any time too, and also the AI tool is super helpful. The challenges set are at a really good level.

I've really enjoyed this Basics Add-on Class. The instruction was once again easy to follow and yet very informative. The challenges and hands-on projects throughout the course let me apply my new knowledge instantly and helped me to consolidate it. I feel more confident trying new CSS properties and experiment with styling on my pages. In the future I can really see myself doing this professionally and I can't wait to embark on further coding challenges with SheCodes.
