Enjoyed building this portfolio design! It was challenging but I followed Matt step by step and doing it that way helped me to absorb the techniques a bit more (rather than doing it all after watching the steps). I see what he means about wanting to go nuts with constantly amending the CSS but at this stage I'll leave it with what is largely the given template design as it was a lot to take in. Thanks all, great module!
The basics add-on worskshop was fun to do and I have learned some new amazing techniques in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
This online web development course was a great investment of my time and money. The instructor was knowledgeable, the course was self-paced, and the practical approach to learning was excellent. I learned everything from HTML and CSS to Bootstrap and React, and the final project was a great way to showcase my skills. Highly recommended!

Firstly I am highly grateful to SheCodes for allowing me to have the opportunity to learn how to code. Even though SheCodes Basics is beginner level I faced some struggles during the 3-4 weeks of this workshop due to time management, considering this was my first time ever coding and I am currently still in University studying doing a lot of group projects. However, I was able to push myself beyond my normal limit and I can definitely say that I am proud of myself. I hope to continue making myself proud with each new milestones

I joined this programme thinking I'd have a mountain to climb but I'm glad to say it was more of a walk in the park. There were quite a number of things to learn within a short span of time however, Matt made every concept so simple and easy to grasp, which is very commendable. I am enjoying my experience so far and exited to move on to the next phase.
Once again, it was a challenge that was great fun. The possibility of integrating AI into this challenge is great

The course has been very exciting or me and I really enjoyed it. I have learnt many different languages in coding namely, HTML, CSS and Java script. I would recommend this course to any women that is passionate, like me, about coding.
SheCodes Plus has been by far the hardest thing I have encountered in my education. It challenged me to think independently within the information taught. I created my first application and I was able to share it. I feel very motivated to continue learning after this workshop. It was very difficult but it was so rewarding the amount of information you learn.
Before I started learning to code with SheCodes I was sure I would not be able to grasp the concepts, but with the lessons from Matt I did and I instantly fell in love with it. This is a great opportunity for women who want to learn how to code and I highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed this workshop. You can learn on your own pace which I consider as a big plus. You can learn how to code from anywhere. Personally I would recommend this workshop to anybody, either who is interested in coding and don't know where to start or just trying to figure out if coding is the right choice.

Responsive workshop gets a little more in depth with website coding. Each workshop was challenging but it provided great knowledge on how to create a more professional website. I encourage everyone keep going with their Coding journey and this workshop will definitely help you get there.

As a beginner, the course was a bit challenging but exiting at the same time. I enjoyed it and certainly made me fall in love with coding
This extension of the basics was a great way to boost the skills I've acquired during the previous workshop. It was fun interacting more with CSS using the gradient features and controlling themes by incorporating a "dark" feature. It was also great learning how to change and manipulate images to boost the way we see and interact with a website.
Responsive was a good challenge. Every course truly builds upon each other. I was very excited to learn bootstrap.
SheCodes is a great program. I learned a lot about coding.
The course is indeed basic, but it's a perfect, comfortable start. I found using Athena AI especially helpful if I wanted to go a little extra for the final project.
It all seemed impossible until I got it done. I've had a wonderful experience and the challenges were worth it, I just cannot stop at basics!

I never thought coding or just creating a landing page would be something I could learn and do!!! I am actually still in disbelief after creating my own landing page (I think my personal creativity let me down though lol). I have also heard that JavaScript is so complex before learning how to code, and honestly I really understand the basics. Matt is such a great teacher and the SheCodes team as well as Athena (SheCodes' AI assistant) are always a great extra help. I 100% recommend this workshop to beginners especially those who are doubting they could ever learn how to code.

I found this workshop very complete and very simple for everybody to learn.
I loved going further in-depth regarding what you can do when designing a page. Again, this is so much easier to grasp since the page is about something I'm passionate about. And, as I am following along with Matt, I was able to make tweaks that looked suitable for his page but weren't for mine. Thank you for this opportunity!

Purchasing the SheCodes Basics course was a spontaneous decision for me. That being said, I do not regret it, not a single second. Originally I thought that coding just was not for me, and I could not do it, as I had failed to learn Python at University. Before starting this course, I knew a little about code, but I learned so much more while here. It gave me the confidence to build a landing page correctly. There is so much support from other members and the staff in case you get stuck - which i did for the more technical side and received my answers quickly. The videos are easy to follow, so much so that I was able to watch them while looking after a baby.

Coming from a zero coding background, it was slightly daunting to embark on this course but it was a personal challenge so I just got on with it. Really happy to have completed it. I've learned lots primarily you don't have to be good at maths or be an engineer and also I can better communicate and understand my software engineer colleagues.

The SheCodes Plus workshop has been challenging yet invigorating. Here, I got to expand and build onto my basic coding knowledge. We got into Advanced HTML , JS ,CSS , not to mention learning about API's and their integration (which was pretty coolπ). I am very grateful to the Shecodes family for giving me this wonderful opportunity , and I am very proud of myself for completing the 8 week workshopπ. I would definitely recommend this to all beginner coders.
It has been an exciting journey to join Shecodes.
