I didn't just learn theory, but also had plenty of practical exercises and projects to apply what I learned.By the end of the course, I felt confident in my new abilities. I am incredibly proud of myself for reaching this far! I got to utilize all the tools and skills I learned from previous workshops to create my own portfolio completely from scratch, and it was such a challenging yet fun experience. The results are definitely satisfactory and impressive!

Joining this community has been one of the best decisions I have made this year. The coding classes were so great and easy to follow and understand. I faced a few challenges while learning JavaScript, but I was able to do my research and with the help of Slack, it became more easier. I'm ready to join the next workshop!
I have enjoyed coding my Responsive Project. The knowledge I have acquired will assist me in coding more websites which means adding more projects to my portfolio. Matt has done such a great job in teaching me how to code. I am amazed that I was able to make my website.

As usual, the instructor makes the material simple and easy to understand, shows you how to think and build projects incrementally, and debugs everything in front of you so you can learn the most important skill of being a programmer. Given the nature of React, I'm very grateful this time to be given realistic expectations of it; as it keeps breaking often.

As a total coding novice, I loved working through the lessons on SheCodes and building my own elements with real-life practice. I completed this three-week course alongside colleagues, and it was great to collaborate. The Slack chat also came in handy for when I was struggling to complete a challenge, and seeing others having the same issues and helping each other was really encouraging.
I would highly recommend SheCodes to any woman looking to grow in a professional capacity. The skills I have learned due to the course in such a short amount of time have enabled me understand something I previously thought was daunting.
Building the AI poem generator was a very interesting experience! I gained valuable coding and AI insights, and seeing it produce Dutch poems was fascinating. This course sparked my interest in tech and creativity. Can't wait to explore more!

It was a hard couple of weeks of learning (in my opinion as the module is densed and packed of learnings) but I wouldn't have gone through it without Shecode's slack support team that really helped me figure out where I did wrong on my homework or when I just don't understand anything at all they're there to help! It was fun and frustrating at the same time but here I am! I did it and I am still pushing on to finish this till the end :)

ShCodes has been the catalyst of my transformation . from coding my first hello world to being able to code five different languages. I was thinking of learning Python for a long time now and when I saw the course on SheCode - did not even think twice and enrolled. It includes everything I love: a great and safe environment to learn fast, thorough explanation of nuances and a challenge that progressively becomes more and more interesting. Looking forward for the advanced part!
React was definitely the most difficult workshop for me, probably because the coding method is completely different than the others with all the external components. However, I'm happy to have learned it and it was fun as well!
I had fun learning how to use moments to create this project.

Learned a lot, it gets a bit scary/complicated during the project weeks because there is just so much that you can do design-wise depending your creativity and there was some new information given about JS. The feeling of completing the final project is such a bliss.

I learnt how to use the CSS grid properties like never before and I'm happy with how well it was taught.
Building the dictionary app was a bit more challenging than expected, but I enjoyed working on it! The add-on course is very interesting and helps to develop a better understanding of how React works.
So far out of the different programs I've tried. I can honestly say I love how organized and how well SheCode is. I appreciate Matt's teaching style, especially when it comes to JavaScript! I couldn't be happier with how things are going so far, which makes me even more excited to learning more!

A fun and rewarding add-on. Once the basic structure is complete, I find the most rewarding process is trying to get the functions to work and then consolidating them so I am not repeating myself. Trying to get the functionality I want without introducing any bugs or losing the desired output has me spinning in circles at times, but when it comes together there is a great sense of accomplishment.

Despite the increasing difficulty of the tasks towards the end of the course, I found myself thoroughly enjoying the challenge.
