I already have some Python background and this course was just a refresh...but, once more, I realised how good he is in explaining any kind of concept in a very simple and practical way. I'm looking forward to starting Python Advanced! The two Python workshops were the missing cherry on top of the cake to complete the set of Workshops offered.
Brilliant module. This is when the penny finally dropped for me about why we have separate components in React. Chuffed to bits with my dictionary app! It isn't fully styled the way I'd leave it but I'm keen to get on with the course - I have built it and learnt how it works and that's great!

I just finished SheCodes Basic Add-on course. The course is exciting, easy to follow, and effective. I learn many new things about styling CSS. Java Script is a little challenging, but Matt's explanation makes it easy. I am excited to learn more about coding. π
Iβve fallen so deeply in love with coding, and I owe it all to Matt for being such a great instructor. When I started, I had zero experience with web development. But after Basics Week 1, I felt confident in my understanding. I even began inspecting other webpages in my spare time and could easily read and interpret the Elements tab. Creating my own landing page was a fun and rewarding experience!

HTML/CSS/JavaScript lessons were pretty easy to digest thanks to Matt & his great team and I appreciate all the effort put into this amazing project that introduced me to the wonderful world of coding.
The material perfectly structured for me: it was focused on syntax and major tools, dotted with some "best practice" and tips. In the challenges and homework, I especially liked that there was a bit of room for me to work a little harder and find or refine solutions on my own instead of simply repeating exactly what was shown to us. I learned so much without feeling pressured at all, and now I feel very encouraged to keep learning!

Creating a weather application using API integration was an enriching experience for me. It deepened my understanding of data handling and API usage and gained invaluable insights into application development. Providing real-time weather updates and forecasts was enriching. My favorite workshop so far π
I appreciated learning the basics of python. I quickly realized I am probably more interested in front end web development because it is a lot more fun and interactive than just playing with data. Very interesting to see the similarities and differences between Javascript and Python. Not the most entertaining course compared to the others, but still learned a lot.
SheCodes Basic was awesome was challenging enough to get my brain thinking but I figured it out and excited to go on to She Codes Plus

Learned valuable skills in AI integration and learning how to develop proper prompts for the best AI results.
I am so thrilled with the experience. The course was incredibly well-structured and easy to understand, making learning both enjoyable and accessible. Each lesson was clear and concise, and the practical exercises helped solidify my understanding of the concepts. Especially being a mom to a newborn, I am more than thrilled. This was a nice and informative lesson on AI. Before this workshop, I was a bit overwhelmed due to everything I heard about AI. But, this workshop gives you concise information with hands-on work that allows you to understand in an easier way. I appreciate this workshop and look forward to the next one.
I have really enjoyed learning about the necessary softwares needed for developing and hosting an app online. Really enjoyed building my first app and fixing any challenges I came up against.

I had never done coding, so was a complete beginner. I really liked how the lessons were structured, easy to understand & clear. The Slack group provided a lot of information & was able to get help there.
As we get deeper into coding, I get more and more excited about things that I am capable of doing. Matt is a natural teacher and I would not achieve the same results with anyone else. I love like he teaches us to be organized, to plan, and to make your code clean. I love this course and recommend it to every woman I meet.
