Really great course
It's a very useful course on a topic that is often overlooked. It does not just end with you finishing a course. You also have to put in the dedication and work afterwards to build a good portfolio and network. This course really helped me with that.
I found the step-by-step instructions easy to follow and understand.
The SheCodes basics workshop made my coding experience fun and exciting. Every concept was made simple and easy to understand. I had no challenge understanding any of the work and look forward to my next workshop.
Loved working with React
Shecodes basic was a great course for a beginner to get an in depth understanding around coding at your own pace with help always at hand.
It was definitely one of the harder courses, but Matt explained react really well and after these workshops I feel a lot more comfortable with react than I ever thought I would. One downside is that the material for the API are slightly outdated, but this is obviously not SheCodes' fault. Would highly recommend this course.
I had a great experience with this workshop, the lessons were engaging and it's very interesting to see how the AI is transforming the field. I'm excited to apply what I've learned to future projects!

Completing this basic coding course was a personal win for me. My dad is an IT teacher, and for the longest time, coding felt like some kind of dark magic that Iβd never understand. But this course really changed that for me. The lessons were so clear and practical, and I actually started to 'get it'βI felt smarter with each exercise. At first I struggled with getting started with SheCodes. After re-watching some instruction video's I got the hang of it and gradually started enjoying coding. Each time a code would be successful and would translate onto the web page I would get a giddy feeling and try to create a better and more sophisticated code. This 'SheCodes Basic Workshop' was amazing. As I'm a student of CSE background, when I started this workshop I thought this basic workshop would make me feel bore as I already have some basic knowledge in html,css and javaScript.But after joining the workshop I realized that it has some amazing ways of using tools and html elements differently which I never knew before. I've learned a lot of new things from this workshop, especially the instructor "Matt" has done amazing job.He explains everything clearly and briefly. Which is very helpful for beginners. I like the way he teaches and explains everything in an easy way. I think every woman who is interested in coding should join SheCodes workshop at least once. It improves logical thinking and also gives the opportunity to think out of box.

I enrolled on this course because I have been trying to learn Python for a long time, but I have been struggling with motivation. The deadlines helped to keep me on track and to continue to make progress, so I have now finally gotten to grips with the basics of coding in Python.
