Finishing SheCodes Plus was a great achievement for me! I'm very excited to continue this coding journey into the biggest career move for me yet. Thank you to a great instructor in Matt and the SheCodes team for always being available to help.

After completing SheCodes Basics, I wanted to learn more about coding and signed up for SheCodes Plus. I'm so glad I did. This workshop has expanded my knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It also introduced me to Bootstrap and Github. I look forward to continuing my coding journey with SheCodes Responsive and SheCodes React.
This course was so fun! I loved being able to customize my projects as I learned new skills. Extremely useful / beneficial for busy schedules.

SheCodes Basics taught me a lot about the basics of coding! I would recommend it to anyone that wants to try out an intro coding course.
I learned a lot about CSS and Javascript and remembered why I was so interested in HTML as a teen.
This was my first workshop and i'm happy with the end result. I had no prior experience with coding, SheCodes made the learning journey very easy to navigate and understand.
This was genuinely so much fun to learn and so easy to learn! The classes were easy to follow and I genuinely can't believe i was able to learn so much in 2 weeks.

These courses are not only user friendly but it’s broken down into smaller parts that help you understand better. I’ve taken computer science course but this program is much easier to grasp.

I liked this class a lot. Even though I had to get myself motivated to do it everyday because some of the videos were just so long and boring... The activities are super fun. The actual activity parts in the workshops are interactive and enjoyable. I'm very proud of myself for doing this class and now I can brag to my friend that I know how to code!

I'm so glad I found SheCodes. I learned coding better than in my AP course or my college courses. If you are looking to just try it out even I highly recommend SheCodes. I hope I can do more courses with them.
SheCodes Basic really took a lot of the intimidating factors of coding and eliminated them by making the course fun and engaging. Matt did a wonderful job of breaking things down into small, easy to understand pieces.
I am loving the SheCodes curriculum & community. The course is structured in a way that is very easy to follow and I appreciate how we're encouraged to get creative & look for solutions beyond the lessons. I also love the flexibility of the program, especially as someone with a demanding schedule. Finally, I love how supportive the whole team feels, and that they make a point to acknowledge every single student for their projects. I'm looking forward to continuing the final three courses offered by Matt & the SheCodes team!

I've always wanted to learn how to code or to use computers as an outlet to create something. And this course does it perfectly. I love the fact that it's completely self-paced and that we have a way to help each other out. Although, we'd have to use an attribute for the challenges that I didn't learn. It was a way to challenge myself. I learned a lot during this workshop, and I would definitely do it again!
SheCodes has been amazing. I’ve loved every second, even the challenging ones! I love doing the challenges and homework, everything is so rewarding. Matt’s teaching ability is amazing, he does a great job at breaking it down, but also letting you solve some of your own problems which helps really grasp the concepts. If you’ve even thought about testing coding take this course, you will not regret it! Can’t wait to continue my coding journey with SheCodes!
A year ago, I worked in marketing. I enjoyed many aspects of my job, but as I worked with various people, I found my interest piqued by others who wrote code. I did not think that was a profession I could do, but I found it intriguing. I began to do internet searches about Software Development. I found SheCodes and Matt's introduction class and Basics course gave me the confidence to pursue this profession!

SheCodes has been such a great experience for learning how to code! I had been slogging my way through tutorials on other sites until I tried SheCodes. The workshops are so engaging and the lessons easy to understand, even if you don't know much about coding yet. There has been so much practical, hands-on learning to actually create things, which is what I was missing from the other tutorials and courses I had tried. Most of all, the projects are so much fun! The Slack community is also very helpful - it is a great resource if you are stuck or need another pair of eyes. Plus, I have also used it to help and look at other's people code when they are stuck, and that is also good practice for me.

I loved the courses and the challenges. This is the perfect way to learn coding. I was able to choose my time to start and stop every day.
SheCodes Plus was definitely more challenging than the Basics workshop, but in a good way that really made you think. It was very gratifying to build your own project with real-time data and see it evolve over the duration of the course. Highly considering continuing my SheCodes journey with the higher level courses!

SheCodes Plus was a great course, Matt goes through everything very well. It is challenging, however, it is very doable! It was a fun experience overall and I learned a lot doing this course.

This course is great for beginners and for those who already have some coding knowledge. I had some previous coding knowledge, but I want to expand my skills into frontend development. This has been a really fun way to gain more skills and learn new aspects of coding!

Structured so well for someone with zero coding experience enjoyed coding and was motivated to upgrade workshop.
I've always been interested in tech as a career I just didn't think I was smart enough. So I went To college as most do and soon realized and wasn't for me dropped out a semester later and was strolling on Instagram when I seen a SheCodes ad I signed up for the free coding course and I've never looked back. So if you're thinking about pivoting career choices do it!! I love coding now and can't wait to start a career in it!
I felt so proud when I was able to create something "big" using the skills I learned. I loved hearing the thought process of someone making the final project along with me, it was reassuring. In previous workshops, it was more about how to use the different tools and specific steps to take. This one was how to put it all together to make something original.
I've got so much knowledge as little as 2 weeks, and I was able to create a website, how amazing is that? I've tried to learn about coding before from different other resources, but SheCodes explains it very detailed, useful and understandable! Thank you so much for this opportunity! 👩💻

SheCodes has been a great experience for a first-timer like me, that has no prior experience in coding. I really appreciated that it's a program geared towards helping women step into the tech industry, as well as provide educational opportunities to women in need abroad. The curriculum was easy to understand, the community via Slack was very helpful in the sticky moments, and the flexible learning schedule helped me to learn while continuing to work my day to day.
I love the step-by-step videos. Matt does a great job guiding you through the coding processes in a fun and easy to understand format! I highly recommend SheCodes!

SheCodes has allowed me to begin learning the skills needed to enter an ever-evolving job market. I feel that tech is often presented as unapproachable & " a man's world"; SheCodes is helping break those barriers- breaking down the basics of HTML, CSS & JS in a way that helps me feel confident that this is something I can tackle.
SheCodes Plus was a real challenge but I finished feeling like I had a whole new understanding of how code fits together.
I looked at a lot of other places to learn some coding and ended up going with SheCodes. I LOVE it! It is super easy to follow! I especially like how short each teaching video is, it was nice to be able to watch a short video and then practice afterward. This has definitely motivated me to learn more coding!
This workshop was AWESOME! Matt did an amazing job with walking step-by-step through the material. While there were moments of frustration, overall it was such a good experience to get some initial exposure into the world of coding. I am thankful that I stumbled across this website, since there are so many like this out there to choose from. I feel ready to take future steps to explore a career change into coding.

SheCodes Basics was a great way to get a taste of coding. I had no idea what was involved in coding, except what I'd seen in shows and movies, but was nervous to sign up for too big of a commitment without really know what the work was like. This was a perfect opportunity to learn some basics and get a sense of what coding actually involves.
SheCodes became a part of my life at the right time. I was struggling for a way to support my kids and myself when I came across this workshop. They've been very accommodating and it is all done on my own time, which has been VERY helpful. 10 stars

I am so glad I took that chance and invested in myself with this workshops so I could realize that I really love and enjoy coding! It combined two things I love, problem-solving and creativity. I am a visual learner and I learn by doing the actual thing so to get a very well-explained lesson followed by the challenges helped me retain the information a lot faster. I would definitely invest again in one of the other workshops! I learned so much and want to continue refining these new skills.

I'm a Mom who's doing what I can to make sure I can provide a life for me and my kids on our own and to do it sustainably. I've tried other coding courses and struggled to keep up. Shecodes gave me the opportunity to feel the right amount of challenge to keep me interested, motivated and feeling like I can ACTUALLY do this. Not just for me, but for my kids. I am now one step closer to finally living the rest of my life.

It was the most exciting 3 weeks! My boyfriend was impressed with the speed with which I learned to write code. (He has been working in programming for 2 years). It's cool that at any time you can make a delay and at a calm pace go through tasks before the deadline.
