Love every bit of this AI Add-on. I learnt another new skill, this really give me joy knowing that I keep improving on my code every passing day. I believe this is just the starting point for me as I continue learning to code and challenging myself to new skills. My Gratitude to Matt for his patient, clear and concise teaching. It was really fun!

SheCodes is an amazing workshop. I've learned so much in the past 3 weeks.
Matt is very easy to understand and pushes students to take accountability for their learning by encouraging us to research outside of the course when we don't understand or need more information about a concept. Finding info on our own will be a real life scenario, so I appreciate that the answers are not always fed. Still, Matt does answer many of the questions that I feel other courses do not.
I loved doing this course, and the deadlines helped me stay on track! It was easy to understand and to go back through the videos if I forgot how to do anything. I love all the help they offer throughout the course!

SheCodes basics is a great course for beginners and those who may need a refresher on coding.
It is definitely not getting easier at this stage of the course but working on the practical assignments and building the application from scratch has given me the confidence to tackle some more complex challenges. The program's structure was well-designed, seamlessly transitioning from foundational concepts to more advanced topics. Thank you Matt and team, looking forward to upgrading my coding skills on the next level of the course

I learned a LOT more about HTML, CSS + javascript during this course! It wasn't hard to understand or grasp at all! 10/10 recommend!

Learning to code was something that was in the back of my mind for awhile and since goin in and out of college I knew I loved it. For the last three years, I worked in the food industry, and even though I enjoyed my job I knew I wanted to explore a new field I wanted . This year I found myself with more time on my hands and decided that I wanted to explore coding. I wanted to expand my knowledge of the tech world, what it had to offer, and what my role could be within it. Honestly this is just the beginning of the course and its so much info and I love it.
This provided great content in small digestible increments, and the weekly homeworks helped reinforce the learned skills.
I would recommend that if you want to try something new, do it. This program could change things for the better. Give it a try!
Hey there! So, when I first started coding, I thought it was impossible to understand. But you know what? Each week that went by, I found myself amazed at how easily I could comprehend the material. I owe a huge thanks to Matt and the SheCodes Team for being such great teachers and making the learning process fun!
It was highly challenging and I found myself in the thought "I don't want help, I will try to do this on my own" I wanted to be competitive with the others in the sense I didn't need to be rescued. But, I was the one who required to be saved at some lesson to complete the course. Having a goal made it even more fun. I recommend implementing a goal to have fun and feel like it is worth it.
The lessons were very easy to follow. I definitely gained a better understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Thank you for everything!

SheCodes is the best way to learn how to code. I love the way it is broken down in a way where my learning of each subject is very easy. Then having the lessons are the icing on top to really nailing the subject down. I would recommend SheCodes to anyone interested in coding.

It was so much fun to learn the ins and outs of coding in further detail through these projects. There were a few times I had to stand up and walk away from my computer, but the second I came back, it would click. There is a sense of pride in creating something from scratch that is functional in the end :)

SheCodes was a really nice experience. I wanted to learn how to code and this was a really good start. Matt did a really good job of setting everything up and an even better job of explaining everything. The instructions were east to follow and really fun. Learning the basics was much easier than I anticipated. The ability to work at my own pace and utilize self-guided resources made the process more manageable. I discovered that keeping solutions simple is essential. Overcomplicating things is unnecessary; practicality is key.
SheCodes Basics has been a great introduction to coding! The lessons were broken down into manageable size, and the support from the site and in the Slack channels was helpful.

Such a fun course. Its so satisfying to have a working project by the end of this! Matt goes in depth but makes it as simple as possible to understand the terminology and work-flow of building this - especially the javascript.
React was definitely hard... but the SheCodes team was super supportive. I'm glad I was able to complete this!

Wow! SheCode Plus was intense but so informative. During each lesson I found myself so excited with what I was learning and so curious for what would come next. The final project is challenging and not quick but with patience and practice it gets done! I loved that each week prepares you for the final project but you learn something new until the last video. I am so thankful to the SheCodes team! I cannot wait to start my next course!

Easy and engaging. I've tried other courses before that are very boring and have so much reading. The SheCodes videos are great and I love that Matt doesn't try to get you to memorize hundreds of elements and attributes. He just teaches you how to find what your looking for instead on trying to memorize.
I came in with very basic knowledge of html and css so as a beginner I thought the course was good in helping me build in to what I already know. The ask athena function was very nice and having the solution to help guide my own solution was good as sometimes I became so stuck I had to leave the project alone to come back with fresh eyes.

I really enjoyed this coding basics program. The way that the lessons are broken up help to focus on grasping concepts. The instructor is great about explaining things and also allows you to discover some coding on your own, which I believe is a big component to software engineering. Can't wait to learn more!

The React workshop was definitely much harder than the previous ones, but thanks to Matt's guidance and structure, I was able to follow along at my own pace and digest the information. I really enjoy being able to follow along with Matt as we work on our project together.

I really enjoyed SheCodes Responsive. This workshop has taken me the longest, thus far, to complete. Every time I completed a lesson, I'd go back and add more or change certain details on my final project. I'm happy to have completed a portfolio.

Shecodes was a fun way to try out coding and see if it is for you. The lessons are fast paced and jam packed. I would recommend spending a few extra minutes to really play around with the things you are learning.
AI has been a hot topic in the media for awhile, so while I knew about it, I didn't have much experience with it. This workshop made me realize the true potential of what I (and others) can make with AI. Very rewarding.

I really enjoyed SheCodes Basic course. I had the pleasure of creating a web page from scratch. Coming from the non-technical field area is not a joke. SheCodes is an amazing program to get introduced to the basics of front-end development and experiment with coding. Matt, is an excellent teacher and has created an informative platform for women coders. SheCodes have a great team too. Slack channel was very helpful in solving the doubts. I loved doing the homework at the end of each week lessons. One of the best coding classes I have ever come across.
I learned so much with SheCodes Plus. I've always been curious about how APIs work and now I actually built an app with live data. I would definitely recommend this workshop as it expanded my knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JS significantly.
SheCodes has been such an awesome way to learn coding at a pace that works well for me. I originally started a bootcamp with a University, and the pace in which classes moved along was crazy - I couldn't keep up! SheCodes allows me to take my classes whenever and wherever it works best for me (within homework due dates, of course). I would recommend shecodes to anyone looking to learn something new!

This was a great introduction to coding. I feel like I know so much more than I started with. Matt was great and explained things well. It was a little challenging at times since everything was so new, but it felt so good when I figured it out.

It's the perfect blend of self-paced learning and guided structure, making my experience with SheCodes both enjoyable and highly effective.
I learned a lot in this round of Responsive. It took a lot of trial and error but it all came together in the end. I like that Matt walks you through each phase of the project.

SheCodes is a great way to get your feet wet in the coding world. Matt's videos are very helpful and I like the way it is laid out, it keeps you going when it can be so easy to push off. The Basic add on is a great way to practice the skills that you just learned in the basics class and to add another project to your portfolio! This was a very fun class to learn some new skills, putting them all together to create a project!
