In my honest opinion, each workshop just seems to be better than the last. The world clock project in this add-on was beyond fun to code and also one that allowed me to stretch the skills that I have already picked up. I loved this challenging little project. I cannot wait to start the next workshop in this series.

Fun, fun, and fun! Working on this add-on was such a blast! the opportunity to put into practice every single concept of SheCodes Basics, adding a few new perks. The whole structure of the program feels like a game; I can't believe how easy it is to learn complex things like JavaScript while having so much fun. I am proud of myself and my fellow SheCodes classmates for completing the React course. I liked the challenge of this course and our projects. I find the videos very helpful to refer to when I'm stuck on a problem or missed an important point.
SheCodes has been amazing so far! It's an amazing platform and has struck the balance between allowing me to learn at my own pace, while also stretching and testing my capabilities.
Creating this hobby project was quite fun and has helped me feel more confident in my coding skills! This mini-course taught a few more advanced HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills. Learning how to create a CSS grid, animations, and a dark theme toggle was especially useful and exciting.
I absolutely loved building a world clock and with my love for travel and all the places I'v been, it just hit home. I am looking forward to continue my coding journey as I just want to keep learning and trying new things and more knowledge to write cleaner code. As always, Matt is amazing with how he breaks things down and I just appreciate his honesty and great personality. As we're getting more advanced there is lots of trial and error and what a relief to hear Matt say that sometimes it can take an entire day to write two lines of code! Just super happy and proud of my world clock and can't wait to start Responsive!
I am 25 and a stay at home mom. I came across SheCodes on a social media platform. I really appreciated that they had a free 1 hour class to discuss what they do, how they work, and how easy it can be to learn coding, through them. Being a stay at home mom has its difficulties, and I really appreciated that it wasn't time consuming. It did still take a lot of effort, but I finished the basic course, and really LOVED my entire experience. I have now completed the plus course, I truly feel I have found a love for coding and am excited for the opportunities it can bring me and my family. I can't wait to see what's to come after this. I completed the Responsive-add on coding bootcamp and found it to be an excellent way to learn to how to build responsive web designs.
My first time taking a coding course and had a great experience. I was able to learn and understand a new skill that I can know use as a hobby or have the opportunity to grow my coding skills.
It has been a while since I have coded when I was in college. This course gave me just the refresher and boost I needed to get back into the coding world. Thanks SheCodes!!
It was a lot of work and something very new for me, but I have learned to much!
While the challenges were difficult at times, they were also a lot of fun. I was able to get extensions on my project, which was a big help. This allowed me to work at my own pace. I was able to complete the workshop in my own time and felt truly amazing by the end.
At first, I was so anxious and excited at the same time. Because I don't know what I am getting into but when Matt started teaching us one by one then my confidence has started to grow. Now am happy that I was able to learn and gaining knowledge on this and be able to build a website. Looking for ward to learn more from SheCodes.

This was so much fun! Yes, there are times when it can be extremely frustrating, as with learning anything new, but it's so worth it to code and see your designs and functions come to life. As a digital marketer I think it's very important to know basic coding like HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. Taking this class made me so much more confident in working with websites. It's a very basic course and I feel like there is still much more to learn.

I recently completed the SheCodes Plus workshop, and it was one of the most valuable and rewarding experiences I've ever had. Over the course of the program, I learned essential web development skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript,.. with more details. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and made the material easy to understand. One of the highlights of the workshop was learning about APIs and how to integrate them into my projects. I also loved learning about Git and GitHub, which made it easy to collaborate with other developers on my code. And Bootstrap was a game-changer for creating responsive designs that look great on any device. React is challenging (in a good way π€) but as usual, SheCodes does a great job walking through the different steps to help you build on each.
This provided useful tips for writing a resume and job hunting/applying.

This workshop has been a challenge for me but I definitely learned a lot and looking forward to the next step of my growth in this field.
I feel very comfortable in my ability to manipulate different sections of code for various media parameters after completing the Responsive course. I enjoy the challenge of matching designs from Figma and look forward to creating more responsive designs in the future.

What a fantastic introduction to coding! After completing four SheCodes workshops, I feel empowered to make my own projects and continue my journey with web development. React isn't the easiest to learn, but Matt is an excellent teacher and the Slack team is amazing. The learning is project-based, fun, and engaging. I highly recommend!

I found the SheCodes basics workshop to be both challenging and motivating. I looked forward to the time I set aside to work on my lessons throughout the week. I liked the predictable format of the lessons and how the skills are broken down so when I got to the project and needed a refresher, I could easily access a specific lesson. In addition to the lessons, there is a variety of other support available such as the SheCodes "cheatsheets" the MDN website and the slack chat.
This course is very effective. I recommend everyone to study in this course.

I loved building this application. There was a lot of good material using axios and a lot of different components. I would definitely recommend this to get more acquainted with React.

SheCodes React was extremely informative. I was very confused in the beginning but going through the project step by step made the process much easier and I understood it well. I definitely can keep using some practice but overall I enjoyed this workshop.
This really challenged me but I enjoyed the challenge! It made me review what I've learned in the past and apply it to this new framework. It was great that I was learning new material while subsequently reviewing old. Also, I'm now able to look things up online and derive my own solutions, which I think is the best skill I've obtained thus far. Overall, I think it was a great course and I highly recommend it to those looking to learn another framework!

I had fun building a landing page from scratch. And when the code didn't work I had to find out how to do things and connect with people. It was very interesting to see and share different solutions to the same challenges. I feel like I have learned a lot so far and it's only been a couple weeks.
This workshop was really fun. I especially enjoyed creating my travel project.
This was so much fun! I enjoyed taking my own little twist on the project and creating a world clock for the Eras Tour based on the tour dates. Obviously, there is room for international dates once they are announced. :)

Classes were very well explained and I loved how smooth the week went by with learning everything. Definitely recommend if you are thinking about a potential career in coding! I am someone who is a perfectionist as well and want everything to be organized and this course was just that! Everything had its own place and just very easy to access.
I truly enjoyed this workshop. I learned so much in such a short time. I enjoyed that I could ask questions and someone would respond quickly or that I can research other peers questions on slack which helped a lot. I also enjoyed that I can get an extension on the workshop. It motivated me more knowing that there wasn't a penalty for being a few days late. I was able to truly put my all into this workshop.

I've never dabbled in coding before and was really intimidated, but the micro-learning structure of this course was easy to understand and just challenging enough to motivate me forward.
I recently completed the SheCodes Plus course, and I have to say, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made for my career. The program provided me with a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience that equipped me with the latest development technologies and techniques. Throughout the program, I was able to master advanced HTML, CSS, and responsive design, as well as advanced JavaScript techniques, such as ES6. I also learned how to integrate live APIs into my projects and showcase them to future employers.
