Very informative add on to the weather app project we worked on during SheCodes plus. I learned a lot of new concepts. Working on something that can be challenging and being able to recreate it gave me a boost of confidence as a student developer. I think it's a great project to learn from and work on.

Shecodes is deffently a game changer! One of my biggest goals is to have a job where I can work from home, which I enjoy. I knew college was not in the books for me, but I still wanted to learn useful technology skills that I could learn more on my own time, and Shecodes gave me that opportunity. The Responsive Plus workshop, like all the other SheCodes workshop that I have taken, is chock full of solid skills which any Front End Developer definitely needs to be good and efficient. I have loved creating this project, from Figma to Screen - and then I enjoyed tweaking it to show off a subject which I am VERY excited about: Patagonia. I recently completed the SheCodes AI Workshop, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! This course introduced me to the fascinating world of artificial intelligence in a way that was approachable, interactive, and truly empowering. The lessons were well-structured, breaking down complex AI concepts into bite-sized, manageable pieces. From understanding natural language processing to building my own AI-powered applications, every step of the journey was hands-on and practical. One of the standout features was the support from the SheCodes team and the community. Whenever I hit a roadblock, help was just a message away. The final project, where I built a Love Poem Generator, was a true highlight β it felt amazing to turn my creativity into a functional app!
Overall, I'm pleased with this course. It allowed me to see if coding was something I had enough interest in to pursue. I'm not the best self-motivator, so having the hard deadlines every week made all the difference. The lessons are in nice bite sized pieces so I didn't find myself overwhelmed.

This course offers easy-to-follow content and ample practice opportunities, making it great for building practical skills in the basics of HTML and CSS. While more specific feedback on assignments would be beneficial, the course is well-structured and effective in teaching the fundamentals.
There were some challenging concepts to learn and apply throughout this element of the course. As always, Matt kept the learning engaging and presented it in an understandable way.
Great course to learn the basics
This was a good course, I think if you have done all the other shecodes workshops like me it feels very similar to some of what we already learnt and you will get through the modules quickly. That said its a refreshing change to purely focus on backend and looking forward to getting to the advanced module now.
As I continue my journey, I realize there is always more to learnβmore advanced coding techniques and approaches that are seemingly sophisticated yet easy and smart if one understands the underlying concepts or logic. Coding can become quite challenging at times, but consistent practice, perseverance, and patience are always the keys to go through.
I was always fascinated by coding, but I didn't know where to start. That was until I discovered SheCodes. The program was incredibly well-structured, and the instructors were supportive and knowledgeable. In just a few months, I learned to code and built a projects that I'm proud of. Workshops are great but I find can be very confusing sometimes as Matt can sometimes be difficult to follow as not all things are explained thoroughly.
I was very disappointed with Shecodes Advanced Python. The teaching style and the course content need a lot of improvement. There is not enough teaching material for 1 week. Moreover the homeworks are very easy and do not require any additional reading or trouble shooting.

Very clear guidance
What an amazing start this journey! In the first three weeks, I've already learned so much! Even though it was a bit challenging at times, Iβve really enjoyed the process of solving problems and seeing my code come to life. The hands-on exercises have helped me understand everything better, and Iβm starting to feel more confident with the basics. So far, itβs been a great experience, and Iβm looking forward to the next steps.

I can't express how much I enjoyed the SheCodes AI Add-on workshop. The experience was not only educational but also incredibly fun. One of the highlights for me was working with the AI API- it opened up new possibilities for integrating intelligent features into my projects. Additionally, learning how to use the Typewriter JS effect in my code was a fantastic way to add interactivity to my work. The AI generator project was rewarding. It really solidified my understanding of how AI can enhance and streamline the development process. As the saying goes, "The future belongs to those who know how to use AI as a tool to get ahead" - and I truly feel like I'm now equipped to do just that.
I loved doing this 3 week course, it was so easy to follow and the challenges were super informative and fun. I would highly recommend doing this course for anyone who is considering learning how to code, it's the perfect introduction! π

The Plus Workshop was fantastic! It really helped me to build on the foundation I built for myself from the Basics Workshop. I gained advanced knowledge with vanilla JavaScript, focusing on API integration, debugging, and code structuring best practices, and was able to create a functional weather application that utilizes real-time data from multiple external APIs. I'm definitely using the project as a part of my portfolio when applying to full-time engineering roles.
SheCodes has just been amazing, from wanting to know how to code to building amazing real-life projects. I loved the journey, the learning is structured in a very beginner and expert-friendly way. Makes you have fun while learning and making progress as you go. Would recommend 10/10.
I was asked to create a project on something I am passionate about. That was a bit of a challenge, because for the life of me I could not figure out of to create it around IT. So I got thinking what, and why do I still want to carry on? My faith, I'm very passionate about my culture and background and I thought lets educate others a little. I wouldn't have completed this if SheCodes hadn't hosted a competition and gave me the opportunity to better my skills.
I highly enjoyed this course because it helps to expand my knowledge in JavaScript and it is a good experience for me. We built an interesting project for Meteo App that can be good example of JavaScript functions in real use. Our teacher prepares great video tutorials which were instrumental using in our daily projects. I am glad I took it and hope to take another in the near future.
I have gained so much knowledge and super excited for the rest of the jourmey with SheCodes. I highly recommend this course to anyone starting out. Matt is a great instructor, he simplifies things and I like the additional resources for in-depth understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Coding had become an unreachable skill for me until SheCodes. Matt has broken down learning to code into achievable tasks, and with repetition I am retaining more information. Now I do think I can learn to code and am excited to do so!

Joining SheCodes was the best decision I ever took, it taught me a lot about being in the technology space that it's not only about basic things but there's a lot that goes into everything that we see, even the movies that we watch. As someone who wants to be a Software developer in the near future, I definitely think SheCodes is a great way to start. And I honestly enjoyed every minute of coding, sometimes it can be challenging but it also taught me to have so much patience and perseverance and I hope to continue learning and to become the Software developer that I want to be.
SheCodes Plus was a gamechanger for me. I gained deeper understanding of JavaScript and coded my first API. It was a real pleasure to work through the challenges and finally having built my fully functioning weather app. I really became addicted to programming.
