Learning React was indeed challenging but super rewarding once you figure it out. Shout out to SheCodes Team for the awesome support on Slack whenever I got stuck! 🙏🏻 (quite a few times this time round 😅) I highly recommend this course as it makes you think outside the box and brings out your creative side! 🤓

This is my third week into studying with SheCodes and it's been good so far. As a beginner, I think this course has a good mix of exercises, demonstrations and a practical "hands-on" approach. It's challenging, and you learn to build on your problem-solving skills. Overall, it's been a good experience over the last few weeks.
This step was more difficult than the Basics one, but it was very interesting and fun:) I really thank SheCodes then I can learn to code.

Found this course fantastic. It allowed me to learn in a fun way. I had started by attempting other JavaScript courses but found it a little hard to follow and keep the enthusiasm. This course is made in a very nice and simple way and you apply everything you have learnt as you move along. This helps the learning process and putting everything together. Sometimes it was actually addictive :). I have done the Basics and now the Plus. Maybe in the near future, I can do the next ones too. Thank you SheCodes!!

I'm so glad I've decided to give it a try. It was one of the most exiting and interesting couse I've ever had in my life. Everything is very understandable, even for complete beginners. I highly recommend!
These workshops helped me realise that I have begun to truly build an understanding and have helped me use the prior knowledge from the past two certificates :) I am gaining more confidence and motivatation to keep pushing forward with coding!

Coding is generally seen as this enigmatic unattainable thing. SheCodes helps break down these delusions. Very practical lessons which quickly help you learn how to execute.
I have loved learning the coding basics, the way the teaching works suits me and my ADHD because it is broken down into small steps which are easy to follow and short. I can do a little bit at a time, save it and return to it. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge over all and would love to carry on.

I loved going through the SheCodes program. When I first started, I could not imagine being able to tell people I knew programming languages. Here I am a few months later, coding several pages of a website and creating apps! I am proud of myself and grateful to Matt and the SheCodes team. This program is absolutely perfect for beginners! I've done other courses like this and everything was taught using their own coding editor, this is the first time I've been taught to use the actual coding editor I would use in the workforce. Highly recommend!
I struggled a bit in the beginning. I really had to focus and clear my mind for things to became easier to understand. Each workshop gave me further knowledge on the little bit of coding I had previous experience in. I definitely plan to keep moving forward with the other workshops that are provided.
SheCodes is a really really great experience!! I found Matt to be a great teacher! Coding is not a big scary unknown thing anymore -yay!
Another great workshop! I feel like I have learned so much and would love to continue to learn some more, but sadly this was my last one. Nonetheless, it was an incredibly journey where I discovered my love for coding. I hope I can keep on learning and maybe one day work as a front-end developer. Keep up the good work SheCodes team!

As a former teacher trying to break into the tech industry, I was having a lot of difficulty finding a program that wasn't a bootcamp, where I could receive feedback and instruction on my work and learn more than just the basics. I am very happy with my experience with SheCodes. It is wonderful to have a community where my questions can get answered so that I'm not struggling on my own.
The SheCodes Basics workshop gave me the opportunity to learn the basics of formatting and programming languages. The workshops delivered by Matt are highly worthwhile, thanks to intelligible instructions and the creation of real projects. Definitely a great start before continuing my coding journey with the SheCodes workshops!

It has been really great to learn HTML, CSS and JavaScript through a real-world project that I can actually use! I am really proud to have built something I can share with people and add to a portfolio. SheCodes Responsive sucked me into the coding world like never before! Even though some elements were confusing at first, Matt and his team make sure that throughout the journey there are enough exercises to practice them and by the time I reached the final project homework, I felt very confident using them. I would recommend this workshop to anyone serious about making it into an IT career!
I truly enjoyed the process of studying, it was pretty challenging for me though:) I will definitely continue my studying in SheCodes to develop my skills as I find these workshops amazing, clear and relevant!)

Thank you for this course, i'm a mother of two babies and finding the time to actually sit down and do this was difficult but once I did my god the lessons were very full of information, some confusing (as this was my first time ever coding), but really well planned out so it wasn't too much information to take in at once. This really was a challenge but I LOVED IT! I would definitely recommend this course 150%! Will be taking on another course soon.

SheCodes Basics was really fun! I had zero coding knowledge coming into it and expected to feel out of my depth, but it wasn't like that at all. The structure of the course and the bite-size-ness of the video lessons, plus Matt's easy-to-understand teaching style made the learning process really smooth. And I loved that there's no heavy theory or reading, you just get straight into coding! Will definitely be back for more :)

This workshop was a helpful overview of React framework and much of what front-end development entails. I always felt like I was having a rough go of it, but when I casually speak to senior developers in person or online, I actually have an inkling what they are talking about. There's a very clear difference between day one and now and I'm pleased with the progress. SheCodes is the only program I've completed in full. I'll have to dig a bit deeper into JavaScript and React if I want to take this further. I'm glad I got to participate. My dad would think it's pretty cool of me, and I dedicate this entire process to him.
