I never thought that coding can be that simply explained, but thanks to the fantastic instructor, it was super easy for me to follow the instructions and even write my own code! I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who would like to start their coding journey.

I enjoyed learning how to make a portfolio website and how to use multiple pages in one project. The SEO part was a nice addition. Week 4 and 5 were pretty much the same content, though.

Matt did it again! Not only was it fun but I don't think. I have learned as much with any other program I've taken as I have with SheCodes! Not going to lie... it was challenging, sometimes I had to put my code to rest and go for a run but once I came back my passion for coding was there! I have built a website that I will make sure I work on until I make it what I want it to be. I would say if you really want to learn how to code.. . SheCodes is the way to start.

I loved the react course! It was so engaging and informative, and I learned a lot of new skills and concepts. The instructor was very clear and helpful, and the assignments were challenging but fun. I highly recommend this course for those who want to learn more about responsive web pages development. In this course HTML, CSS and Bootstrap are thoroughly covered. Lessons are taught in a way that you feel no need for extra help and support. I want to thank SheCodes team for all their support.

This is one of the most fun classes I've ever taken. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Matt and team are wonderful teachers and there to support. Whether you're a developer yourself or someone who manages teams of developers, I highly recommend this course.

I love the structure of SheCodes workshops as you progress. Everything that I was curious about in SheCodes Basics was covered in SheCodes Basic Plus which was great! Working with JavaScript on this project was so insightful.

Starting this course as a complete beginner, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Matt explains everything so thoroughly and makes it very easy to understand. I love the flexibility of this course, the prerecorded workshops allows you to go at your own pace and without any pressure to be logged on at any specific time, which works well for my lifestyle and work schedule. I'm glad I found SheCodes, I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in coding. I look forward to learning more 🤗

I am so happy I enroled in the SheCodes Max Workshop. Out of curiosity joining the Basic Workshop on a rainy day after work, I could never imagine me creating React Apps, handling API's or grasp all these function and make them work :) I really wanna thank Matt and the SheCodes Team, who always helped when I was struggeling and helped me get back on track. I can now create and host websites and Apps!

I appreciate how the lessons were so in depth in explaining about APIs to be specific, I loved this workshop and I cannot wait to start the next workshop. Thank you SheCodes for opening such a great space for women to code!

Everything about this course is fantastic! The lessons are great, the challenges are great at ensuring you are grasping the concepts in the lessons and there is a great community to help if you ever get stuck. Once you get started, you just want to keep going and keep learning more!

I really enjoyed the course, very much hands-on. You start building projects from week 1 and this keeps you so motivated!

This year, I'm working on a web application project. SheCodes is the fairy Godmother I never knew I needed. As a result of the skills I gained throughout the program, I feel more prepared. And I am grateful to have had extensive training in Javascript and HTML.

I have some issues focusing so this workshop might not be the best for me as Matt tends to make "mistakes" and change his mind quite often and since the videos are not edited (or not much), it can sometimes get really confusing and frustrating. It's good to see that even an experienced coder like Matt has to think and sometimes just do different things before getting it right, but when he summarizes everything, he can be quite messy using the wrong terms, when it's already a really complex and confusing matter. Apart from that, I still like how Matt is funny and engaging, how he guides you to complete the final project, the course is packed with info and the project is quite fun.

Well designed course on responsive development with a challenging project.

This workshop has been my favourite so far. After getting introduced to the foundational stuff in the earlier workshops, we finally got the chance to use it all in an actual homepage design, which is also responsive. I love how much it's possible to do with relatively simple tools.

I am glad that i have finished this course. It has been intense but quite resourceful. I highly recommend SheCodes🤝

I just completed the SheCodes Basics course, and I loved it! I was always too scared to try to learn to code, I thought I did not have enough time nor the right skills but thanks to this course I learned quickly while having fun and playing with my creativity. The lessons and challenges are well structured and I completed this course despite having a busy schedule. The SheCodes team on Slack supported me when I felt stuck on a challenge, but honestly, the video lessons are so well done that I managed to solve my problems by following Matt's suggestions most of the time. Overall, I liked very much this course and I'm even more excited to continue my coding journey!

I couldn't be happier with SheCodes! The program taught me so much and really helped me understand React and even enjoy working with it.

I really liked the workshop- the way information is given. Everything is clear enough and explained in detail.

I LOVE react. It is so interesting how you can install all these apps using the terminal. The way Matt teaches is so clear and concise, and the slack community rounds out the support aspect of a full University program. Thank you doesn't say enough!

I loved this workshop! There was so much to learn and I can't wait to move onto the next workshop! I loved how the lessons were so in-depth and how you are given different ways to do certain things.

I have really enjoyed the React course. I have now completed the full Pro package and I am excited to start side projects with the skills I have learnt and now put my skills in work. :-)

In this workshop, I learned more about CSS and how to manipulate HTML with JavaScript. I highly recommend this workshop for people that already have some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript but want to improve it and learn how to make websites look prettier.

I cannot believe I just finished a programming project! This was an easy-to-understand course that gives you everything you need to know for starting to code. Hope to keep learning here!

It was fun to learn extra things in SheCodes Basics Add-On! The project was fun to work on and I loved seeing the results as the lessons progressed. Highly recommend this workshop as an addition to the Basics workshop!

The React add-on helped me pursue my journey into React development a little more and made me more comfortable with the integration of various API's. I ended up creating a dictionary app, that I can showcase in my portfolio.

No regrets here, I have learnt a lot and enjoyed every step of the way. Matt is a great instructor.

I had no idea at all when it came to coding but ever since i joined Delac Foundation id say i now have knowledge about coding. Matt Delac's lessons make things very easy together with the help received on the shecodes slack. Happy Coding!!

Learning with Matt felt very comfortable and easy - the course is also very-well structured and properly paced. I appreciated Matt sharing the most important information and prioritising the practice over theory, not being overwhelming at all. I also liked the special tips and tricks and felt encouraged and confident to learn more about front-end development.

Great additional course to continue practising the basics. Even though I have already done most lessons, I learned a lot in this Add-on. I would recommend it to anyone as it's very easy!

SheCodes workshops have provided me knowledge and skills required to become a front-end developer 😊. After completing SheCodes responsive workshop, I am confident that I can build my own website. Each lesson was very informative despite not taking up too much time, it was relatively easy for me to understand these concepts due to the mode of learning and the incredible tutor. I was a beginner with little to no knowledge of coding and now I can confidently say I know the basics of creating a simple website. Stoked to tackle even ore advanced challenges.

SheCodes was exactly what I needed to get me on track to learning how to code. I had been self teaching myself on other platforms but I felt like they weren't truly teaching me how to more. I didn't feel confident in my coding skills. Since, discovering SheCodes. I've become a lot more confident in my coding skills. I really liked the challenges where they pushed you to figure out what the code was behind the interface. Highly recommend!

Shecode responsive

I really enjoyed the Basics Workshop. It's easy to follow Matt's explanations and together with Athena AI, Slack and Matt's tips to look for information in Google it's easy to problem solve. Now I feel confident that I can complete all of the SheCodes workshops! I've made more happy dances in this past 3 weeks than I had in a long time, it feels great to solve a coding problem!

SheCodes Plus was incredible! I can't believe how much I've learned in just a few weeks. These last two weeks were my favorite, following Matt along as we created the app from start to finish together. Looking forward to continuing on to the next SheCodes course!
