This is the second course I have taken with SheCodes. It's all new for me, it's a great challenge that is often frustrating, but on the other hand, it is very motivating when you see what you have created. Studying coding is like learning a new language, and I will continue studying until I can speak it better every time. The SheCodes support team is fundamental!

Wonderful course that allows you to study when and where suits you best. The content is given in easily digestible lessons and gently challenges you to help bridge the gap between watching and understanding. The support via Slack is fast and reliable so you're never waiting for assistance.
This is my second time taking the course as I leveled up to complete the full stack. I appreciate how flexible the course cadence is as a mom of two. I can fit it in when I have time and ask for an extension if absolutely necessary. There is TONS of support online, with SheCodes Athena and the Slack channel. I can't believe how much I've actually learned since the first time around.
Attending the SheCodes workshop was an enlightening experience. In just a short span of time, I gained invaluable knowledge and practical skills that empowered me to create stunning websites from scratch. The hands-on approach, coupled with expert guidance, made complex concepts easily understandable. SheCodes does a really good job. I'm glad I decided to continue onto this Add-On project. It's great how manageable the classes are to complete. I never have any problem at all, and when I do, the Slack app is of great help.
Taking this course has helped me improve my understanding and knowledge of coding.
I am starting off with absolutely no knowledge of coding whatsoever, coming into this I did a TON of research on courses, what's best to take, and why it's better than the others when I fell upon She Codes. The first thing that stood out to me was the free introduction video, I like to know what I am getting into and how the course will benefit me and I have to say the video truly gave me a lot of insight and was what convinced me to finally go for my dream and take that step. It took me over 2 years to begin, and here I am graduating from SheCodes Basic, and I feel like all that research and work is paying off. I learned basic skills in HTML, CSS and Javascript and I feel that I am ready to move onto the next phase in order to work towards my goal of working as a full stack developer.
This workshop was excellent, with new challenges but maintaining the easy to follow lessons.
It has only been three weeks of fun and I can't wait to learn more.

It took me longer than expected. Unfortunately, with the death of a family member I was allowed to ask for "extension" a couple of times. I had to go through each lesson about 3 times but eventually I finished and I'm so proud of myself to see it through and not give up in hard times.
I have learned a lot at this workshop. It's challenged but it's very a useful skill.

Participating in the SheCodes Responsive Add-on was a transformative experience where I mastered Pure CSS Grids, Responsive CSS Grids, HTML Tables, CSS Filters, HTML Embeds, and CSS Hero. This comprehensive skill set enabled me to create a website dedicated to my love for books. It wasn't just about learning to code; it was about blending my passion for literature with new technical abilities, showcasing how technology can amplify our interests and stories in the most beautiful ways.
From just the Basics, I have learned ALOT, as a complete beginner. It can be frustrating just missing one : or ; or ", but it definitely does take practice. I have a new respect for website design and the user experience.

A great start in web development, you learn all the basic information you need to build your project. I found it great how it helps you visualize what the development process is like, as well as what to expect while learning. All errors faced in development were also handled and were not cut from the video, which helped me know how to handle issues that are inevitable while coding.

A great initiative that will hopefully benefit many women. The structure of the workshop and the chosen programming languages were very good. It's very helpful to be able to watch the videos more often if you don't understand a part straight away. As these are recorded videos, the workshop is also suitable for doing after work and at the weekend. I will definitely recommend SheCodes to others.

This workshop has been easy to follow along with for someone who has never coded before. It is nice that we can go back and rewatch videos for help and also get support thru the Slack chat.
I decided to learn to code to upgrade my skills, and SheCodes was a great way to do it! The classes were detailed and easy to follow, and the class homeworks were doable yet still challenging. The Slack channel was also really useful when I was stumped on something - it was nice to be able to search discussions for problems others were also dealing with, and get help from the SheCodes team when I needed it. Overall, this was a great investment for me to learn the basics of coding.
