Amazing way to be taught the basics!
I was terrified about coding and thought this course would be too hard for me to learn and complete, but all the useful information, links, videos, challenge, solutions e.c.t. are amazing and really made me feel at ease and enjoy my first coding experience!
Really enjoyed learning Python! Very different to the other languages Matt teaches, so great to learn something different.
This was a nice workshop to further understand how to make a site responsive. I also enjoyed learning how to create grids through CSS.
I've learnt so much, I'm eager to keep learning more! These lessons have been invaluable in expanding my knowledge, and I'm excited to continue this journey!
Another fun and challenging project! Matt explains React well, and gives you enough practice using it so you feel like the learning really stuck. It was fun as well to combine two different API's in one project

It is the best learning platform, I've learned a lot of coding techniques and different software that I can use. the lessons are thorough and direct.
Embarking on the Plus program was no small feat for me. I'll admit, I struggled, and at times, felt like I was falling behind. With deadlines looming, I found myself six weeks behind schedule. Yet, despite the challenges, I persisted. Today, as I look back on this journey, I'm filled with pride. Completing the Plus program wasn't just about meeting deadlines; it was about pushing past my limits, overcoming obstacles, and proving to myself that I could achieve what seemed daunting.

Loved building the weather app with react. Matt's instructions are as always very good and its easy to follow all the steps.

It has been an amazing journey for me,i have owned a laptop for over a year and would only open it to watch movies but now i can confidently create a website that i used to think is the most difficult and could only be developed by people who are good at Maths

My journey with SheCodes has been nothing short of transformative. When I embarked on this path, I was eager yet uncertain, hopeful yet hesitant. Learning React was much harder than everything else I learned in these workshops. The lessons were very structured and straightforward. I did need to go back and watch the videos twice just to make sure I was doing it right, but overall, a huge stepping stone into front-end development.
It was superrrrrrrrrr FUN! 😊 I am very happy that I chose shecodes to learn coding. I loved the experience & cannot wait to learn more.
Learning web responsive was a bit of a challenge and it still is but with more practice I'll get better and better and better.I am so proud of myself for everything that I have archived so far and here's to many more achievements.

Working with an AI was really fun and I can think of endless possibilities. The way the course was structured and its ready-to-use resources such as the very API that we used, helped me a lot. I didn't lose any time trying to find a good AI, instead I focused on my code.
I am so happy that I have finally been able to learn how to get data from APIs using Ajax. The Plus coding class has been amazing although it got to a point where I became stuck, I kept on pushing and finally, I overcame it. Thankyou SheCodes. Thank you Matt Delac.

This add-on project was super challenging but every lesson Matt gave us before this project helped me to problem solve and find my way through this one! This course was a step forward to more advanced web development and a basic for building responsive pages. Many tricks are still to be learned, but I’m really grateful for guidance on how to use Bootstrap, as there’s a lot of information to be lost. Building a personal portfolio website was really fun!

It was amazing experince because i was being introduced to the coding language such as html, css and javascript i was so excited about the homework and the project because the lesson was taught in very favourable condition which allow anyone to understand what is being taught from beggining up to the end of the project am supper happy and cannot wait to pursue the upcoming project as well as i was enjoying the basic workshop

Yet another great course. The way Matt explains things makes every new concept feel completely natural. I enjoyed exploring Bootstrap both within and beyond the lessons and had fun building the portfolio. (I spent ages coding it simply because I wanted to try everything out).
SheCodes is the best program to learn coding. I have learnt so much so far and I can't wait to move to the next phase of learning!!
It was a fulfilling experience creating my own weather app using real live data! The process it took to get there was challenging at times, but it was exciting as it really allowed me to try to figure out the logic behind the code. In the end, the walk-through for each lesson made it easier to understand how all the pieces fit together.

This was a difficult course, not going to lie. I definitely had to go back and watch Matt's teachings multiple times and also google was my friend (thanks Matt for saying Google is ok!). Like usual his videos were really well explained, and I'd recommend SheCodes for anyone wanting to give React and software dev a go.
Every single course brings me closer to a better future and allows more and more creativity each time. I cannot wait to learn and grow more!

I have been wanting to learn a new technical skill and after much trial and error, SheCodes became my holy grail! SheCodes is perfect for those that need walkthrough guidance for every coding language + the flexibility to complete lessons/challenges/projects. I am grateful that SheCodes has a beginner option to introduce users to the possibilities of coding. I'm more than ready to tackle other coding lessons SheCodes has to offer!

Great intro to React!
I cannot believe I was able to complete such an amazing project! I initially felt a bit intimidated, but this is exactly where my foundational and more advanced skills came in place. The add-on was well-structured and easy to follow, just like other courses. I also loved the new tricks covered during the project!
I spent many hours perfecting my landing page and it was well worth the effort! I learned how to work as a real developer creating this project. I do have to share that embedding the instagram code was my least favorite part of this experience but I love how my page turned out. Thank you, Matt and the amazing SheCodes team!
This was a challenge for me. I had some errors and had a hard time figuring out what I did wrong. I had to step away and come back. It was a great challenge. I was able to fix what I did wrong. Loved the challenge and very happy with my work.
I've always been interested in learning to code but had no idea if I could pick up the skills and wasn't ready to commit to an expensive, intensive bootcamp. The SheCodes Basics course was a quick and cost-effective way to test the waters and learn more. The course design made it really easy to learn and retain the information, in a way that was well-paced and worked with my hands-on learning style. I came out with an understanding of the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and feel empowered to continue learning more.
