The concepts and learning are challenging but taught in a way that takes learning python to the next level in easy to understand lessons.

SheCodes has been an incredible platform. I took the Basics and Plus courses, where I learned HTML and CSS. The platform made it easy to practice and understand the material. I found it really helpful and enjoyed the process. It's a good place to learn at your own pace.

SheCodes plus took me a lot longer to finish but I'm happy with everything I've learnt. I was proud every time I got a new javascript function to work. I had to pause and ask myself, girl your hands really did that? lol I had so much fun. I'm looking forward to doing more courses.

This five weeks are very intuitive clear lessons over all challenging at first but overall fun. Worth the struggle and thinking.✨

Before starting the workshop I had no prior introduction to coding and it felt daunting but after the free webinar, it was interesting and I took it head on. It has been challenging but I do know that practice makes perfect so I am looking forward to coming back again after 2 months to practicing until I get everything right. The workshop has however, helped me understand how things work on websites and I can look at sources and follow the trail. Coding is not easy but it is fun when you get the hang of it. I'm looking forward to more of these and hopefully upgrade my lessons. I'd 10/10 recommend this to friends and I hope my sister will apply to study.

Creating a world clock was a fun and rewarding project. I enjoyed the challenge of working with different time zones and figuring out how to display the correct time for cities around the world. Participating in SheCodes Responsive Workshop was an incredible experience. While I gained hands-on skills in HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, the journey was not without its challenges. There were times when I spent hours troubleshooting code bugs and figuring out why something wasn't working as expected. Each difficulty, however, became a valuable lesson, teaching me perseverance and deepening my understanding of responsive design. Learning about SEO and hosting was a game-changer, helping me build professional, user-friendly websites. Thanks to SheCodes, I now feel confident in my ability to create fully responsive web applications from scratch, knowing that I can tackle any coding challenge that comes my way.

I can't believe how much you get to learn in the Basic course! I had a basic CSS understanding for the little bits I needed to do for work, but as I'm learning web design I wanted to be able to customise if needed, but it felt very scary. Having the course broken down into separate languages/formats each week allowed you to get the understanding for how each bit worked independently and how they work together for you to build functioning code and web pages! It didn't feel overwhelming, though a few bits took a bit of getting the hang of (kept putting my brackets in the wrong place!), but you feel proud and accomplished when it works. Feel that I might want to look at the other courses to see how I could advance and what else you can learn.

I am really enjoying the flow of this course: tutorials, challenges and projects make it a great way to learn and apply the learning.

SheCodes Plus equipped me with a solid foundation in web development. I mastered HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling me to create interactive and visually appealing web pages. Additionally, I gained proficiency in Git and GitHub, which are crucial for version control and collaboration. Learning React was an incredible experience! The course content was well-structured and covered everything from the basics to advanced concepts like useStates, useEffect, React components among others clearly and comprehensively. When my husband started his coding class, I was intrigued and wanted to learn coding myself. I looked online and tried a few coding websites, but had the feeling I wasn't learning anything. As I wanted to understand what I was doing, I decided to join the SheCodes community as I read good things about it. I was amazed! The lessons and content are very accessible and very well explained.
