I've been fortunate enough to have been on a 2 year journey with shecodes; and something that started as a way of staying entertained through covid, quickly became somthing I was excited to come back to. The bite-sized videos and small hands on exercises each week, make it easy to break down and learn a lot of complicated concepts. It's practical and incredibly insightful, not to mention the Shecodes team are always happy to assist with any troubleshooting through slack. I've been extremely grateful to have gone from the intro workshops in HTML, CSS and Javascript, and now rounding it out with React. I had a lot of fun during the 3 week SheCodes course, loved doing the challenges and the teachers were amazing making everything clear. I started from scratch and now I am building my way through coding... Thanks to the SheCodes team.
I am so grateful for this amazing opportunity to learn coding. I have experienced many educational programs in my life, I am a psychologist-coach, teacher and educational author, and I can honestly say that this was the best course ever. Course structure: The lessons are incredibly well structured, showing excellent insight in what the student is going through. For example, just when I felt like I needed to review the previous material because it was getting a little bit overwhelming, the next lesson - week 7- was a recap in which everything we had learnt was reviewed. Course content: Next to that, each lesson was a tiny step, so I never felt lost or confused. This is a key point to the course: it could seem incredibly overwhelming, but because of the small steps you suddenly arrive at the destination without realizing it! Individual learning path: The program also gives you the option to choose which level you want to engage in. For instance, the final project had two options, a basic and a more ellaborate one. And when working on the weekly challenges you can ask for help or get some hints if you want to. In terms of what we learn, I have consulted with software developers and they say it's a very complete program. Support! The SheCodes team is also very supportive and responsive: they are always available on Slack or email to answer any questions or help with any issues very quickly so when things got challenging it was nice to know that they were there. Their tone was always very friendly and they always put a smile on my face. Also, through Slack, other students help as well. SheCodes community: Last but not least, what really makes this experience unforgettable is the sense of community that the course creates. The SheCodes Radio we got from Matt just did it for me :) :). Thank you SheCodes! I enrolled in the Basic Course and then I immediately signed up for the Max course. Now that the Plus course is almost over, I am so glad I did, because I don't want to stop here! If you doubt whether to enrol or not, just DO IT! You will be so happy you did!

The video lessons were clear and easy to follow as they were segmented to made learning enjoyable. Yet again a wonderful experience! The challenges this time were more difficult, but I still had lots of fun completing them. My favourite part was learning about JS templates, as it massively reduces repetition and makes my code look much cleaner. A big thank you to the SheCodes team for the wonderful course! :)

Constructive course to learn more about how to code with loads of tools, explanatory videos, and practical exercises that allow you to understand the logic behind the code. In case you get stuck you also have AI tool and Slack team assistance to ensure you do the challenging task.
Yet another remarkable experience! This workshop was an absolute blast! I acquired a deeper understanding of implementing JavaScript, APIs and effectively utilising moment.js, along with invaluable coding tips. Matt and the team were as exceptional and supportive as ever.
I recommend highly this class not only to grow in skills and have fun in the same time. The instructor is very knowledgeable and the Team in SheCodes is very responsive so that you can finish your homework as you have committed to learn in your pace. This was quite a lengthy but educative program. The exposure to the various technologies was wonderful. I am very excited to have participated in the program.
