Just finished the last project and still cannot believe how much I have learned, with a great support of SheCodes team, during these 6 months. It was a lot of fun and quite challenging. Feels kind of sad the course to be over, but I am excited about where the new knowledge will bring me next.
SheCodes gave excellent projects and forums to boost my confidence while learning a new skill. I got frustrated so many times but reaching out to my fellow SheCoders and having their support kept me motivated! Making every completed track taste that much sweeter π€©. Now I'm hungry for more. Thanks SheCodes for helping me take the first steps in my career change.

This is the fourth month of learning how to code and I've built a solid front-end foundation with SheCodes Intro, Plus, and Responsive courses. Thank you so much for the ongoing support from the SheCodes team and our instructor, Matt, and for providing well-structured courses and coding challenges. During the last 5 weeks I've been learning how to make websites responsive, so that the user experience would be seamless no matter what device a user is on. I finished the first iteration of my personal website(something I've been trying to do for a while). Every time I thought I'm done, I would find more things to add/fix. I can't wait to start learning React next week!

Overall extremely positive experience. I chose to attend SheCodes Basic because I needed a new challenge in my life, something that would spark my curiosity and exercise my creative and logical sides. Matt made the material fun and pushed us all to do better. Definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in coding workshops. When I first started SheCodes, I didn't have a lot of confidence in myself that I would enjoy or understand the basics of coding. It turns out, all I needed was a positive mentor and teacher. Matt always emphasized that coding was fun and attainable during his lessons. When you make a mistake, it's okay, just try again. I quickly found that to be the case, and its completely changed my perspective. I would recommend SheCodes to anyone who has an interest in understanding what coding is and how it works. I had an absolutely great experience on building my own app from one to ten!! I admit that it was not an easy one and was challenging for me sometimes. However, there's always a support from SheCodes team, so I had nothing to worry about. Through this experience, I gained a little bit more confidence in coding and realized that more comfortable to deal with it now. I am very much looking forward to take the next step and learn more about cording.

First of all the basic course was really entertaining as well as being useful. I did not feel any confusing part or hardship. Secondly, challenges were really interesting and when I could overcome I fell satisfied. Everything was perfect specially method of teaching and also support.

As a college student during the pandemic I have become well-versed in online classes. However, I've spent the last 5 months learning about HTML, CSS, JS, and React from SheCodes, and I learned more from these workshops than I did my entire freshman year at university. Learning code as a total beginner from scratch to proper skills, just one website comes to my mind : SheCodes.io. Lessons, videos, vocabulary, projects, help and feedback from live-support and so on, everything is provided in order to get the best skills.

The workshop was amazing! The lessons are very well structured and easy to follow. I was about halfway through the SheCodes Basic workshop when I decided I wanted to continue with SheCodes Pro, and I am excited to continue learning! I have enjoyed every aspect of this course and found it perfect for my needs. The mix of learning and projects was key, plus the constant support via email and Slack channels really helped! I wasn't as confident with coding to start off and found it extremely stressful, however completing this course with SheCodes has given me a whole different aspect on coding and now I really enjoy it, this is all thanks to SheCodes. The way SheCodes is set up really lends for success. The instructions are very clear, with lots of clarifying details, and there is plenty of support should you need help. This is by far the most comprehensive coding course I have come across.

My coding journey over the course of the 4 workshops has been incredible. React definitely has a steep learning curve but once you've gotten a grasp of the concepts, it really empowers you to build cleaner, elegant projects. What an amazing experience!! Applying for SheCodes workshops was the best decision to make. Learned so much already with Basics Workshop and I'm excited to learn more. A couple of months ago I started looking into different coding workshops. None of them really speak to me. In most cases it felt like I needed more coding knowledge than I originally had. But then I came across SheCodes and the way your company introduced yourself felt so accessible and welcoming. I have enjoyed this class so far. I feel like it is setup in such a great way to encourage me to learn the web development technologies and actually have fun along the way. I like the class breakdown, support channels, deadlines to push us, and the fact that I can self-pace everything in my time.

This is a great intro to gauge your interest in coding. Matt explains things well in the lessons and solutions, and the support team is active on Slack giving any additional assistance needed.
I completed the three week SheCodes workshop during my summer holidays. I have zero coding experience and tried to learn with other platforms but it all felt too complicated. The video format of SheCodes as well as the support system on Slack make the biggest difference to learning remotely. Overall, I feel as though I have a good base knowledge and insight into what coding is really like.
I'm so grateful to have enrolled in SheCodes Plus, after finishing SheCodes Basics I couldn't wait to keep learning and SheCodes Plus was absolutely worth it. Really enjoyed the course, Matt is a great instructor building up the content just in the right way for us to process all the new information and motivating us all the way through. As someone who had absolutely no prior knowledge about coding this course has been super insightful. The weekly homework & Slack support both from peers and the SheCodes team is also a huge plus of this course.
I really enjoyed this three week workshop! Coding has always piqued my interest, but I've never had the confidence to look into it. On a whim I took the one hour free workshop and was hooked for the whole hour. I then signed up for the three week beginner course and really enjoyed myself! I felt comfortable, was able to keep up, and felt supported when I was stuck. SheCodes has created a great environment to learn in.
I can't believe how much I've learnt. It was definitely challenging next to a full-time job, but very rewarding when I've seen what I've accomplished. It was great to implement such a well documented API (https://openweathermap.org/api) and have a great support network from the SheCodes Team. Thank you for setting me off on my coding journey!
Great learning structure from the easiest tasks to more difficult ones with optional extra levels of difficulty. The support from tutors is quick, friendly, and super-efficient.
It was one of the best classes I have ever had. I was totally new to coding and thought it was going to be too difficult to get my head around at first, but each step was explained really well. I wanted to learn something new to add to my skill set and now have the basics down. Once you get the hang of what you're doing it's really fun being able to design your own webpage. I love the flexibility and being able to go at your own pace within each week. The support system between coders and the SheCodes team is really strong and its a nice place to go and ask help if you're ever stuck on anything. Definitely recommend to anyone contemplating itπ€
I started with Basic and decided to continue learning more about coding! This course is great for gaining further knowledge on how to get creative with HTML and CSS, as well as how to use APIs to bring real life data to your webpage. SheCodes was a wonderful experience as a beginner! I come from a background in Healthcare and have always thought of tech and coding as intimidating; however, the lessons per week were well executed. Matt was able to teach the concepts with good detail and there was a lot of resource available, along with support on Slack. I thoroughly enjoyed how the pace was scheduled per week but you could also go through them at your own pace. The combination of lessons with the small challenges, weekly homework, and the final project allowed you to test your knowledge and skills. You are also taught how to use the internet to look for solutions or more explanations to the different concepts in HTML, CSS and JS, which was good practice for real world application. Overall, my experience doing the Basic Workshop has given me a new confidence in my new skillset in HTML, CSS and JS.
