What an incredible three weeks of learning coding basics with Matt Delac. I was doing it as a fun activity during my breaks after a long day simply because I enjoyed it. From Debugging to "Done" - My SheCodes Journey Taking on the SheCodes weather app challenge has been one of the most empowering things I've ever done.What started as a simple assignment turned into a personal project full of heart, transformation, and late-night breakthroughs (and breakdowns too- but we survived.!) I learned how to build a weather app using real-time APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Axios. But more than the app, I discovered just how much creativity, resilience, and passion I could pour into code. My final project, Phoenix Skies, is a reflection of everything I've become- elegant, reborn, and ready to rise. A huge shoutout to SheCodes team and the supportive community, and yes- even my bugs- for helping me grow into the confident, butterfly-winged developer I am today. Super excited! I can officially say: I built that.
