This is by far my favorite SheCodes Workshop! Learning how to build my own responsive portfolio was not only fun, it also prepared me for any future projects.
Undoubtedly, it has been essential to learn about responsive web design and the application of SEO rules, to correctly adapt the appearance of web pages to multiple devices, allow the identification of information by web search engines and make it increasingly user-friendly.
I had studied responsive design before from another bootcamp that was free, and so it was a lot easier than the Plus course. The last two weeks could have been pushed into one week as the material was nearly the same. Easy to go through if you have the time!
Strongly recommend SheCodes Responsive! Explanations on each lessons are easy to understand and very clear.
SheCodes Responsive was a handy workshop that I felt helped consolidate the previous skills I had learnt with advanced techniques that are seen as essential skills for front-end developers these days, especially responsiveness to a variety of devices and SEO.
Building responsive websites seem like an easy task, but there are so many details you learn during this workshop that your coding skills will just keep on developing more and more. I definitely recommend it :)

After going through the SheCode's Basic and Plus, I was excited but nervous to get started on the Responsive workshop. I LOVED this workshop! It was definitely my favorite so far. I really enjoyed learning how to make a website responsive and felt so much more confident writing code. I felt like everything I learned previously really started to click. I can't wait to start the next workshop!
It has been an interesting workshop,I have learnt a lot in a short while.This is the first coding workshop I have completed due to the structure of the course and also Matt's teaching method. I also love the fact that you can always ask for help on Slack.It was also easy for me considering that I work part time and have three kids. I am excited to start SheCodes Responsive!

I really enjoyed learning how to make my projects responsive and look good on any device from cellphones, tablets and desktops. I was very excited to built my own portfolio page and I'm looking forward to start the SheCodes React Workshop next. π
This workshop was a great introduction to help me exploring the coding world. I am thinking of career switching and found out about SheCodes through Instagram. I love that the course is divided into separate parts and the deadlines definitely motivated me to stay on top of it. Matt did a great job explaining the components of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but also giving us a challenge to explore parts of that on our own. The SheCodes team is very responsive and helpful, which is a huge plus.

I enjoyed the Responsive Workshop because for me it is more about design and a little of UX and UI, I tought it would be easier since we don't apply JS, despite that I struggled a bit because it is another world, at the end I loved it and I think it's all about practice. I want to begin the next React workshop as soon as possible so I didn't forget the previous ones :D
I am very glad that I have chosen SheCodes for my programming study. I still can't believe that I was able to build my own apps which are able to use actually. I am so grateful to have found and trained with SheCodes. When I first took part in the SheCodes introduction training course, I knew absolutely nothing about coding, technology, or where I would even begin. Yet, I learned so much in this 60-minute course that I knew this was where I wanted to train. So far, I have completed SheCodes Basics, SheCodes Plus, and SheCodes Responsive and I cannot say enough good things about SheCodes, Matt, and the whole team.
I began coding with a course from SheCodes and continued through their offered lessons. I learned HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive coding using the tools available with VS Code, GitHub, Netlify, and more. SheCodes React is definitely a step up in terms of difficulty compared to the previous workshops, but once you get the hang of it, it feels like a real achievement! Matt explains everything really well, going over the particularly tricky concepts multiple times, making sure to fully explain exactly how each new step works, and why you do it. If you've completed SheCodes Plus and SheCodes Responsive, this is the perfect next step for you!

I loved learning in this workshop. Making websites responsive was something I always wanted to do. Learning about flexbox and making your code responsive was fun. The highlight of this workshop was building your responsive portfolio website.

Another great course from SheCodes! It was a very different than previous Plus course with the switch to focusing solely on HTML and CSS and building websites with multiple pages that are fully responsive. I really appreciated that the project was to build my own portfolio website. It would have been a big push to do that by myself and now I have a really nice looking website to use during my job search. It also gave a good taste of a specific type of frontend developer role where you using a design and building a website. Made me realize I would probably prefer a slightly different role that uses more javascript. I'm looking forward to starting the React course.. I've been missing javascript!! ππ

I enjoyed working on the project during the course SheCodes Responsive. I liked that it is easy to come back to the lesson that you need to refresh, that if you need more time to finish your project you can ask for extension and that if you ever are stuck with some problem there is a team ready to help you on Slack. And as many people mentioned here before Matt is a very good teacher.
