If the previous course was a bit of a learning struggle for me, She Codes Responsive was when I started to feel confident and having fun with CSS and Bootstrap. And can not underestimate how great it is to have deadlines and stay accountable, or else I could've just given up when I was stuck with my project. Luckily, all worries are behind and I've submitted my portfolio. And it's definitely a progress from what my first website looked like. Cheers!

This workshop changed my life for the better. I successfully created a professional-looking portfolio website of my work with SheCodes and future passion projects. I genuinely believe I'm a full-fledged front-end developer after conceptualizing my site from wireframes to releasing a highly-usable site. Loved SheCodes Responsive! I have to admit I was struggling with Plus a bit especially after having a 6-month break in between workshops, as I felt rusty at coding. That's why I was adamant taking Responsive right after finishing Plus, and enjoyed much much more and I can genuinely say that was worth every penny. Now I'm onto the next one, and hopefully I'll be able to do some adds-on projects too! Just love the atmosphere here (even it's digital lol) and how learning to code is made so effortless by Matt! I really liked this extra project for responsive websites without using bootstrap. It's always good to know how to do this without extra tools for when it's necessary!
It was a really challenging, but at the same time very interesting workshop. With Matt's help, I gained the necessary skills to build responsive websites. Still loving SheCodes. This course set me up with so much knowledge in a short space of time. It didn't feel particularly challenging to learn, but before I knew it I could code a whole responsive website from scratch. I particularly enjoyed following the step by step lessons when working towards the final project. I was able to use the foundations of the final project to create my own CV website in order to start applying for jobs.
This portion of the SheCodes program was instrumental to my knowledge as a coder. Being able to explain the tips and tricks of creating responsive applications in such a concise way was exactly what I needed! Thank you SheCodes!!

This is hight interesting module with a lot of tricks! I guess it still a lot of things to learn, but if you are doing it step-by-step and practice everyday - everything is possible. After years of working in design and animation, I felt the need to step up my game and give a try on coding. SheCodes has been an amazing platform for women like me who wants to level up a career in tech. It took me waaay longer than planned to complete this course, but I gave it my best between my full-time job and personal commitments and hobbies. Despite having extended this journey, the feeling of completion is still highly rewarding. The course is made in a way you can really express your creativity in coding as well as in the app design, which was very nice to experiment with. Moving forward to SheCodes Responsive!

I successfully have done Responsive week, and it was very useful skill to build a website to look great, and user friendly in any device. Matt taught the lessons for both sides as a developer, and UI/UX focused, which I think well balanced. The curriculum is thoughtfully organized step by step for those ones who had no coding experience to avoid being overwhelmed..so you can enjoy coding with no stress! I am very excited to continue the rest of the workshop with SheCodes and can't wait to learn more on, the new course, SheCodes Max too!

This workshop was so fun! I was apprehensive at first because I did struggle with the previous workshops, but to my surprise I actually enjoyed the Responsive workshop so much. I was learning so much and having fun, I was able to grasp the lessons and feel challenged. Just as before, I was able to progress in my own time and utilize the support from Slack. These girls and administrators are some of the nicest people ever. If you are wondering if you should sign up for the next workshop, you should do it! I know I will.

I enjoyed learning about how to make websites more responsive. I also found this section to be a nice refresher of CSS and HTML, diving deeper into those after an intensive Javascript course was helpful for me as it is the foundation for all websites. I did find the work on this particular section to be a bit repetitive, as we coded the same site twice. I chose a different final project to try something new. However, I appreciated that for this final project we were allowed to choose from 3 different designs. I chose one of the designs that we had not previously done. I'm glad that there were options and that I was able to code my project without video tutorials as the tutorials were following a different design.
It was a nice and creative workshop. It's good to be able to get my projects more responsive and compatible with mobile devices!
Making your website responsive is as challenging as much as it is rewarding. I am very glad I could see the time invested in developing my portfolio page has such an elegant looking outcome which looks very easy to make. π

I loved learning responsive web design. Seeing pages come to live and respond to different screens was thrilling. I didn't need a lot of hand holding with this course but I still heard from the SheCodes team on Slack checking on my progress which is great.
