SheCodes Plus was an incredible experience that really allowed me to learn a lot about JavaScript and APIs. Building the final project was very fun. This course really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot of really useful skills and received plenty of help if I was stuck on a problem through the Slack chat with the SheCodes team. I am very proud of what I have learned and accomplished in this course and I am looking forward to continuing on in the SheCodes Pro courses. Definitely HIGHLY recommend this workshop! π
I highly recommend the "SheCodes Plus" workshop! To be honest, sometimes it wasn't easy to understand all the new information, especially about JS, but a little perseverance plus very nice organized lessons led to the result! I'm very grateful to Matt for explaining complex things in simple terms. I really enjoyed this class and I'm excited to move on to the next one.

I recommend SheCodes, It's easy to follow. Learning coding make you a better problem solver but it also teaches you patience, perseverance, and discipline. Coding pushes you outside of your comfort zone in a good way!

I really enjoyed this Workshop and can recommend it to anyone interested in this area. It is so well structured and explained! Sometimes it got a bit hard like any new subject can be, but help was always accessible and at the end I really felt good about my project. I especially like that some elements are being repeated in different ways which is so important and helps so much with getting used to the structure and functions of the code. Matt has such an awesome way of explaining and most importantly he implements a very nice work and making-mistake ethic! Loved it.

This is a very cool workshop. I highly recommend it and I most definitely will continue on to the next SheCodes workshop. The lessons are very well structured and Matt is a very good instructor. I took an HTML course a while back but I was rusty because I hadn't used it in years. Now that has changed and all I can say is that re-learning HTML, CSS, and JS has been very enjoyable and it will certainly be of value to my career.

I have done a fair share of different jobs and studying courses, but nothing really stood out to me or had me hooked. However, I kept seeing adds for SheCodes constantly pop up on my phone, so I thought "why not, it won't hurt to try". Honestly best decision I made, SheCodes is so fun whilst still learning, I would recommend this to anyone debating it, try it ... you wont regret it!

During the process of this course i went from someone who was completely terrified of React, to someone who feels confident writing React code. Matt's teachings are concise and very beginner friendly. I would 100% recommend to anyone who's learning react for the first time.
SheCodes Basic provided me with an understanding of basic code principles. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and straightforwardness of the instructions. As a person who has come to the United States to live here with absolutely no knowledge of the language, I would highly recommend this course to other people. Not only does it help move along my studies as a student learning the English language, but also as a student learning how to code. I am completely invested in the manner of how the lessons are taught, the rigorousness of the classes can be tough but SheCodes has been so understanding and kind to our situation. It was a good starting of the coding journey. Sometimes it was challenging but at the same time easy to follow. I definitely would recommend SheCodes to everyone.
I really didn't know anything about what "tech" is and essentially didn't know what coding was until this workshop, and now in just three weeks I feel like I have a solid foundation to base my future knowledge upon. The way Matt breaks down the content really helped my understanding and helped me gain confidence to begin coding and allowed me to realize it is actually fun! Now I know this is something I want to continue pursuing. Based on how much I learned, the flexibility of the course, and the cost, I would highly recommend this program for beginners!

I completed the SheCodes React course and although the learning curve is steep, tutorials are clear and foundations from previous courses really show. Now that I've completed it, I feel confident enough to build projects on my own and pick up an extra language or 2. In this day and age a framework is really important, so I cannot recommend the React course enough!
