The SheCodes Plus add-on is a great expansion to SheCodes Plus. I really enjoyed learning how to create a world clock app. I highly recommend the add-on, as it expands on the knowledge learned in the SheCodes plus workshop, and also helps you to create another excellent web app, that can be added to your portfolio.

Great workshops that have been a heap of fun to progress through and I'd highly recommend. The projects have been integral to cementing the skills learned. I have no hesitation in recommending the course and if you apply yourself fully you will really progress quickly.

LOVED IT. I took this course already having some knowledge(self-taught) on html, CSS and javascript. This course provided all the tools I needed and broke it down in a simplified way that was very easy to retain. I would highly recommend and am certainly thinking of enrolling in another SheCodes course!

The Basic Workshop was well-structured and easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no prior coding experience. I really loved the workshop! Everything was explained really clearly and it was a lot of fun to learn. I would totally recommend it for everyone who is curious to try coding. SheCodes Plus has definitely been more challenging and demanding compared to SheCodes Basics. I however, loved every step, every lesson, and every task. SheCodes courses took me from having no understanding or confidence in my journey to finding coding enjoyable and feeling closer to that goal than I ever expected. I now understand concepts I once thought were out of reach, and I’m motivated to create more projects to keep improving my skills. I would highly recommend the SheCodes course to friends, family and colleagues. As a photographer I've had my own website for years. But they were premade website templates and every change I wanted to make - like changing the font, color etc I had to search for on the internet. I thought I had some basic knowledge but NOW thanks to the SheCodes Basic Workshop I can definitely say that I do have basic knowledge! The lengths of each video is perfect. Matt does such an amazing job explaining everything. I could have easily finished the workshop in 3 weeks. But due to my job, my side hustle as a photographer and every day life, I had to request an extention twice. The Workshp showed me that my passion for coding always slumbered in me and has now awakened. I am planning on finishing more SheCodes Workshops so I can change path of careers and transition from a boring office management assistant job to a job as a Front End Developer. As a digital marketing professional, I took on the SheCodes Basics course to broaden my skillset, and also because I learn for fun😅. Like many other people, women especially, I believed coding required a certain level of, I don't know, knowledge base or intelligence, and so I came in half expecting to quit after a few days. What it really took though, was interest and the belief that I have what it takes to be successful. I believe my analytical and problem-solving skills have been enhanced, and I look forward to what new opportunities will come through. I highly recommend! And yes, it was fun.

I recommend this workshop to anyone—especially designers like me who want to code their design. I think classes are very well structured, with videos and resources and good examples of digesting. Also, help is always there to ask questions and debug the code. This was a super helpful course to me, but now I am curious about what comes next :)

I can't express how much of a good instructor Matt is. The lessons were extremely easy to understand, and even when the concept itself was difficult, he made sure to break it down and explain it step by step, so one can gain full comprehension of what is being taught. 10/10 recommend.

I really enjoyed this course and the way it was taught. All the information was broken down into very digestible videos that were easy to follow, and we were provided with lots of of resources and ways to get in contact if there were things you didn't understand. This course really highlighted the scope for creativity, both in the extent to which you can personalise the design of a webpage, and also in the ways you can combine code to create really interesting functions. After being totally mesmerised by the free one-hour introduction session by Matt, which I curiously signed up for, I am SO glad that I took the leap and enrolled in the SheCodes Basics course. Learning step by step, while practicing and consolidating previous knowledge adquired is the winning formula to keep people motivated to go above and beyond, enjoying doing the workshop. I highly recommend!

I loved learning about responsiveness in websites and SEO compatibility. It was a very instructive journey and it really showed the way the workflow goes and exactly how app-building works. However, I did not enjoy it quite as much as the others, it is the first time I found workshops repetitive. Perhaps it is needed due to the topic but I was about 2% less enthusiastic. Still would absolutely recommend.

Even though the React workshop was the most challenging one so far, it was an incredible experience. I am genuinely impressed by the quality of instruction and hands-on experience provided. The knowledgeable and engaging instructors took us through the fundamentals, while also offering practical tips and best practices. This responsive add-on class was such a pleasure to complete. It gave me the extra experience I needed in responsive design and has helped me build my portfolio. It was one of the easier classes to follow that allowed for a little more creativity in your design. Using Matt's Figma design also gave me experience using that design tool as a developer. This has been one of my favorite add-on classes. I would definitely recommend this add-on class.

This has been a great intro to coding, whether i choose to pursue as a career choice or keep as a hobby Shecodes has made it possible for me to try out new things without it costing me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend trying this even if you don't feel strongly as you may discover like i did how fun and interesting it is.
