I hope I can take another class later because I experienced technical issues with my computer and I was not able to perform as much as I usually do. I know I can do much better and continue improving myself. Thank you for challenging me during this difficult times we are living in. I would strongly recommend for everyone who wants to discover the world of coding.

I would definitely recommend joining the SheCodesPlus course as it teaches many interesting and important features for building a website. It's more challenging than the first one but still a lot of fun and rewarding! It would be awesome though if Matt could show us some helpful (keyboard) shortcuts that he uses.

This workshop has been incredible and I'm already planning on upgrading to the SheCodes Pro workshop as soon as I'm able. As someone who has never been good with computers and tech, I decided to give this a try on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I've learned so much from this course and feel more confident than ever. I honestly never thought I'd like coding, much less find it fun! Highly recommend!

The class was great, easy to follow, and the workload was just perfect for people who have a full-time job. I loved the short lesson videos. These make it easy to work on the class for short periods at a time. There is also support available to answer questions when you get stuck on something. I highly recommend it.

SheCodes Plus workshop is definitely much more challenging and demanding compared to the previous SheCodes Basic. Working step by step every week on your weather app, trying to understand more deep and complex Javascript you soon realize how amazing programming is 🤩 Thank you very much for this experience! I am very excited to move on and learn React 👩🏼‍💻 You are building a working weather app but at the same time is amazing that you finish your project with I had a wonderful experience with SheCodes. After completing the first workshop, I went onto SheCodes Plus and learned so much more! I would recommend these workshops to anyone interested in learning to code because they're well organized and broken down into digestible sections. Not to mention the support you can receive via Slack is super helpful. Excited to move on to the next workshop and begin learning React!

This beginner course was amazing! I never thought I could learn so much in three weeks having tried other types of courses before (without success). It's really easy to follow all of the classes and the challenges along the way helps you put into practice everything you've learned. I fully recommend it.

As a single mother of 2 small children, I cannot rave enough about this workshop. For quite some time I had been wanting to do something different as a career that could really allow me to provide for my daughters. I've always been interested in STEM and with my background as a Science and Math teacher...I was so excited when the most beautiful Godsend appeared on my YouTube recommendation about SheCodes. At first I thought "What is this?" then I clicked and it was amazing to think that in a short clip I found myself wanting to join. I worried that as a single mom juggling kids, homeschool, and play time that there would be NO WAY I could do this and not fall behind but after back and forth emails with Matt I was reassured that I COULD DO IT and that was the moment I took the plunge. I attended the free workshop and as an artsy attention to detail kind of person, watching Matt really allowed me to see myself doing this and becoming passionate about it. I set out on a mission to start and finish and made sure to do so throughout the course of these 3 weeks and I can honestly say that I am so proud of all the knowledge I've gained, so proud of myself and being able to say that I didn't allow anything to stop me from working hard, completing challenges and submitting homework on time. I DID IT! All of the thanks goes out to Matt Delac and his team João, Daniela and the wonderful people on Slack who took time to help me when I got stuck. I am really happy that I signed up for SheCodes back in January! I would totally recommend this course to anyone, who is curious about coding, but doesn't know where to start/ thinks that coding might not be for them. The videos are well constructed and you will find in them the answer to all the questions, even if you might have to watch them more than once (my case). Don't heasitate, just do it. It will suck and you will question your "why" many times, but eventually it gets better... at least that's what they say😂😋

Absolutely enjoyed it!!! So easy to follow with zero experience. I've already recommended this to a ton of my friends deciding what they are going to do after the military. I've been showing them my progress and they are interested. I can't wait to learn even more in the next workshop.

This coding workshop has been a great experience which I'm very grateful for. I learned a lot and am very proud of the knowledge that I gained. This workshop is definitely for everybody who is interested in the basics of coding but has no experience yet. I can only highly recommend it!

This is honestly one of the best things I could have done for myself! I've been looking at the site for the last year and a bit, wondering if I should take the plunge, and I'm annoyed that it took me so long to make the decision to join! The little bitesize videos (nothing is really longer than 10 minutes, maybe just one) are so easy to digest and everything makes sense. Even if you don't understand anything, there's a whole community of women who can help you as well. I'm going the full way with SheCodes Pro, and doing the first 3 weeks of the workshop has let me know that I've made the right choice! I would DEFINITELY recommend!

I would definitely recommend SheCodes. I didn't have any experience in coding, but yet with the instructional videos and information it was quite easy (and fun!) to complete the challenges. Matt is a good teacher, he has a good pace and his enthusiasm is pleasant to listen to and learn from. The first workshop has definitely sparked my interest in coding.

What an incredible & empowering experience SheCodes is! I am just amazed with how much intuitively digestible information was covered, in an expedient amount of time! There is also a fabulous tangible and knowledgeable community within their slack channel! I felt supported the entire way. I also loved how they encourage you to be resourceful and teach you where and how to find reputable answers for questions you may have. Knowing where to look is half the battle! Highly recommended efficient curriculum, and I myself am taking the full-load of courses✨

I have a scientific background so coding for me was really a new (and exciting) experience! I have always had a keen eye for details and thought how fun and cool would be to create projects related to typography, colours and patterns. Since last year I decided to look for courses within tech that could utilize these skills. As soon as I found SheCodes I sign up for the webinar, and after that, I decided to go forward. I couldn't be happier with what I have learnt so far. Matt and all the team is really helpful and I definitely recommend it. I am very inclined to jump to the advanced course 🙃

I started my first SheCodes workshop back in August 2020 with no prior experience in coding. It's hard to imagine that I am now finishing my SheCodes React!!!🙌 I would recommend it to everyone. The workshop allows you to go at your own pace and to directly apply your newfound coding knowledge in interactive challenges/homeworks. Because of how amazing the workshop is built I manage to do it while working also as a nurse 👩🏻‍⚕️

The instructions by Matt and assistance from Joao in the SheCodes courses are really great. I would recommend it to those who are serious about coding. As someone who is not particularly tech-savvy... I found this course challenging. All in all, a good experience!

SheCodes shares a variety of online resources on coding and webpage design. Building projects are made interesting with those elements. I would not have imagined how much I learned from my amazing classmates on Slack community and highly recommend SheCodes.

The SheCodes 3-week workshop was the perfect introduction into coding. Matt is a fantastic teacher - he explains everything so clearly, making it accessible to everyone (even complete beginners). The course content was well-paced, practical, and enjoyable. I honestly couldn't recommend this course highly enough, and I can't wait to start my SheCodes+ and SheCodes React courses and see where it takes me!

With my boyfriend being a coder I got intrigued by it. I enrolled in this course and didn't regret it for a second. The lessons are very accessible, I never ever coded before, but everything is explained from scratch. I could also combine it very easily with my work schedule. The lessons are fairly short, so even with half an hour you can complete a lesson. I would recommend this to everyone!

I would highly recommend SheCodes to anyone wanting to learn how to code, ( I have tried other ones in the past very unsuccessfully ) but coding with Matt and SheCode, it's simply the best course out there and so incredible easy! I can't wait to start SheCodes React course now!

It has been an awesome experience, Thanks Matt! I am actually going through all lessons again, because although it teaches you how to program as a beginner with very short, clear and straightforward tutorials, we (students) end up most of the times copying code instead of memorising it, so it is up to us through consistent work and by trying to memorize things instead of always copying code that we start to understand the whole language so that it comes to us naturally. Practice makes perfect! Highly Recommend.

The thought of coding never crossed my mind, but this workshop felt welcoming and I was comfortable with being uncomfortable. It was surprisingly rewarding. I would absolutely recommend this program to others!

I needed a career change after years of being a Teacher, and dealing with the pandemic. I did meet with some challenges but, slack is there to help; so don't get discouraged. I recommend SheCodes Workshops since they have challenges at the end of every video which helps you understand better the code. The challenges also make you step out of your comfort zone and work your logic skills.

In the beginning, I didn't really understand coding, but the teaching given by Matt and assisted by a good and solid team when I encountered difficulties in each of the workshops, made me even more excited to learn to code.
