SheCodes has changed the way I see coding. I have never thought I would say that, but coding became a hobby. Every day I look forward to it when I finish work. It's been an amazing journey so far and I highly recommended it. Matt and the team are great. They are always there when you need them. Also, the community is fantastic. I was feeling a little lost when my brother told me to try this. I decided to give it a go. I was surprised when I found I loved it. Because of that, I found a new passion... coding! Having completed the other SheCodes courses, I was very excited when this one was announced, and couldn't wait to sign up. The information around creating responsive layouts is a very helpful component when building sophisticated and professional-looking sites, and the introductory knowledge about SEO, what it is and how and why you should incorporate it into your site is something that a lot of people will find very useful. I have since gone on to look more into the web analytics side of things, but this course gave me an excellent start in this area. As always, Matt is an excellent teacher, and I highly recommend this SheCodes course to those looking to expand their coding and website-building skills.

I would highly recommend this course, the lessons are simple, short and sweet. The challenges and homework elements ensure you are putting what you learn into practice. The fact the course has deadlines to stick to (and cost actual $$) means you are motivated to continue, compared with free information online which is often difficult to source, digest and put into practice! Matt explains things really well and I am so pleased to have another item to add to my coding portfolio!
What exciting couple of weeks continuing my SheCodes journey and completing the SheCodes Plus workshop! ๐ Learning how to use Bootstrap for structuring and changing the layout of webpages in an easier way, Git & GitHub for version control and Netlify for hosting webpages. I enjoyed the step-by-step process of building my own fully functional weather application, leaning how to use APIs and designing it the way I liked. Once again thank you Matt and team for the awesome workshop from which I learned lots! I would highly recommended the SheCodes Plus workshop for anyone who would like to learn more about Front-End Development. I am looking forward to continuing with the SheCodes Responsive workshop! ๐

I felt very uninspired and burnout at my current job position /IT Asset Analyst/ so I persuaded my boss to pay for SheCodes course. It was the best decision ever! Now I can learn new skills in my working time and I am sure that once I will get the final certificate from advanced part I would be able to leave that boring job behind and deep dive into coding where I have much more space for creativity :) I would recommend SheCodes to every woman, cause it gives you not only coding skills but general view into logic, problem solving and collaboration with community online.
When I started SheCodes, I was in the middle of a career transition as a new mom and I had no idea what to expect. Would I like coding? Would this be something I could make into a career or profitable side hobby/job? I took the free 60-minute pre-course and right away I loved Matt's teaching style. I signed up for the Basic class and became so obsessed I completed it in a week! Now, I have completed my fourth and final (hopefully for now) course and have decided to go full-time into the tech industry. Thanks to SheCodes I was able to start my own freelance business (Tsunoda Stylings) and help train new graduates looking for job experience to put on their resumes. This has been one of the most challenging but rewarding training workshops/camps I have been through and I would do it all over again. I can't recommend SheCodes enough and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to push to start this new journey of mine.

An absolutely great workshop with so many new things to learn! It was really cool to find out what API is and even more so to use it in order to build a functioning and practical application. I found coding quite rewarding because you get to see the progress you are making especially once you managed to detect and correct a faulty code. I cannot recommend enough learning to code just so to get a glimpse of how a part of the internet works.

I hate when websites don't look good when I open them on my phone and thanks to this workshop, I know my websites won't be part of them. The Responsive workshop was in my opinion the most challenging so far. It teaches us to pay attention to details and make sure our website looks good on any device, which is very useful. I recommend it strongly if you want to keep people on your website since nowadays people are just as likely to open it from a desktop as from a smartphone.
I really enjoyed taking this course and building my own portfolio website. The lessons and challenges are easy to follow and a lot of fun! Highly recommended! This opens a new world of opportunities!

I highly recommend SheCodes basics for anyone who is interested in "dipping their toe" into coding. While the class was challenging, I felt like each lesson always provided the information needed to complete each assignment. The part I appreciated most was learning about to troubleshoot in real scenarios. We learned in Chrome and Visual Studios Code, which helped me troubleshoot when I was on my own, completing the final project.

I took 3 weeks basic course. I had basic knowledge of JS but it was great to apply that knowledge and I say I have learned a lot more. This was a great course. I enjoyed doing the final project and using the techniques I wanted to use. Bruno was very help every step of the way. Great first step into coding. Covers the very basic notions of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I liked Matt's explanations a lot. It's nice to have deadlines and small tasks along the way to practice. Since it's cheap, basic, flexible and well explained, I definitely recommend to enrol without thinking twice about it for those who don't know how to begin their coding journey. I had done several free 1h online coding classes before, including SheCode's, so the whole workshop seemed pretty intuitive. I got all 3 weeks done in 4 days and then took more time to submit the final project.
