I work as a Technical Support Engineer and now, more than ever, I feel even more ready to apply the knowledge I acquired in my day to day tasks.

Before the SheCodes Basic Workshop, I had never done anything remotely related to coding. I was really surprised how easily I could absorb the complex information from the short video lectures. I have truely enjoyed this course even though it has been extremely challenging at some points during a few weeks. I was stuck and could not find a way out. Had much fun learning how to create responsive websites, totally recommend i think nowadays it is very important to create responsive websites since our very first contact with a website usually starts with our phone.
I was always interested in coding but I was intimidated by it especially since it is a male-dominated field. After completing my SheCodes workshop I feel so empowered and I discovered that coding can actually be really fun once you get the hang of it. I love the community that SheCodes has created and I would highly recommend the course to all female-identifying people (even if you have no prior coding knowledge like me going into the course).

I got introduced to SheCodes through an ad I got, right at the perfect time. I was searching for coding courses online, but nothing really resonated with me up until then. The free course was the first thing I tried, making me interested in coding in a whim. Wanting to continue my coding journey, I enrolled in the SheCodes Basics program, and I really do not regret doing so! I've learned so much during these last three weeks on SheCodes Basics, going from somebody who couldn't understand code, to somebody who is already able to code a little website! :) 10/10 would recommend!

I did the basic course and it is absolutely perfect for beginners! Everything comes in little bits and pieces, so you won't get overwhelmed. Every new challenge comes with a little hack you need to find out by yourself, so you get in the mode of solving problems and feel like a real hacker. If you need help, you can always find it in the awesome slack community. I would recommend this to all of my friends.
I highly recommend the 'introduction to coding' class. I really liked the whole concept. Especially how the content is built and the fact that i can do all of the lessions extremly time-flexible.

The introductory course to coding is highly recommended if you want to learn in an interactive way. The way the course is set up triggers your motivation and the ability to complete your project. You learn technical language and tools to use. The time spent on the course has gone very fast since it has been a lot of fun and caught my interest very much. I can't recommend this course enough. 2 months ago I knew nothing about coding and have now been able to build a fully functioning search site. I really enjoyed how the course is broken down into short videos with a theme for the week as it helps you build your skills over time. I found the content challenging but there was also a great feeling of satisfaction when I finally understood something. Also, the community they have build is amazing. Everyone is so quick to respond to queries on Slack and it's great to be able to see what everyone else is building and how they got there.
The experience was very good, whenever I had any questions, they were always there to help. The topics are very well explained by Matt. I recommend it!

Very happy to found this courses! In less than 3 weeks I have learned how to actually build something from scratch even if it is very basic. Any time I had problem it was solved quickly on Slack and also I was happy when I could help solving other's problems. What an adventure it has been learning from SheCodes! I could not believe how many skills I learned in a rather short period of time. Each assignment creates a space to practice what we learned in the videos. I loved how I was able to ask questions and connect with classmates in a separate service. It was great to have some extra support or be able to ask a question if I was feeling confused. With having many people, from many countries to talk and learn from, there was always someone or something that helped me understand our lessons deeper. I am grateful that each lesson is a video, which can be rewatched and paused as well as the Caption option since I have impaired hearing. I highly recommend these workshops to anyone who is interested in coding and wants to explore this digital side of creativity.

As someone fairly new to coding for websites (outside of toggling with MySpace when I was younger), SheCodes was organized in a way that was easy to follow and Matt Delac is a great instructor. SheCodes is a game-changer! I've tried out a different coding bootcamp a couple months ago, but it wasn't as intuitive and helpful as this program has been.
