SheCodes Responsive and it's well-organized assignments and projects took my knowledge and skills to a higher level! I'm genuinely enjoying learning front-end development with SheCodes!
over the past 3 weeks, it has been an amazing session for me to be given an opportunity to join SheCode Foundation. I am overly-excited i was accepted and given an opportunity to learn and to be trained by Matt Delac. his lecture are well detailed, so explanatory and thorough. Thank you Matt for teaching me and allowing me to be more confident in writing and building my project. I started off from HTML to CSS and JavaScript and for the feedback i get from you during my code review . All of the this wouldn't have been possible if not from SheCode Foundation and my tutor Matt Delac. I can't wait for the next step from this training and I am certain it's going to be an awesome one to come. Thank You for such an amazing session and for training me.
I have enjoyed SheCodes so much more than I thought I would when I started. The workshops were very interactive - the challenges and homework really helped to understand what we were learning/memorising code. And the final project was really fun!
SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge, but oh how great of a challenge it was β I enjoyed building my own project from scratch, learning more about APIs and all the creative ways to use them. I feel much more confident with HTLM and CSS and am ready for my next challenge. Thanks to the team for all the support!

Frankly speaking, this course was a bit challenging for me, but definitely worth it. All the video lessons created by Matt are incredible and full of knowledge. I can't imagine that I'm able to create a real-time weather project now. I'm really grateful to Matt and all the SheCodes team!!!

SheCodes Plus was an incredible experience that really allowed me to learn a lot about JavaScript and APIs. Building the final project was very fun. This course really challenged me and pushed me outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot of really useful skills and received plenty of help if I was stuck on a problem through the Slack chat with the SheCodes team. I am very proud of what I have learned and accomplished in this course and I am looking forward to continuing on in the SheCodes Pro courses. Definitely HIGHLY recommend this workshop! π

I had tried other resources before but none ever worked for me. I have learnt so much in the three weeks with SheCodes. Matt is such a great teacher and is really great at explaining. I was able to do my final project without having to run back to the classes and to me this is a testimony of how effective the classes are.
Learning was interesting and effective for me. I want to thank the project for the theoretical basis and practice that I received. With the acquired knowledge, I now have a great desire to continue learning. It's been a fantastic few weeks, thank you.
I really enjoyed this workshop! I have learned so much in such a short time. I definitely recommend that anyone who is interested in coding should start here with the basics. It has a great community and you're able to continue learning once you finish the first workshop. Everything was straight to the point so it made learning a breeze. I really enjoyed this Workshop and can recommend it to anyone interested in this area. It is so well structured and explained! Sometimes it got a bit hard like any new subject can be, but help was always accessible and at the end I really felt good about my project. I especially like that some elements are being repeated in different ways which is so important and helps so much with getting used to the structure and functions of the code. Matt has such an awesome way of explaining and most importantly he implements a very nice work and making-mistake ethic! Loved it.

Love how Mat was able to make Reactive so intuitive and user-friendly. Also they way he guides you so candidly through the process of the portfolio project was paramount to capturing the objective of this workshop.

Before this course I had 0 knowledge about coding and, honestly, I've never been very good with technology. However, after these 3 weeks I can say that, in fact, it isn't that difficult! Doing the project was difficult and sometimes frustrating, but with every mistake I learned more and more. I'm glad I decided to take on this challenge.
I really love the program, because I was able to learn new things and it inspired me to work on more beautiful projects. What I love most is their feedback and how accessible the team is.
This course was extremely fun to complete. The educational videos were easy to follow and with a good number of homework exercises to guarantee that we would put into practice everything that we were learning. This is a great way to learn how to code and I recommend to everyone. I'm very proud of my final project as I would never imagine I would be able to build something like this when I started the course with zero code knowledge or experience. Thank you!!

Very Informative and reliable when it comes to providing resources however there was some information that was left out during the lessons that I had to look up myself such as how to display your work in your browser. "Open with Live Sever" in Visual Studio Code. Also left out for the final project how to get the background to display the palettes.
Workshop was nicely paced. The lessons built on top of each other well so that you could work your way up to the project in a methodical way.
This was a great beginning to CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. The homework projects were fun and manageable, and I never felt overwhelmed.

I watched all the videos of the class and passed 3 weeks as well, I did all the challenges and projects of the end of per section. I love codingπ so thank you SheCodes, also I suggested this workshop to my sister and her friend, because this workshop is very useful and conveyed information easily. I learned html, CSS and JavaScript in just 3 weeks.
The lessons were broken down into manageable chunks and easy to follow. The final project was something functional and interesting that can easily be added to a portfolio.
I was so nervous to round the corners towards project submission time - instead of the manner of pacing and learning becoming intensive or convoluted, I was awash with relief to have maintained the relaxing step-by-step lesson structure and support. I feel more confident now than ever previous :) .
This project is really wonderfull. I like every lesson and I feel it will helps me in a future. After classes I fill myself more powerfull and stronger. I highly recommend these courses to everyone. Great job!
Taking the course has been an exciting journey. I finally came to understand the ideas that used to slip away from me. It was great to learn how HTML, CSS and JavaScript work together and see magic happen πͺ Clear explanations from Matt, mentors support and fun hands-on projects make this course stand out.
I have to say this course is very well structured. I also like that one does not feel overwhelmed with ton of information as the app you are building is being put together line by line. Even tho you are working on a single project at a time you acquire quite broad amount of skills. Now I know, how to write a code that works.
So when I joined SheCodes I had no idea what coding is and how it works. However, as I was learning lesson by lesson I realized that it isn't that hard and after every challenge, I got a feeling of accomplishment. And after I submitted the project I was so proud of myself. I will continue my journey with SheCodes and I hope that the next workshops will be as fun as this one was

Succeeding is not an easy task. There was lots of new information as well as new challenges and to overcome any obstacle there was a nice and helpful staff. I really enjoyed my time working on this projectπ€ It was rather interesting and facsinating to learn how an app works on the inside and I'm thankful for this knowledge.
SheCodes Basic provided me with an understanding of basic code principles. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and straightforwardness of the instructions. The project-based approach promotes active learning and not just simple memorization. I would certainly recommend this workshop to people who want to learn the basic principles of coding at their own pace.

I really enjoy this part! JS was tricky for me (and still is) but feeling when you get the cause and fix and create is amazing! I like that Matt slowly involve you for self research and you learn just to google some things to make your project better

I had so much fun with the SheCodes Responsive workshop! Creating my own portfolio was challenging and fun at the same time. This workshop entailed a lot of styling elements with CSS, which I really enjoy. Although making a website responsive was challenging at first, by the end of my project I really enjoyed all the different ways of doing it. The most exciting thing about this workshop was that it really encouraged me to discover new ways of designing and coding on my own to customize my portfolio.
At first I was a little afraid to start SheCodes course, just because I have never tried anything like it.... But now I feel so happy that I finished my final project. Looking forward to learn more!

I have been on and off the frontend programming on different online platforms these 2 years and SheCodes really motivated me to learn and complete all the small challenges after each lesson, I was very excited to work on the weekly project and created my own projects too! I love the teaching content and the self-paced learning. After these 3 weeks, I am actually very confident in basic HTML, CSS, and JS. This course really helped me to understand the frontend programming structure and now I'm able to read the code in different websites which provide frontend templates and I am no longer afraid to try coding by myself! After almost 2 months of intensive work, I finally finished all the modules of SheCodes. I have learned so many new skills and I can say that I am proud of myself. React was something new and initially frightening for me, but I have done itβalmost 2 weeks of really intensive work. I created two projects on the program and one for me. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to becoming a front-end developer. Thanks to the whole SheCodes team for all.

I've built things I never thought I would be able to. In high school I tried coding and was told by my teacher that I was a hopeless case (I kind of was, lol). But I am sure that he would be very proud to see that even I, a useless case, was able to build React code and finish several projects in the SheCodes course. I am so happy and excited for the adventures to come in tech!
I just loved the flow of the course. It was organized in a way that made sense. However, I do have one criticism. In our homework and final project assignments, we were asked to do things that were not covered in the lectures at all. I appreciate being able to look things up on our own to make something work, but I wish that expectation had been set at the beginning of the course so it wasn't such a surprise.
This workshop clearly and thoroughly equips the student in preparing and using their coding skills to cater for a world where handheld devices are becoming the primary tool used in everyday life. Utilising the skills taught in this workshop will definitely give you an edge in effectively building websites and applications for the future. Both challenging and fun, with help every step of the way, you finish the workshop with a final project you can be proud of.
I completed the SheCodes React course and although the learning curve is steep, tutorials are clear and foundations from previous courses really show. Now that I've completed it, I feel confident enough to build projects on my own and pick up an extra language or 2. In this day and age a framework is really important, so I cannot recommend the React course enough!
Thank you Mat! It was amazing 2 weeks. It's really cool to feel like in students times again. Everything was good explained and all the examples were really helpful. I especially enjoyed making my final project. Can't believe I write it myself. Only week and a half passed and I can already do so many cool things with a CSS! And Java used to scare me a lot. I really enjoyed learning about React and all the possibilities it's bringing. Working on two different projects was challenging, but rewarding and allowed me to practice and understand react a bit better.
Passing these courses is like a magic trip to creating web sites. Information is given in a clearest way. There's no boring lectures and practice not connecting to reality. We made real stunning projects. Working projects which could appear in google search very often. The most complicated things are explained in the easiest way. Mr Matt is very, very good at coaching! How could I live without his videos and teaching??!!!π I feel stronger and more acquainted in such a new professional line for me. SheCodes's changed my life and this is about me: "She Codes")))))
Great course, definitely more challenging than the first, but such an accomplishment once the final project is complete.
I always thought coding would never be something I would be able to do, until I found SheCodes! I learn through seeing and doing, so having videos of Matt explaining what he's doing step by step was a huge help! I can now add my projects to my UI/UX portfolio, and apply my new understanding of coding to my work with developers.
What a fantastic course! I struggle to learn and focus on one thing for an extended period of time (autism/adhd) and Matt teaches in such a way that I am engaged and really enjoying myself. I was a complete beginner before SheCodes and just working in schools/admin. So I have learnt so much from SheCodes Plus and I can't wait to move into the next section and new project.

This was the most complex workshop but also the most interesting one. I've learned a great amount about react and I hope to continue learning and improving. The workshop includes two projects and I'm really happy that I managed to finish both!
In truth, I initially enrolled in the course (SheCodes Basics) with a lot of skepticism about the capacity for an asynchronous, online course platform to be able to teach me something functional, as well as any sort of prospective for me to be able to take this new skill and make something out of it (and even potentially branching out into a new/evolved career). While I know I still have loads to learn, knowing that coding is a growing language that even experts who have been doing so for years still study and work on to improve their skills/language, I have become hopeful that this is, indeed, a field that I can actually get into, and continue to learn, expand, and explore rather than feel "stuck" in. Matt is a phenomenal teacher. I loved the way the learning platform was designed and each activity was scaffolded and chunked into smaller bits and gradually building up to a bigger project. I also loved how the final project allowed us to create what we were passionate about. (I definitely spent way too much time - WAY more than necessary ;) - to make every detail and design the way I wanted: with both information and knowledge gained from Matt's lessons, as well as searching on google on my own for things I actually wanted more of). After doing my final project and recognizing all the more that I could learn, I have decided to continue to learn, and maybe delve into some of the other advanced workshops offered through the program. Thanks so much, Matt, and everyone else on the team!
