Three weeks of training flew by in one breath! I am very glad that I had the opportunity to join the project. Not everything was easy, but Slack is always there. When I study and complete tasks - I am in another world, and the time spent in this world is the enjoyment of the process of "creation". And of course, special thanks for the opportunity to listen to music during the process of completing tasks on the radio.
It was my first rather large and complicated project. And I am very glad it works thanks to your lessons and support. Your team gives a confidence in myself. You are awesome!
It was interesting to study. All information is explained in simple words and is understandable. I am glad that I was able to complete this interesting project.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this course as I progressed and completed the projects. I have more confidence now and my existing coding skills have improved. I would highly recommend SheCodes if you are considering learning coding.

At the first time I was a bit skeptical about the bootcamp, since I'd been less motivated after several online coding courses and still it was quite difficult to build an actual website on my own. However, unlike other online-bootcamp courses or coding workshops, various challanges and projects of shecodes motivated me a lot and even let me finish the basic course within one week! Can't wait to start the new one :)
This one was definitely a challenge. It goes more in-depth than the introductory course so it took me longer than I thought. I kept working on my project little by little, kept rewatching the old videos when needed and kept coding. So in my own tempo, I've graduated and now feeling confident and curious to play with my code, to learn more. And I've also found new friends through SheCodes community. What a success!
For me the "SheCodes React" course is a lot of useful and interesting presented information for mastering a new profession. SheCodes provides an opportunity to change your life and become a part of large projects.

I started my coding journey just 2 months ago and I can't believe I made it through all 4 courses. Finishing has a lot do to with the system SheCodes provides, like the fast and helpful responses from the team, the challenges, the homework with deadlines, the projects and a very enthusiastic Matt. Most of the time it felt like bob sliding, high speed through the curves, gravity pulling you from left to right and back again. Reaching the finish line and looking back, I just realize how much I learned during the past two month. It felt so good to be challenged and grow. I feel motivated to build my own apps now and very grateful to SheCodes.
Great learning experience. Videos were easy to follow as always. I like the variety of challenges. It was nice to be able to build two different projects - one that was familiar from a different workshop, and a completely new one that allowed me to solve different challenges and learn new things.

I felt this program provided a solid foundation for learning HTML, CSS, and JS and taking it further than the SheCodes Basics course. I'm pleased with what I was able to build and test with the final weather app project. Looking forward to continuing my coding journey with SheCodes!
A very informative course. For all the material, the real application is shown, which is very important. The course contains a large block of JavaScript, presented systematically and in an accessible form. A lot of practical tasks, which helps to better assimilate new knowledge. In January of this year I graduated Springboard with a certification in UI/UX Design and landed my first job as a User Experience Designer. I was exposed to the basics of HTML and CSS at Springboard but didn't have a deep understanding of them. Working with developers on several projects revealed this skill gap for me so I began looking for a course that would make learning code fun and found SheCodes! I have learned so much in these 3 weeks and I am so excited to use the skills I have gained to make me a better designer and teammate. Thank you!
I really loved going through the steps to make our weather project more and more fleshed out and complete! It definitely wasn't easy, but I really feel like the course was able to help me grow.

I absolutely LOVE SheCodes! I almost went to a different bootcamp/workshop and am so glad I chose Matt and SheCodes instead. I do not have any experience with coding, but through the SheCodes Workshop I've gained the confidence of working with code. The course was well structured and was easy to navigate. I could apply my knowledge from the course through the homework and final project activities. It was a very interesting and informative workshop.
Definitely found the Plus course trickier but have managed to finish the project and have learned a lot along the way. The forum is very useful and the SheCodes Team are very helpful.
I can't believe it's done... The projects we did on React were definitely my favourite, specially the Dictionary App! React.js is awesome. Suddenly JavaScript is made so simple!

I very much enjoyed learning with Matt on this course through the tutorials...his explanations are clear and easy to follow. The course is also nicely set up to learn all the basics needed to put theory into practice via the final project and help is always at hand if needed.

SheCodes Responsive workshop is definitely one of my challenging, yet favorite one. I took a lot of time to finish this project, but at the same time, it was very interesting! Matthieu Delac's teaching skills, the tons of information to learn and practice he provides, to the guidance of the supporting team (shout out to JoΓ£o, Vlada, and Paul) have been incredible! It's a pleasure to see the final result and to know what I accomplished in the 5 weeks(creating my portfolio website with multiple pages that are responsive !) I've already enrolled in the React Course and am excited about the workshop! The SheCodes journey has elevated my desire to learn more, and practice my skills in real-life projects. Definitely would recommend this course!

The course is great. Lots of useful information, interesting tasks and projects.
Building a weather app in this part of the course was very challenging but nevertheless exciting! Now I have a pretty decent project to put on my profile. I really liked that everything was well-explained, so I had zero problems while working on home tasks and the final project. Overall, I learned a lot and had fun in the process :)
The workshop is designed very well. Small lessons, achievable challenges and homework. And most important, a real-life project where you can apply all the knowledge you achieved during the course.

She Codes Basics has been an amazing experience. The classes were easy to understand and follow along with and very informative. I had a wonderful time completing SheCodes Plus! It was fun and challenging creating a custom weather application. I really enjoyed working through the concepts presented to be able to code my final project. Matt explains concepts very well throughout the course. I am so glad I started classes with SheCodes. I've wanted to switch careers for awhile now, but wasn't sure where to get started. My first SheCodes class was the motivation I needed. The class was easy to follow yet challenging at the same time. I enjoyed the bit-size lessons that fit into my schedule. I loved that Matt would sometimes throw in a challenge on a concept that he hadn't fully explained forcing me to problem-solve and evaluate the project as a whole. I would definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone not sure where to start.

SheCodes Basics is really good for getting started with coding. Thanks to three weeks of regular classes, I realized that studying can be interesting. Accessible materials, meaningful videos and enough time for homework. I can make my own website now. Moreover, I happened to get acquainted with different platforms that help a web developer in his project. Many thanks to the SheCodes for supporting Ukrainian women during the war. This workshop taught me a lot of new techniques and secrets of how to improve and optimize the code to build a multiple pages project.
After completing the Basics workshop, I knew I needed to learn more in order to fully understand what it is to be a front end developer. Now that I have completed the Plus workshop and worked on a much more challenging project, I better understand some of the work that entails and I know it is what I am going to become! The more I learn the more I want to know and I am so glad to have come across this wonderful platform. I am definitely getting the sound foundation for which I was looking. The structure of this learning program is such that allows us to take in a little information at a time. Then build on that information week over week. I appreciate the final projects at the end that really showcase our newly developed skills. I cannot wait to begin the next workshop in the program and learn even more. Enjoyed the step by step instructional videos. Matt was very thorough in his teaching style and felt like I was able to grasp the projects. Also really appreciated the hands on work and if I ever had any questions the Slack channel was readily available. Would highly recommend.

Just like the Basics class, this was a great experience. It was definitely challenging and I had to rely on so many of the resources (slack, others projects, google, etc.) to really get and understand the information. Matt is a great teacher and easy to follow.

This project was so hard. Sometimes I thought that coding is not my thing and I should quit the course. But as soon as I found and corrected a mistake, I got pleasure. I am satisfied with my work. Of course it's not ideal. But I have a lot of lessons learned behind me and much more new things to come.
It was more complicated than project 1, but nothing that couldn't be done. Matt has great educational videos so thank you very much!π€

Everything was at your own pace and I never felt rushed. For my final project I was so excited that I stayed up late to complete it!

I really enjoyed Shecodes Basics and highly recommend it to everyone who want to get an idea what coding is about! It was fun to watch Matt's videos as they are easy to follow/understand. The challanges were a lot of fun too. But mostly I enjoyed doing my own project, because you can already play around with the skills you learnt. I will definitley enroll for the SheCodes Pro course as I now know that I absolutely wanna move on and become a professional front end developer!

This course is fantastic. The step-by-step instruction makes it easy to understand and keeps you motivated and moving forward towards the end project.
Another great SheCodes course! I love how by each course, you get 'set loose' more and more. It is more challenging that way, but it also makes it more fun. Though the two React projects are technically done, I still want to play around with them more. Sometimes it was hard to reach the weekly deadlines (I also took the course during summer holiday), but it was easy to extend a week at a time. Some of the documentation for e.g. the dictionary API was not 100% up to speed, but it's understandable that that will happen quickly - it also makes the course more 'realistic' in a way, as I'm sure similar problems could happen in 'the real world'. The course is not comprehensible enough for me to now call myself a React developer, but there is definitely a good fit between duration, price and quality. Most importantly, it has made me get excited about React and learning more!
I've completed all 4 courses with SheCodes. I've taken a variety of online coding courses in the past and SheCodes has easily been the best. Each course has been easy to understand and follow along, the challenges help you apply what you've just learned and the projects have been fun to complete.

The content has been so easy to follow along and I love the fact that I can revisit any previous lessons at anytime! The courses are done at my pace and I am able to soak up all the content Matt puts out fully. I really enjoyed seeing my first project completed, it brought a great sense of accomplishment when I hit that 'submit' button.

This course is a great chance to try make a real project from scratch and be able to ask as many questions as you need. It can give a fair understanding of whether front-end is something you might want to work with.
Just finished the basic coding course. Loved the way it was introduced and explained. Recommended. As a result, you'll get your first pet project, some knowledge in basic markup and JS front that helps you to understand if you need to go deeper or look in a different direction.

I absolutely loved building on the learnings from the SheCodes Basic and to dive deeper into HTML5 , CSS and especially Javascript and API. Matt continues to impress me with his great teaching skills! π¨βπ« One thing I really like about all the SheCodes Workshops so far is that we get to design the projects all by ourselves. I don't have to build exactly the same as everyone else, in the end everyone has a completely unique project result. I believe this is very different to a lot of other courses and proves to me, that it was a great decision to choose SheCodes! I am excited to see what comes next and where this path will take me!
As for the first week, it was really sophisticated and intensive for me, sometimes I thought that I was ready to give it up... But furhter all the things have changed. I was enjoing the second week, and I found JavaScript extremely interesting and powerful! And then, the third week was so soft and creative! I was having fun during my final project!
